I have been coming in to this particular location for almost 15 years. The senior staff really know their stuff and are very helpful. (Belmont, Mario and Leanne are names that come to mind, not sure if John is still there). Super nice and friendly, too.

My experience with fed ex has been pretty good prior to this visit. I was visiting Fairfield Ca from NV for training. From the moment I stepped in there was a young lady who was very friendly, attentive and helpful. I moved to NV from Phoenix AZ about a month ago and shopped with FedEx in Phoenix, so I was thinking, Yay! These employees are guaranteed to be kind. However leaning behind a counter there was a young man who was not very friendly. He seemed to be the manager as he was the only one wearing a pink button down polo shirt and black slacks rather than the FedEx uniform shirts. He almost came off as rude before I even spoke with him in how he leaned his body on the counter behind him, as if he just didnt care to be there, but that was him showing he was working by monitoring or micro managing his staff by standing in the middle of the office space behind the counter. I had a work electronic device that the company I work for directly wanted to have FedEx ship, so it wasnt like I chose FedEx the business for convenience. Nonetheless, this man was so overbearing on the young lady assisting me, asking her, Are you sure she(me) packed it correctly? And Ask her if she packed it correctly? Im just thinking to myself as I stood in front of her, Im standing right in front of you, cant you ask me yourself if your that concerned!? So I tell him, that I packed it with the materials my work company sent me to use then he tells me, We recommend using our special package options. I tell him I want to use the supplies my work sent me he asks if he can open the package, I tell him to go right ahead, he opens it just to pull the device out and place it back then says how he will make an exception this time, and next time Id need to purchase their plans. Im just thinking to myself good!! Because even if I had to come back to this town I would NOT come back to THIS FedEx to waste my time and energy on someone with such poor customer service skills like YOU! If he is the manager Id definitely recommend him taking communication courses for CE.

The front office person (He) is very rude. UPS staff are more helpful and nice. My suggestion use UPS instead of FEDEX until they get educated on how to act customer.

Had to print and scan a bunch of paperwork for a new job. Belmont is the nicest guy and made it super easy for me and saved me money too! Thank you again brother and I will definitely be back soon! This guy deserves a raise!

6:15 p.m. Sunday 2/16/20The guy totally ignored me. I was one of two customers in the whole store waiting in plain view for his help. He had some free time in which he casually did a few things behind the counter. Didnt even look at me. I had to ask him if he was free, after which he dryly asked if it would be a short question. Good customer service includes taking a nanosecond to at least acknowledge the customer and let them know youll be with them. He needs to be taught some people skills.

Dont use Fedex, you will waste your time and money.

Used to count on this place for quick and reliable service. Does not seem to be so anymore. Went in for standard overnight delivery. Service person was polite and helpful at first, but when paying for the shipment, said card was declined and asked for another. I told him that I had just used the card down the street, and there was plenty of money in it. Even after he typed in the number instead of the counter machine, it failed. I went to the bank, card was fine and charge was pending on account. Got a print out and when I got back, same kid was helping someone else. Took several minutes to get another assistant, who not only could not bring up the order, but once we reentered the information, card failure. She could not cancel the first or second order (in which a second valid card was declined) so I went back to the bank and got cash. The manager was off for the three day weekend, so was told I could come back and get a refund on Tuesday. Manager was not in. Came back Thursday, and the assistant manager said that there was nothing she could do on my side, I would need to go to the bank to cancel the order. So more than 40 minutes to ship one package, after talking to four different people. Also, now have to call both credit company and bank to reverse charges in their system that they do not know how to delete. Not counting on using this center any time soon.

Recently the customer service at this location was quite poor. The young woman helping us was patronizing and rude.She clearly was annoyed that we needed assistance in printing and didnt want to use the automated kiosk.In the past, we have had better assistance with both shipping and printing . Management should revisit recent hires and train in customer service.We are happy to go to Copyland for printing and PDQ for shipping where we are not treated like an annoyance.Do not recommend FedEx Davis.

Staff is super unhelpfull. Wont help me estimate how much shipping would be. I would need to bring in my $1200 dollar laptop just so she can estimate the price. I even had the weight and the dimensions of the box.

Shipping can be expansive but that’s to be expected. Staff are helpful and cheery. Love the service they provide to pack your shipment for you, especially since I don’t just have wads of packing peanuts and boxes to fit all my stuff to ship haha.

Very happy with a recent print order. Order was completed with care, done fast, and the staff was friendly.

This was a reliable place for my office to ship regularly until a recent change in staff. Service is now astonishingly bad. On top of being chronically understaffed, the new employees there are exceptionally well versed only in all the rules and regulations they can use to refuse to help you. Shipments we used to make frequently and with no issue are suddenly no longer permitted to be handled though the office, and the staff abjectly refuses to issue any guidance or advice on how to anticipate what types of shipments are or are not permissible in this location. In absence of that, let me give you my guidance instead: if you attempt to ship though this office, you will wait unacceptably long to be served, and the staff will seek any opportunity to send you away without helping you in any way whatsoever. Avoid this location at all costs.

Placed an order for some printing and needed it by 9:00 AM. Store opened at 7 sharp and Mano had my stuff ready although my pickup was apparently scheduled at 3. Awesome, efficient service. Will come here for other printing jobs should I need them.

I unfortunately used this place a few months ago. I own a nationwide relocation company and was quietly using my laptop when the manager, an overweight White/Filipino guy named Robert started harassing me. He stated that I had been using my laptop too long and didnt believe I was working on anything important. He then said he had called the police. No one else was asked what they were working on or to leave. He BASICALLY racially profiled me as a Black street hobo with no money. Avoid this place if youre Black and dont want some two-bit former Home Depot associate harassing you.

I had to print out a report for school and i had class at 7:30am i went in as soon as they open at 7am and was out by 7:05. Its fast and easy to use machines. I love the hours super convenience for people like me that like to do things at the last minute and need things copied/printed fast.

Had the worst experience in this Davis Fed ex location. First of all, Leah the staff that assissted me didnt say hi or how are you, never smiled. She was unable to scan my pre printed label then she asked the other staff who didnt have a name tag ( heavy set hairless guy)to scan it and he was not able to do it and told me if we cant scan it we cant send it or we can have our driver scan it but i m not able to give you a receipt in a loud rude way. I was sooo suprised how he responded and I thought to myself wow are they all having a bad day. I almost cried in anger and shock and left. NO WONDER THERE IS A LOT OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THE STAFF IN THIS PLACE.

Double and triple check with FedEx delivery before you choose a delivery format. I was offered two choices of next day @ 10 am or next day @ 6pm with a drastic price difference. They gave me wrong info and my very important document wont arrive for 3 more days. Nothing to be done now that its in transit. Buyer beware. Be aware staff dont always give out accurate information. They are not trying to be wrong, they just seem not to really know the details.

They refused to print party invitations I bought on Etsy despite having a COPYRIGHT RELEASE clearing stating that they could be printed at a printing facility. This place is a joke, completely unprofessional, and can’t read to boot! I think the guy was just so lazy he didn’t want to get up and actually work.Will NEVER spend ANY money here. Ever.

The service was very quick. But I had to wait for 2 other persons to finish since the guy was alone. And, their NFC payment was not enabled so had to use my card.

Richard was extremely unhelpful. I’ve shipped from this location for over a decade. Will now be shipping from UPS while in davis as i have no desire to ever be treated that way by Richard again. I recommend against this location strongly.

Im no computer scientist, but the FedEx guy should know how to pull a pdf off a flash.Dont use the Internet there. Its awful.They are good at printing and shipping stuff fwiw.

Ordered an overnight delivery for 60 dollars and they just did not contact me and delayed it til two days after. 60 Dollars and you guys do not deserve it.

I got my passport photo taken and mailed it out to Washington DC.Not as cheap as Costco but I needed it quickly.

This one star vote is for FedEx as an organization. I will never voluntarily use FedEx as a service. The employee I spoke with at this store also happened to be unhelpful.
