They have knowledgeable and honest staff. I called around everywhere looking for a Glock 43 and they were the only local store that had them in stock. They had 9mm also! Great experience!

The only thing I cringe about is they carry a line of Witt machine suppressors and Witt machine is a tarnished and unethical organization. Which is no reflection of Miami armory. Just my two pennies

Great place! It usually takes me a couple of visits before I finally settle on what I want to buy. Ive been to other shops and they make me feel like just another credit card coming through the door. I went probably 4 times before I picked up a pistol there. They made me feel great and let me check out a dozen guns before getting one. They never did anything other than make me feel like a friend. I will definitely be going back for all my future purchases!!

This place makes you feel more welcomed than any other gun shop in the Dayton area. You can stop by anytime and look around and they will be extremely friendly and not pushy or judge you. Sometimes it takes a few trips to make up your mind on which gun you want. This is this place to come. Nice variety of guns and can order if not in stock. Prices are competitive not too high or cheapest but the atmosphere is the greatest! Purchased several items from this place and will be back for more!

Shop here I have never had a bad experience once! ...though NEVER go to shoot point blank... you will be extremely disappointed at the complete lack of service, lack of selection, and prices that are sky high SPB trying to charge 800 for a glock! never going to shop with shoot point blank again after coming here!

I came in after my CCW class with Gunset and was able to get a new gun and ammo. It was a great deal and I was given lots of advice on what would work best for me. They are very helpful and I always recommend you guys to everyone.

Im extremely picky about the shops I choose to do business with. I was an avid supporter of a shop in Tipp City for many years, until I met the guys at Miami Armory. Folks, I have to say that this establishment is the finest Ive ever dealt with in the Greater Miami Valley region. Ive bought numerous new and used firearms from them and every single time is just as fun as the one before. Even if Im not buying a gun, I feel more than comfortable stopping in just to see whats in stock and to simply say hello to everyone. Most of all, Ive personally seen them treat women shoppers with as much dignity and respect as they do with the men. This speaks volumes to me, especially since Ive had people at other places straight up talk down to my wife right in front of me before. I cant say enough good about this place. I wish I could give 100 stars on the rating. They helped my wife find the muzzle brake I wanted for my deer rifle and ordered it for her and everything. The first time I spoke to the owner he earned my business for life. He simply told me hes not in the gun business to make a ton of money, but because he loves the people and the culture. Boom, got me as a life long patron. Thank you guys for making every visit enjoyable and treating people the way you do. It literally feels like the family shop I grew up around as a kid.

I was very pleased with this gun shop. I ordered a gun from their online store and it arrived at their shop promptly. Went in to pick it up and was very impressed with their selection and most of all their very reasonable prices. Staff was super friendly and they werent one bit pushy, and I was helped as soon as I walked in. Id give this place six stars if I could, I will definitely be back.

Purchased sights from this dealer, nice staff but scratched up my slide installing it. Didnt tell me what they did and I didnt notice till I returned home. Buyer beware!Edit:Yes I did contact the store and they were not helpful. So now my new gun is a damaged gun. I dont live near this store so it would have been very helpful if staff had owned up to his mistake instead of not telling me.Also upon further inspection they installed the sights slanted.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I LOVE Miami Armory. We bought a firearm from another gun shop out of state and had it shipped there. The other company gave us all kinds of problems. The awesome folks at Miami Armory answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to fix a problem that another gun shop refused to. I will never buy another firearm from anywhere else ever again. I highly recommend!

Great place to do business with. Patient and knowledgeable staff, and great prices as well! I recently purchased a rifle from there and saved $140 by not buying it “down the street”. I sent my mother in law there, and due to her arthritis, has a very time racking a slide. Instead of just pushing her into a snub nose .38 special (for home defense) like the competition did, The staff there took the time to pull out each and every one of their personal suggestions for a home defense firearm and let her try to rack...Every. Single. Slide. Until she found one she could comfortably rack. Her and I both kept apologizing for the inconvenience, but the staff WANTED to help. You could just tell that they were picturing their family racking that slide. She told them right off the bat that she had a small budget, so they knew this wasn’t going to be some big sale. Customer service like this just doesn’t exist anymore… ESPECIALLY at a gun store. It is very reassuring to know that there is one right down the street from me, I’ll never buy from anyone else!

This is my favorite store of this kind in the Dayton area. The staff knows their subject. They have been great about sharing their personal experiences with various products. The shop has ordered and installed sights for me. I have taken a class led by one of their staff and found it quite worthwhile. My fiancee and I are frequent customers. ( Not as frequent as I would like, but we would be homeless) We tend to find the best deals here, and of course the selection is vast. If they dont have it they will find it in a Taken like fashion and again probably offer the best deal your are going to find. We have taken the CCW course they offer as well. That was an excellent experience. Seriously these guys are great, if you come in you are going to get the service you need at a great price.

Best gun shop in Dayton! These guys there are nothing but professionals. The first time that I went into the store, I knew very little about firearms. They took their time to explain, and teach me different aspects of the way guns work, and safety tips to handle them. I had been to other shops in the area, and those other shops seemed to me like I was bothering them for asking all of the questions that I had. They also have a good selection of guns in stock all the time, and if you need to special order something, they will do whatever they can to get it in for you within a reasonable time. I recommend these guys to everyone I know. I have been in there shopping and always feel welcome whenever I am in there. The prices they have on the firearms, ammo, accessories are some of the lowest that I have seen around. There is no other store that I will be doing business with!!!!

Being I came from Florida, they quickly went over a few of the laws in the area. Will be buying from them again as well as recommending them.

Ive just recently went to The Miami Armory to inquire about options and prices on guns Ive been renting at the range.  My first experience in the store was amazingly positive.  Ive participated in some male dominated activities where, as a woman, Ive been talked down to and dismissed.  I was pleased to not have that kind of experience at the Armory.  Josh was wonderfully friendly and helpful.  When I finally returned to have more questions answered and ultimately make a purchase, Scott and Andy answered all my questions and were so helpful in my understanding. I felt like a valued customer.  Thanks, guys!

So far I have been very impressed with the employees and manager, Scott. Multiple people have recommended The Miami Armory to me over the last several months, and for good reason. I took the CCW class and could not be any happier with the course; Scott was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of safe gun use and ownership. Just took the Handgun Principles course with Scott Cronin. Had an awesome time, showed me what I was doing wrong, and things I wasnt aware of . Got one hell of a sunburn, so if you take this training bring some sunscreen. And the casino drill was awesome(my favorite part), thanks Scott Cronin. Cant wait until the next level of training . If you are looking for some training, that goes past the training you got in your Ccw class, sign up for handgun principles, you wont be disappointed!

The only place I will shop for a firearm or accessory! Staff is always willing to make each customer feel like they are their main concern and sees that all questions or concerns are identified and addressed. I do window browse other stores, but this shop has the best staff and great prices. If they dont have it they will try and get it for you. The website is great also....not many local stores has a sight where you can browse their inventory at the store and guns they have access to order in and have in house in just a few days. Great experience with great people. The deal was speedy and painless. I have purchased a handgun and my wife has purchased my shotgun from there. Taking my uncle there to purchase an AR type weapon later today. With that said, I would recommend this place above others. This is the only place in the Dayton area that would sale a used (perfect condition) Gen 4 Glock 23 for 399.99. Know that when you walk through those doors, you arent being robbed.

All of the associates at The Miami Armory are very knowledgeable and gun savvy. They will not try and sell you a gun just because it is the most expensive one in the case. They will recommend what they feel would be best suited for your needs. Keep up the good work guys.

Dave, Scott, and Chris are the best! I stopped in the other day to look at bore snakes. While browsing, Dave, the owner asked if I had any questions. He quickly surmised by my questions that I hadnt used a bore snake before. Dave went out of his way to demonstrate the bore snakes use with one of his own. Dave also offered helpful tips regarding the care and feeding of my new bore snake. Big box stores dont offer that kind of service or expertise. From my interactions with the staff, I can see that Dave and the team want to take the extra steps to maintain my customer loyalty.

Last week was the first time I visited The Miami Armory. I was really impressed with the friendly staff and variety of inventory at The Miami Armory. I have to give special recognition to Brittany. Her knowledge and expertise greatly assisted me in the purchase of two riffles and associated accessories.

Good people, they know what they are doing and talking about. I went in looking for a Remington 870 tactical and they didnt have it so they looked it up and ordered it for me. Really good customer service dont bother with Point Blank go to this store youll have a much better experience.

I highly recommend taking a CCW course offered by The Miami Armory. Scott Cronin is an excellent instructor and brings real life experiences and scenarios into the course work. The RSOs were incredibly helpful on the range and Scott took the time to give each of us 1:1 feedback and encouragement to improve our skills. I completed the course and felt as though not a minute of my time was wasted.

I called the armory and Dave Beckers staff gave me some firearms to research prior to coming in to purchase a firearm to carry. Once I did my homework I sent Dave a Facebook message telling him what I was looking for. I went into his business a week later and he had all of the firearms that I asked about ready to show me. I walked out an hour later with the firearm that best fitted my need. BOOM, that was easy!

Came in for an SP2022 9mm magazine and they had one in stock (Field and Stream didnt). The employee at the counter was very friendly. I also took their CHL class and was very satisfied with the experience. Would highly recommend to those looking for a class.

I had my first experience with The Miami Armory last Saturday. I knew they were there but had never been in there. I found that TMA was listed on Glock’s website when looking for a Blue Label dealer and decided to give them a shot. The transaction was very smooth, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The store was well organized and easy to navigate, with a great selection of firearms and accessories. Needless to say, this won’t be my last purchase!
