I would like to say I had an amazing experience at this Best Buy today. The gentlemen that helped me (I didnt catch his name however he had a black shirt on and appeared to be a Manager) went out of his way to assist me. I could have ever imagined that he would take such great care of me. I had an issue with one of their products and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I wish every manager at every retail store would help customers the way he helped me. After a hard day, he made everything perfect and Im grateful for his kindness. Im thankful that I shop at this Best Buy location!

If you dont find it anywhere else. Then go to Best Buy. They sell what the others consider outdated. Like the wiring harness for a 2006 BMW car stereo, that found there, when no other store in the region could produce. Thanks Best Buy!
My Husband and I were waiting in the car audio section, we walked past 3 employees huddled around laughing and talking, we waited for 5 minutes and nobody came to help. As my husband got ready to walk over they were all disbanding. My husband stopped one and asked for help, he said someone would be right over. 7 minutes later nobody came over and my husband went and got help on his own. They display products they dont even sell anymore according to the employee helping us because thats what we were told about the initial radio we selected. I wouldnt go back nor recommend

Although the employee I spoke with in the store was very helpful, I cant help but post a review here to make people aware of a terrible company policy that took me 25 minutes to find in their terms and conditions fine print.I have been collecting gift cards in order to get a new laptop. When I found the one I wanted, I went to order it online but was capped at 10 gift cards for the transaction. I was told that I could redeem all gift cards in the store - which wasnt exactly true. In store, they cap you at 15. And although I had less than that, I was told that I could not redeem e-gift cards in store, despite the fact that they have a barcode for the cashier to scan, a card number, a pin number, and instructions for the cashier all on the email.So even though I had the amount I needed in gift cards, I was forced to pay out of my own pocket when Best Buy already had their money when the gift cards were purchased. Its a pathetic policy that forces people to give them more of their money when they shouldnt have to. I know this isnt a common case, but there should be no limit on the number of gift cards per transaction. They are just as good as U.S. currency, but can only be redeemed at one place. I will go out of my way to avoid shopping with Best Buy moving forward.
This location helped me find exactly what I was looking for. My wife and I have been struggling with wifi dead spots in our house for years. We went to best buy because they have always taken the time to work with us and educate on each product. Many times they will give suggestions and if possible let you try it out. We spot to a manager that took their time to ask if we needed help. Within a few minutes we were fully educated and ready to purchase a new router and wifi extender kit with two satellites that extend range. We are beyond happy with our purchase and with this new system we can run all devices throughout the house without loosing connection or no connection at all. The speed throughout the house stays super fast as well. I highly suggest going to best buy for your electronics so you can see and compare products you are about to buy.
The employees here were overwhelmingly helpful. Which is good. Unless youre the kind of person who doesnt like to be informed about products youre interested in buying.

Got helped very quickly. They had exactly what I needed. The guy that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that was odd, was that I assume it was one of the managers there. She was sort of following us around when we were checking out and while we were looking at phones. Even though staff members were already helping us. It felt weird and intrusive.

Training group was being done at the end of check out area instead in off hours or off the floor. Sales person had thick accent which made understanding him and the product points difficult.
A lot of items i was in search of, were not there. A lot of the shelves empty with no stock. The people were great and very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is the only best buy I go to because of the computer part area staff. Very knowledgeable and encouraging of gamers of all types. But definitely supportive of PC gaming enthusiasts. Wheres the ddr4-4400 tho, or the cl11 ram.

Okay so I am going to start with the bad. My son 12 was desperately trying to find a controller and head set. He saved his money for months. I took him there with my 3 year old niece. Every sales person ignored him 3 of them. He asked for help they looked at him and walked away. Now the good...I believe his name was Josh he was AMAZING....helped him right away made suggestions and got him on his way. I was so impressed I gave him a hug!! For the other associates, DO BETTER!!
This bestbuy is absolute GARBAGE. you can never find an employee, and by the time you do, they dont want to sell you a phone because activation takes an hour, when it only takes a few minutes. never come to this bestbuy, go to the one in fairborn it is much better. the employees at the fairborn bestbuy are very nice and helpful, and you rarely have trouble finding an employee. they truly value your time, whereas this bestbuy doesnt.
I havent had to purchase new tech in a few years and I knew I needed to replace my phone and laptop and then my printer quit as well!I used to spend hours scouring for the best deal and Best buy was typically on the higher side. So I rarely bought thereNow that competition is higher they have made their prices more reasonable. At least thats how it appears to me.Two weeks I went there and purchased a new cell phone. That was a good experienceSo when I finally decided it was time to buy that new laptop and quit being indecisive about it thats where I went!it gives me comfort to know that theyre not commissioned salespeople. Theyre more informed than I am, in fact usually very informed in their specific department.My laptop trip was planned for today and then this morning my printer quit working. Certainly a pain in the butt and not ideal timing but since I was there...Im over the days of refurbished and non-warranted products in exchange for the convenience and paying a little higher price to have the comfort of knowing I have support if I need it.While stock was low I found the perfect laptop and printer for me. ☺️ I love that things are always working out for me.

Just bought this mic from Best Buy!It seems like its going to be a great quality mic.I tested it earlier this week, my friend had one and I liked the quality!its definitely a better than the mic that I had for what Im doing which is walking around talking to people with the Canon 80D.Great quality! I went in on 12/28/2020 to upgrade my phone and ended up being helped by an associate by the name of Brooklyn. She could not have been more helpful in guiding me through which phone to get and transferring all my data. What really impressed me was while we were waiting on the new phone to update, she was able to help assist 4 other customers (that I counted) with their inquiries. As busy as it got, she was calm, cool, and collected and extremely helpful. I don’t normally leave reviews, but she really impressed me. This Best Buy is very lucky to have an individual with a work ethic and personality like hers!
I hate this place anymore. They use to be helpful and the last few times I have been in I had to hunt someone down and get passed off by Geek Squad enough that I am second guessing why I pay for their service.
Went to the customer pickup area, smooth fast transaction. They made a mistake and give me a $20 gift card.
Most of the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is their surround sound systems were all over the place instead if being in one central location which would make it easier when shopping for one.

Worst shopping experience in a very long time! The store was almost completely empty yet we received no customer service. We were trying to buy a laptop and there were 3 salespeople behind the desk talking for 20 min while I stood by waiting for help. I even told the manager we were receiving no customer service l, but he laughed and walked away. Will NEVER be back.

Worst in-store pickup Ive ever experienced.Zero communication on status of order. Could not get anyone to answer any phone number or extension. Online support could only tell me that it was still in processing. It was promised next morning when I order.I waited till 7pm then stopped in the store and they could not find the order and made me wait 50 minutes while they finally decided they didnt have the laptop in stock that I ordered. to try to make me feel better they told me that another customer had the exact same problem this morning even though they claim they had two of them in stock.How do you lose two $1300 items?In-store pickup is very poorly marked and I watched for 50 minutes while I waited for my order people come in the store and have no clue where to pick up items then be told conflicting information. I also watched as those that had curbside pickup had to come into the store because they had waited so long for their order they got frustrated and decided to come in.Might be a good store to browse and buy products but Ill never order online and do an in-store pickup again from BestBuy.
The representative was very helpful in locating my warranty information in the system so that I could obtain a replacement Samsung Galaxy watch. I was expecting to pay taxes for the replacement and was pleasantly surprised to find out I would have a credit. Awesome way to end 2020

In the past, I have relied heavily on Best Buy. I had a house fire back in November 2020. House has been rebuilt. Insurance sent me money to replace lost computers and TVs. Have you seen how the mighty Best Buy has fallen? Their computer department is miniscule, and they push Apple products heavily. I saw an ad for a 55 TV for $479. I went to view this TV. Not on display. Okay, well Im not going to invest in a TV without at least some information. The sales rep couldnt even tell me the dpi information or what operating system the smartTV used. Big waste of my time and expensive gas. Once every nerdly persons favorite toy store, now a sad shell of its former glory. Pushing DVDs, CDs, video games, and cell phone contracts to stay in business. Someone in management needs to wise up and revisit the books to see what made Best Buy successful in the beginning.Hope people read this before they waste their time and gas.
Only ever have half of what they say they have online available. Do not inform you on when you may possibly even get the order. You have to go and find someone to assist you and then they typically do not have an answer for you. Never a good experience.
Everything seemed really super marked up. I can find almost everything for 25-50 less at Amazon or Walmart. Selection is awful. Theres maybe 3 options for everything. Staff is very stalker-ish. Friendly, but I dont need asked if I need help every 60 seconds. Like, ease up people, theres 30 of you milling about, if I need a hand, I can find you.
