DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!!! This place literally is horrible!!! I bought a washer and dryer for $250 total yes used yes ik it wasn’t gonna be in brand new condition but I didn’t get a washer and dryer set I thought I would for almost $300 the same day it was delivered after hooking it up n this man leave I do a load of laundry I realize instantly that the washer leaks! So I’m like ok I’ll call them in the morning put clothes in dryer and the dryer makes the loudest screeching metal grinding sound! I call and have not been able to get ahold of anyone it’s been over a month I’ve been up to the actual store and got the run around DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! It’s a 90 day warranty and I can see right now they are going to try to run me in circles till my warranty is up!

Recommended by family friend a decade ago. Weve bought 3 used appliances there over the years always in great shape, And cheaper than anywhere else. If they dont answer telephone just try back again in a couple of hours, very nice people & followed up on replacing faulty lint filter.

I got a stove and refrigerator from them they gave me the wrong refrigerator and my stove burners are messed up and I ain’t had the items for 2 weeks. They have showed bad business due to them not getting back with me. Clarence May need to hire someone else that can help him assist his customers betters

I bought a stove from them almost six months ago. They took forever delivering to my rental property, plugged up the stove to make sure everything worked, and of course the oven burner didnt come on. They delivery guy tried to tell me it takes a while and if it doesnt come on call mondy and they would fix it or bring me another one. Well im still waiting on them to repair or replace it. DONT BUY FROM THEY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY NOR DO THEY REPLACE A THING. VERY DISAPPOINTED. IM GOING TO HAVE TO FIX THE DAMN STOVE MYSELF. DEFINITELY BEWARE.

Just trying to help out. My buddy needed some things, he separated from the wife and he got all he needed in this one store, and had no problems with any of it.

We paid the man over $100 for a used dryer and he gave us a ninety day warranty on it. It worked for three weeks and then one day it just stopped working. I called every three days and was told he would come fix it. I even went and spoke to him personally and after telling me about his health problems he said he would come fix it. He still hasnt fixed it and we have to go to the laundry mat. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON. Clarence is a thief and a liar!

Very poor customer service bought washer and refrigerator a week ago the refrigerator stopped working I reported problem and made an appointment the repairman /owner missed the day he was supposed to come instead showed up next day unannounced proceeded to work then discovered he did not have the proper tool even though he was in a work van and on a service call how could he not have the proper tool? He then told me he would be back the next day,I told him this was not acceptable he then gave a lame excuse as to why he could not go the shop and get something proper to fix the problem we made arrangements,I had paid someone to be there and wait for him he never showed and when I had stopped be the store the manager the following day she said he tried to call me in which, he had not!! he straight up lied and said he had,I suspected he would try something like that so I even told him if he could not get me on the phone to come anyway there would be someone there,Very poor customer service

Had my washer only a week & it doesn’t spin anymore being calling for a week & they still haven’t came to fix my washer be saying they would coming not showing up & ignoring my calls
