Krw is my go to shop for all my Beta parts!!!! Now they have Kawasaki along with Ktm also great employees help in anyway they can !!!!!

Ive tried to use this store multiple times and was excited to have a kawasaki dealer so close to me after all these years. But they have a serious issue with returning phone calls, when they say they will, calling you at all when your parts are in, or even ordering you the right parts in the first place. 2 out of 3 time this year, 2021, they ordered the wrong fork seals for me. Then Id have torn down forks just sitting on my bench for a week while I wait for the right seals. Very disappointing to have this place so close to home and now I dont even want to give them my business anymore.

Great customer service. The people there are cool and helpfull. Only downside is that they only seem to offer financing through one lender.

Called to check the availability of a motorcycle. At first no one in sales would answer the phone, had to call back 3 times to even talk to someone. When I was able to get someone on the line I asked 3 questions and the gentleman told me he didn’t have time to talk to me because he had customers in front of him. I work in retail so I definitely understand busy. He took my name and number down told me he would call me back when he got free. That was 8 days ago. If you don’t have time for people calling that is fine but at least return phone calls in a day or so. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Kirk is very Knowledgeable and they have some great stuff you wont find in other bike shops.

Emailed them on Monday to find out if they had a specific Kawasaki in stock. I never heard back from them.I did however hear back from one of their competitors. I put a deposit on a bike from another Kawasaki dealership on Tuesday morning and picking up the bike today.

Literally the most unprofessional shop I’ve ever dealt with. Joe is a nightmare to do business with. Originally ordered me the wrong part now will not contact me back about when the new part will come in. He already has my money and now No reply on messenger and even hanging up on my phone calls! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vista Kawasaki is a rather small motorcycle dealership located in Kettering, Ohio. I first visited here about a year ago because it was close to home. I had recently closed a private sale to purchase a used bike and needed to get a helmet. Since then, I have purchased a new motorcycle from a dealership that is both significantly larger and, significantly farther away. Well, my first bike (the used one) was in dire need of a new front tire. I called the larger dealership and got a quote for the tire and labor, then called Bollings. Bollings initially quoted about $15 more for the tire but, where the large dealership charges $110/hour for labor, Bollings is $75/hour! I dont know if its just lower overhead from the smaller building/inventory or just the location but, for Service - I think Bollings is going to be my first place to check from now on. They seem to be good people. The garage is small enough that (if the weather is warm enough to keep the garage doors open), you can stand outside and watch them work on your ride. As far as I can tell, they only stock new Kawasakis for sale but, they service all makes. If youre looking for reasonably price motorcycle service, I see no reason not to have Bollings Vista Kawasaki on your speed dial.

This is a great shop! They specialize is KTM but they have some of the most skilled mechanical experts around! The shop is amazing - you can have fun just going in and looking around. The staff is extremely helpful - if they cant get something for you they will try their best to help you get it in another way.

Best dealership around. They have a great technical background and a large selection of bikes and parts. So if you are looking to have a race motor or your suspension done or just some parts this is the place to go.

Solid establishment. Only been here a few times but theyve always but nice and prices are fair. Guys out in service were very helpful in trying to figure out some ideas on how to fix my my bike last year when something uncommon and not easy to fix happened.

I have been doing business with the Bollings since 2011 and i appreciate them very much! I bought my second bike, my 2014 Ninja Kawasaki 650 from them and very pleased. I take my bike there for service still to this day. Very professional.

Bought a brand new bike their last December and was told that when it hits 500 miles I could bring it in and the first service would be free of charge. I called today to schedule that service and they’re refusing to honor what was spoken to me and want to charge me $220! No thanks I will take my business elsewhere!

Kirk is a great guy. He really cares about customers. The rest of the staff is helpful as well. Where krw really shines is performance tuning. Kirk knows his stuff.

Jim and Terri are two of the nicest, most patient people Ive met. Bought my partner a 2015 ninja 300 (stardust white pearl) for his birthday, then got the motorcycle bug myself and bought a 2016 Vulcan S ABS SE for myself (Metallic Blue). Both of us are very happy with our purchases thanks to the excellent staff and no pressure sales tactics at Vista. Every chance we get, we both do all we can to refer anyone interested in riding a motorcycle to this great group of people.

I bought my 2015 Kawasaki ninja 300 from here for almost $1,000 off retail price. The buying process was a breeze and the woman who helped me was so detailed about every little thing. That is a good thing, especially since I was a new rider. You can tell she really cares for the customer and their safety. Jim is a really good guy too, he doesnt make you feel pressured to buy a bike or make you feel stupid when asking questions like some places. I am beyond happy with my purchase and I will defining be back when I buy a bigger sports bike.

Zero customer service. The young gentleman was about to help me out selecting a bike and an older lady approached and told the young gentleman “I got it” as if she is a boss, and was very rude. Left the store immediately.
