When I cant find my parts, I come here . They always have the hard to find parts

Not that I ever buy my parts from here, or would I ever now after the way they treated my husband and boys. Our church is having a car show/fundraiser and when they took the flyer in to ask for a donation, they asked what church. When told they replied ABSOLUTELY NOT. You’ve lost any chance of me or my family buying from you guys ever.

The guys in store are completely rude and don’t know anything about cars. Walked in and felt unwelcome. Bunch of old geriatrics not wanting to help people....

When I went Napa to buy something out of an ad that they gave me but they was willing to sell me some most expensive version of it it was a jumper box and it wasnt I sell expensive one the one that I wanted whats $99 the one they wanted to sell me was $249 but there was the other ones that were less expensive but those were not the ones that will really just tell me so it felt like a big switch I thought that was the illegal I havent yet talked to Better Business Bureau but I will be calling the Better Business bureaus soon

Wouldnt check a code on my car. They said they dont do that. I used to work there so I knew they did and that they just didnt want to. Im sure big John, wild bill, or either of the Joes would have. Shame I wont be back.

I had an unpleasant experience at another store returning some rotors and pads that I was provided with the wrong parts. I came to the Linden store, and the manager (Jeff) went out of his way to help me out and make it right. In short I am happy to return to this place, and will maintain my fleet with this stores business. I highly recommend them.

Came in with a dead battery. They tried charging it and called me when it didnt work. The new battery was all ready to go when I got back. Staff are SUPER helpful!

Very knowledgeable parts counter workers. They stock a lot of parts. If they dont have it they can get it that day or the next.

Change your hours on google! This is the third time I have left a job site and driven to this store or your Xenia store for emergency parts and your closed when you supposed to be open. Between this and the horrible changes in availability of parts on stock since D&S bought the Xenia store, I’m going to take my business elsewhere. The big mechanic shop I use already switched....

The right part the first time dont go nowhere else just go to Napa
