Joe and I are so pleased with the Patio Enclosure that Kevin Merit of Merit Construction completed for us. Kevin was so attentive to every detail. He was always available and responsive to any and all of our needs. Kevin is so easy to work with and has truly become a friend. This room is so well constructed and roomy I know our family will be enjoying it for years to come.

My husband and I would recommend Merit Construction to everyone. They installed a patio enclosure for us and did a phenomenal job. Our original was damaged during a hail storm and Dakota worked with our insurance company to get us what we deserved. Merit was the fourth company that we had come out and look at it. The minute we met Dakota there was such a sense of calmness and confidence that I knew we had finally found who we needed. If you are ever in the situation with an insurance claim, just trust them and give them the time they need. It could not have worked out any better. It worked out so well for us that we have decided this is our forever home. Hats off to the install team as well. Everyone was so professional and kind. Had Merit install an awning off our sun room. Not an easy task. Dakota figured out to make work and still meet my expectations. Install crew were quick professional and strived for perfection. Quality of the awning is second to none. Don’t bother calling the others. Merit has the best price. I checked! Give them a chance to earn your business. You won’t be disappointed.

Merit Construction added a three-seasons room to the back of our house. We were so pleased with the exceptional attention to details and the additional suggestions on how to customize our room. The professionalism and workmanship were top-notch!!! We are so pleased with our new room!!!

I am only giving a 2 start based on trying to get repairs done. Merit put up our siding and an enclosure in 2017, Excellent, no problems. Then needed to have some repairs done on our siding, called 7/30/19, was told to call back in April 2020. Called 4/16/2020, left message, called 4/24/2020, was told first availability. Called 9/1/2020, was told they were backed up but had my name on repairs. If I had known how they treat repairs, I would never had hired them in the first place.

Great customer service, I really appreciated the professionalism of both the owners and the installers. I highly recommend them. I love my patio covers on both my home and my rental property.

Merit construction did an excellent job with the construction of our metal awning for our traveling trailer. Offered the best price and did an exellent job. Was there every day until the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Merit out for an estimate on replacing our patio cover after a windstorm ripped it down. They were our fourth estimate as we had several other bigger companies we found in Reach magazine come out that were well above our budget. The quality of their materials were the same, if not better, than some of their competitors at a fraction of the cost and they had color options that no one else did. Their salesman Kevin was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about installation and didnt make us feel pressured into a sale like some others did. They worked with our hectic schedule and kept us informed the entire way through the process. Their installers were impressive to watch as they erected the new patio cover, both very hard workers and the finished product looks amazing. We are overall very satisfied with our new aluminum awning and look forward to having them enclose it in the future. Thanks guys!

We had Merit give us an estimate for a project and decided to use a different company that gave us a lesser price for the exact same product. When the person from Merit called me a few days later to ask if we had decided I told him we chose the company with the lower cost. He asked me who the company was and when I told him he got mad at me and told me their product was not as good as his and hung up on me. Based on that it appears we made a good choice to use a different company. ***In answer to the companys reply below...Contrary to their denial the guy did hang up on me. I have nothing to gain by lying about this. I would not have left a review of the company if the guy had not acted like that when he called me. Normally I only leave positive feedback for companies but that call shows a serious problem with the character of this company and I feel others should beware.
