Was able to walk in and schedule an appointment. They were upfront about their prices and what I could expect for the service I wanted. Even though they were busy they did their best to fit me in. Professional and kind people work here. When I called to reschedule it wasnt a problem. The next day I was able to call and make another appointment. So nice to be able to speak to someone.

Shady management & will over charge (double charge for the same service). Also, they dont provide the costs for any services! You need to look them up yourself. Look at your receipt carefully.The stylists are great...unfortunately the management needs training. I recently pointed out an error on my receipt & instantly was told I needed to pay for an additional service!On this recent visit, my daughter had her bangs trimmed, a conditioning treatment & her hair blow dried with a round brush.I should have been charged $15 for the condition treatment, $10 for straightening and the bang trim is a free service - $25 total.Yet, I was charged $35 for their Signature Blowout and $15 for the condition treatment - $50 total.The Signature Blowout includes a shampoo, scalp massage, hot towel and styling. My daughter did not receive the shampoo, massage or the hot towel. All my daughter received was 1 condition treatment and her hair was straightened (dried with a round brush).I was charged $50 ...double what I should have been...plus they accidentally charged me twice for the condition treatment. I asked for a refund for the over charge & the manager Toni wanted to instead add an extra $10 drying/round brush styling!! Why would I have to pay for the $35 Signature Blowout that includes styling (blow dry with a round brush) and an extra $10 for straightening (we just wanted it dried with a round brush)?I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have put up with numerous pricing inconsistencies. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

They are amazing my hair never looked better

They ask a million questions and if youre waiting for someone to schedule itll take too long. I waited for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged for a second and was basically brushed off.

I showed them a picture of what I wanted. I wanted them to dye my whole head gold blond. It turned out white. And the cut I got was all choppy and horrible😑. The lady kept pulling my hair after I said several times You are pulling my hair. Im very tender headed. Also she ripped out a lot of my hair. She didnt know how fragile my type is. She was very unprofessional. However, another stylist tried to fix the white and she was very gentle. But the coloring was still horrible. All hope Is lost for my Hair😦

The stylist I had was totally untrained. Her cutting skills need to be refreshed! She haphazardly picked up sections of my hair and “trimmed the ends”. Not even blending it all together. Never even touched the bottom and sides. When asked to trim the bang area, she got a little huffy. I felt she has no passion for what she does, all she talked about was her job at the airport, as she is waiting to be called back. The value of this service, for the price I paid, is non-existent!!

Found a new stylist, she was great. Everyone was polite and as a walk in I was in and out in no time. A little pricey, but worth it in the end. :)

My hair is super long and was really dark and wanted it very light with blonde highlights, been to 4 different hair salons and they told me I wouldn’t be able to get exactly what I wanted bc of how dark my hair was. However Shayanne was able to do it and got the results I wanted. She’s really talented. I’m so happy with the amazing results, and pricing was great.

My wife loves it. Plans on going back.

Its very easy to get an appointment. They do a very good job on your hair and waxing. All of the employees are very nice and helpful.

I was able to walk right in and get a haircut for my 5 year old. The stylist did an AMAZING job keeping him calm, and even another stylist who wasnt busy came over to keep him entertained. The professionalism, kindness, and great customer service made this a wonderful experience for me! I was extremely impressed and will absolutely be returning!

They used to be great. I am done with them. The last few ladies, except 1,that I had did not know anything about my hair texture and gave me horrible styles and I just paid 35 for a small trim that is nothing like what I wanted! Now I have to go somewhere else to fix it. She kept redirecting my ideas... if u cant or dont want to do what I want done then dont accept me as a client. All I wanted was an asymmetrical bob... I ended up looking like a bad version of Rachel from friends... no...done!

Christina is my stylist, shes really good, friendly and talkative. Prices are reasonable and all the staff are really nice.

I have gone to Colleen for several years and have always been happy. I think the key to any salon is to find a hairdresser you like and stay with that one. That way you can communicate better. You can get a bad haircut at any salon, either do to inexperience or miscommunication.

Milli has been doing my girlfriends hair and eyebrows for a long time. When she isnt available, she has gone to Mimi. Both of these ladies are amazing!

I always feel beautiful when I leave here all the ladies do a perfect job cutting and doing my hair and I am super super picky and slightly ocd so that’s super important for my hair to be perfect!!!!

The worse haircut I ever had. I wanted a toner over my highlights and Colleen turned it burgundy. She kept asking for advice from the other hairdressers. Maybe it was her first time mixing toner.
