Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time.Listen, let’s be real, if you are looking to buy a Sleep Number bed you are probably aware that it has a bit of a price tag. For me, the higher the price the more customer service I have hoping to see. That is what we experienced with our purchase today.We were lucky enough to have Ed as our sleep expert. From start to finish the entire experience was outstanding. At no point did I feel pressured to buy one item. Ed worked with us to educate us on how important it is to have a truly great nights sleep.He helped us find our sleep number, as well as, allowed us to make the decisions. He did not force us to buy something we didn’t want. Rather he provided options for us to try and buy what felt right to us.The financing process was simple as well. Ed was very specific in laying out what the financing options were as well as helping us understand what our options were before we moved forward with the application. Extremely easy and was on our way to purchasing shortly after the application.I can truly say that this is our first Sleep Number bed, and because of Ed it will most defiantly not be our last.
My wife and I recently went to sleep number in Miamisburg ohio. Upon entering our salesman Edward came to assist us. We asked if they do in-house financing or use a 3rd party financing company. Edward stated that it is in house financing and that it doesnt affect your credit, its not like buying a house or car. He took some information and told us to look around and see what bed we were interested in. My wife and I chose a bed and Edward proceeded to invoice the sale. Edward then stated that he ran our credit and had to use a 3rd party financing company, and that there would be a 59 dollar annual fee on that line of credit. We stated that we were not interested in financing with that company, when we specifically were told it was in house. We left without purchasing anything. A few weeks later, low and behold, we received two credit cards in the mail with open lines of credit from sleep number... without our approval. So not only did Edward mislead us, he lied and held up 5000 dollars worth of available credit, and hours on the phone with the 3rd party financing company to get this canceled and resolved. I have tried to talk to the store manager Chris, but everytime I call, he is not in or busy. We will never do business with Sleep Number again, especially the Miamisburg Ohio store. We will continue to let people know how shady this Integrity based company actually is.THANKS,BRIAN CLARK

Sales staff was nice. Beds are great but told us 3 weeks before bed would arrive then turned into 4 weeks. Takes too long to get bed. Thinking of cancelling
I didn’t want to give them 1 star.. We ordered my bed 3 weeks go and the first they could deliver it was today..They came, didn’t know they were taking out the old mattress and springs. They thought they were just delivering the adjustable frame and nothing else. They didn’t have the mattress or anything to set it up...now they are wanting us to wait another 3 weeks for delivery again. Apparently they don’t want to sell bed...we cancelled the order.
Our experience at Sleep Number was amazing. Not only are we so excited to get better sleep and live healthier, but the service we received from both Aaron and Chris was wonderful. They listened to our needs and helped us pick a bed that met all of our needs. I would highly recommend this location and Sleep Number to anyone.

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. He let us try different options to see what we liked best and didnt pressure us one way or another. Chris answered any questions we had and printed us quotes to take with us to be able to make our final decision. We came in the next day and purchased from him and he didnt try to change our decision. We will definitely be back if we need anything else!

I didnt go in the store. I called them and placed an order. They were very helpful. I called this store bc the one in the town I live in, no one was able to answer the phone at eastgate location.
We had a wonderful experience shopping for our new bed. Shannon at the Dayton Mall store was so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the entire system and answered all of our questions. When she was not sure of an answer, she consulted one of her peers. We cannot wait to get our bed. If you are looking for a Sleep Number bed, go to the Dayton Mall store and ask for Shannon, you will be happy you did!!
Our salesman Ed was perfect he didnt pressure us but guided us through the experience of finding our sleep number. Once we experienced relaxing without feeling pain and pressure points the bed sold itself. Very kind and informative
So we waited 3.5 weeks for our bed. The day it was supposed to be delivered, the delivery man had to go home to take care of family issues. They shipped the bed back to their distribution location and told me I had to wait ten more days for another attempt at delivery. Customer service didn’t seem to care and simply apologized. After telling them that I was going to shop elsewhere, they still didn’t care. I found a wonderful comparison at Snuggy’s in Florence Kentucky. Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with and had my new King sized air adjustable bed delivered that day! I would strongly suggest finding an alternative to Sleep Number if you have the option. The salespeople do a wonderful job at selling the bed, but delivery and customer service do a horrible job on following through on delivery and satisfaction.

The store was busy that day. It was my husbands first time and my 3rd. My first time in (the store) the salesperson really took his time to explain to me how the beds worked, let me try different ones and really sold me on the brand. This time we asked to see a specific bed, because of a consumer reports best value rating, so I guess he thought he didnt have to sell my husband on the beds. Anyway, he redeemed himself by offering the floor model on another bed, which would have been more expensive had we purchased it new. Yay! In the mean time another sales person became available and started interacting with my husband. So he did get a little of the experience I had the first time around. It gets better. Fast forward to a week later, after receiving our new base, we start assembling and realize we have no legs. Nothing to put the base on. Long story short, we call the store and they find legs in store for me to pick up free of charge!! Awesome! So what started out kind of not so great ended up turning around with great customer service! I was prepared to give them a 3 star review, but they totally stepped up! Highly recommend this store!!
We did our research prior to shopping for a sleep number bed. We had a pretty good idea of the bed we wanted, but allowed Megan to show us two models. She did a great job of explaining the differences between the models but left us alone to talk through our decision. All in all a good experience.
I love the beds and Dan was incredibly patient when I rolled in with 5 kids to buy a bed. Incredibly helpful and efficient.

I was shopping around for a new bed and stopped in just to look and I walked out with a new bed. The instant I lied down I knew I wanted one. The store manager was very helpful and made some good suggestions on the bed and pillow that best suited my sleeping habits. A very easy no pressure shopping experience.
Wonderful experience shopping here! The manager of the store assisted me with picking the model that worked best for my wallet and my back! Ive had my sleep number bed now for a few moths and I cant say enough how wonderful these beds are! My back and my sleep have never been better thanks to the polite and knowledge people at this store! I highly recommend if youre not happy with your bed, how your back is feeling and if youre not sleeping well that you come in and let them assist you with correcting those issues!
My issues arent necessarily with the store but the bed itself. The bed support is cheap foam Padding on the top a sides. The padding is the support on the top a sides. The padding on top of my bed split and I was quoted a replacement price of $200 with the extended warranty. The warranty is not worth anything. I also had issues with the air leakage and the store doesnt take care of any of those issues, customer service 1-800 number told me it would cost $99 just to get someone out to look at the bed after doing the troubleshooting. Watch You Tube videos from others who have had issues with the padding, I wish I would have because I would have never bought it. Now I know better.
I ordered the Flex 2 base for my sleep number on January 9, 2019. I was told that they could not deliver until February 9, 2019. I was disappointed that it was going to take so long, but I was patient. The week before delivery I called customer service 2-3 times to make sure the delivery was on target. On delivery day I received a call from the installer and he said he had the base and would be out later that day to install it. Excited I prepared my room, pulling off all the linen and blankets and disassembled the base I had. Two hours later I got a call from customer service informing me that the installer did not receive the base and would not be out to install it. I immediately called the store manager and he said he would call back. He called back in about 15 minutes and told me that the installer could not get the base because UPS had it locked up. He said he would call me Monday to schedule a new date for delivery. I asked couldnt they do it on Monday and the answer was he wouldnt know until he could talk to the installer on Monday. I was beyond upset and disappointed at that point. I went to Mattress Firm and asked them for a base. They quoted me one $800.00 cheaper and agreed to install it the next day. I slept somewhere else for the night and the next day they came with the base and installed it for me. I will not purchase anything from sleep number again as they are not reliable and were unable to fix the problem when it came up. I was not happy with their responses to fix the problem, just blaming UPS for the issue.
I went into the Dayton store knowing there were other stores closer to me to look. I had somewhat of an idea of price but wanted to check out what they had and how they felt. They never pressured me and they let me try different numbers to make sure I was comfortable. They explained each one to me and gave me pricing all different ways with different bases and the mattress. I did purchase one bed for my granddaughter and one mattress for myself. Excellent store with down to earth people. Already thinking about my next purshase for my grandson and camper.
Daniel H. went above and beyond for us. My husband and I were stopping for lunch and decided to get sheets while we waited for our table. We went in and explained what bed we had and ordered 2 sets and proceeded to the restaurant. Shortly after we were sat Dan tapped us on the shoulder and informed us we got the wrong sheets and has canceled the transaction and when we are finished eating he has the correct order ready! We are from out of town so this saved a lot of hassle! Nicely done Dan!!!!

We cancelled our bed order from this store. They tried to deliver the bed saying we needed to buy additional legs to set it up. The salesman, Josh Jacobs did not tell us this despite our concern expressed to him at time of purchase that we needed to be sure we had EVERYTHING we needed to set this bed up when it was delivered. Thus the cancellation. As yet, we still have not received a full refund of our deposit as promised. For some reason that no one can explain to us, part of our deposit was given by the company to Synchrony Financial, the third party 24 month same as cash finance company. This was their choice not ours. Our credit card specifically states that the company cashed that credit NOT Synchrony. What they chose to do is not our problem. We have been given bogus phone numbers and promised call backs that were never made. The company still owes us an additional refund. This purchase has been the worst experience of our lives. Everyone involved has dropped the ball, including the store manager, Karen Miller. We will continue to tell everyone we can, in any format we can NOT to do business with this company.Charles H
The entire staff was very professional and easy to work with (but they were not all stuffy). I believe our customer reps name was Dan. He was very patient and took as much time as we required. My hats off to the folks at Sleep Number.

Paid 5000 for a bed and had it for 1 year and never had a good nights sleep so I just sold it for 1700 ! Please dont waste your money on a air mattress

I went into the sleep number store to look around and see what it was all about. I was pretty much just starting to shop for a new bed and didnt really expect to buy anything at my first visit. I was slightly skeptical about going to a mall location and being pressured to buy. I was wrong! Josh promptly greeted me and asked some questions about what I was looking for. He then showed me the products and walk me through the features and the way a sleepnumber works. He was very helpful and polite. He answered all my questions and did not try to pressure me into a quick decision. He actually told me, more than once, that I did not have to buy today and to shop around first to be sure I got what I wanted in a bed. He never smeared any competitor but simply said that their product was better because of the features offered and how customizable and individual their sleepnumber beds really are. He really wanted me to make my own decision and basically let me sell the product to myself. He gave me the best deal and the most bang for my buck. I had a great experience and bought a P5 model in confidence that I had made the right decision. So, in summary: Great experience, very knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure, friendly, and I walked out with confidence in my purchase. Thanks Josh and Sleepnumber for helping me. Ill post again once my bed arrives and I have some time to test it out.
