Knowledgeable, have been using for years. Was very helpful with questions. Did receive a defective part that will be returning. The only drawback is they are only open certain days of the week. Other than that, I would certainly recommend Eagle Marine for all your marine needs.

Went to Eagle Creek Marine for the first time. Dennis was able to help is out being first time pontooners with an older 2 stroke motor. Definitely recommend!

Took to long to get my Lund warranty transfered on a boat I bought but as of today they got it done . The Mechanics are great there and Dennis has been a huge help . I would highly recommend there mechanic services but thats the last boat I buy there.

Great customer service. I needed a boat registration completed, but I knew it would be close to closing time before I could get there. I called them and was told it was fine if the registration process ran past closing. Transaction went flawlessly. I was even given some boat restoration advice.

Very honest and fair prices. I bought a used bow rider 5 years ago. He helped me rig it up for towing and followed me to a local lake to run through the controls and functions, as I never owned a boat like this. That was above and beyond. We recently, and sadly had to sell it due to circumstances. We sold it for what we paid for it 5 years ago. Thats a great deal...

Stopped at Eagle Creek last week to inquire about service for my boat. When I went in there were 2 employees who were both having a casual conversation with another customer discussing cars. I browsed the store for about 5 minutes and at no time did anyone acknowledge my presence. Finally decided to leave and exited past both employees who just looked at me. Have no idea how you run a business like that. Made contact with T&J Marine Repair in Tipp City who was eager to help me. Maybe they were having a bad day at Eagle Marine but they lost my business!

Helped transfer a boat registration with no problems will be back if i need parts or service

I would give them a -1 if I could. They winterized the boat. Also oil change. However the boat has been damaged while in their shop. I called, and gentleman said to send pics and they would get back with me. I heard nothing. Sent two more emails and called and left messages. They will not return calls or emails. Complete lack of integrity.

This place is terrible. I was purchasing a boat motor and boat trailer for a search and rescue team here. The over promised and under delivered multiple times. They had disengaged employees and the owner who did have answers was rarely available. Also, a sick looking dog that was missing hair was meandering around in the building and was sniffing me every time I went in there to correct or check on my order. Take my recommendation and shop elsewhere!

Took my boat there to get a steering cable put on they put in thermostats they wasn’t supposed to they broke part of my throttle linkage and tore my boat cover and the price was double the quote I tried to talk to them when I finally talked to someone they said they fired the mechanic which helps me none I’ll never go back

I called about a gasket 2 months ago and havnt heard a thing about. The man told me on a Tuesday morning he could have it by Friday or the following Monday Tues, and they havnt even gave me a call to apologize for inconvenience or nothing poor service if I ask me, another marina took care of me within 3 days i had my motor back together,,wont be returning to eagle creek!!

Quality, affordable service on my old boat.

They have had my boat for a 35 days and have not looked at it yet they tell me day after day they are going to pull it in and look at it but have not even done that and give me some story how there guys don’t know how to show up to work.note they told me 2 weeks they would call me and tell me what the boat needs. They have not called me one time to up date me and tell me they haven’t got to it yet. All around this place sucks don’t take your boat here ever
