I recently had my master bath semi-remodeled with the removal of a 1990’s large soaker tub and replaced with a lovely white custom cabinet for storage and replaced vanity to match. Before talking with Tiffany at JEM, remodeling our kitchen the way we wanted and staying within our budget seemed impossible. She was able to deliver the perfect design plus beautiful cabinets, hardware, quartz countertops, and all new flooring. Even though we decided to do some of the work ourselves to save money, Tiffany was always available to help with design ideas, color choices, and she led the entire process from start to finish - making sure we had everything done way quicker than what I thought a full kitchen demo/remodel would take.

The entire team at JEM was exceptional start to finish. They helped us renovate a 25 year old kitchen for a great price with guidance throughout the process. Day 1 we recieved a 3-D layout that helped us truly envision what the upgrade would look like. The on-site field measurement was quick and easy, and delivery was within a week of that. I ordered kitchen cabinets from here 4 1/2 years ago, and I feel that is enough tome to assess the quality of the product. The customer service is excellent, which is the only reason I’m rating the company 2 stars. The quality of the product, from the very beginning is poor. The factory initially replaced multiple pieces in my order due to broken cabinets, missing parts, poor staining work, and general damage. I expected some of this, but even the sales rep at the store found the issues to be excessive. I wouldn’t recommend this cabinet line over another made to order cabinet company. You could save 30% ordering elsewhere and have better longevity and performance. My hardwood cabinets (3/4” furniture grade MDF and maple) are lightly used (no children, 2 adults in the home). I protected the interior surfaces with cabinet liners. But in several places the finish has scratched; there are nicks from pulling pans or canned goods out of the cabinet and bumping the edge, and there are places where the interior finish is flaking. The cabinets have a 5 year warranty, which they will replace the cabinet, but you have to pay for uninstall and reinstall of the replacement piece. Choose another source and research the performance when you choose your cabinet profile.

JEM Designs is an extremely customer service oriented company. I worked with Alexa and she was very helpful and tended to my every need/desire. The cabinets I chose are a relatively new line to JEM, Wolf Cabnetry. Theyre gorgeous and arrived in less than two weeks. Highly recommend JEM Designs!
