Ordered auto battery online and picked up in store next day. The gentleman was friendly and carried the battery to my car. The store looked nice however I didnt spend much time there. Decent parking lot and easy in and out.

My Samsung S10 + was partially blacked out from a screen crack in addition to a hole/ crack from being dropped. I do not have phone insurance. My choice was to get a new phone or replace the screen so I chose the latter. In the same day AND within 45 minutes, they replaced my screen, put in a new battery and put a screen protector on my phone! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their work on my phone. I am a forever customer!!! Thank you all for giving me back a seemingly brand new phone.

I am mostly pleased with the service I have received today and in the past for the store here on Miller Lane. I was initially looking for #392 battery for a thermometer. The Batteries Plus website indicated the #392 battery was in stock at the store I do my business with. I called the store to make sure they were open for me to pickup the order if I went a head and executed my online order. The salesperson told me the battery I was looking for was not in stock but I could substitute a #329. It is little thinner but should work. I placed my online order and picked up my order via curbside pickup. Thermometer appears to be working. Point is, the website said there was stock but according to the sale associate the store was out of stock and he help me come up with a workable solution.

They have stuff you would never imagine you must go there if you need batteries or lighting

Took my phone here to have a crack in the screen fixed. Got my phone back and the facial recognition / selfi camera did not work. Had them put my cracked screen back on and send the new faulty one back to get a functional one to put on my phone. 2 days later I call them to see if it is in and it is. I go in and have them fix my phone again. Go back to pick it up and the manager gives me someone elses phone a receipt and is sending me on my way. Since it did not work the 1st time I turn the phone on and see at&t pop up on the screen and tell him this isnt my phone I use Verizon. They then cant find my phone. After 15 mins and a call to the tech that worked on it I get my phone back. Turn it on and you guessed it, the camera dont work. They put the same defective screen on my phone for a second time. Also had to pay 408 after tax for them to even order the screen to begin with. All said and done I get my cracked screen put back on for the second time and get a refund. I would never recommend anyone do business with them. Got my phone fixed somewhere else for $100 less and it was right on the 1st try.

They had all but 1 of my batteries in stock when ordered online. Store manager called and said I can pick up what he has now or wait till next day when the 1 battery from store transfer came in. I appreciate the call along with the email. Also the online ordering is great.

I had them rebuild a battery pack for a data collector. They first made it out of Ni-CD and it was supposed to be Ni-MH. They rebuilt it to my satisfaction. I have also had them cut a key for a Honda 2007 Accord. They have done well.

They were very courteous and did a wonderful job.

Some of the employees are less than professional and the items they say they have online may not be in the store. Once you arrive to the store they try to get you to purchase their brand. This is the old bait and switch. It happen to me and I had to request a refund since it was an online purchase.

I took two large specialty Duracell batteries off my John Deere 4020 tractor to this Batteries Plus on York Commons. One battery is the size of two car batteries put together. The gentleman tested the batteries and determined that one in particular was bad so I decided I wanted both replaced direct with the same 500 CCA Duracell batteries that had lasted me a fairly long time. The associate told me that the batteries would arrive and be available for pick up on the following Friday. (I brought the batteries to the store on a Saturday.) I told the associate that was fine, paid for the new batteries, and left the old batteries so I would get my core charge refund right then. I received a printed 8.5x11 receipt with a picture of the Duracell battery on the itemized list to indicate the new battery was going to be a Duracell replacement and double checked the part number from their website to make sure it was Duracell. Wednesday of that following week, I received a call from Batteries Plus telling me that my batteries were ready for pick up and there were four in case I wanted more. I was happy my batteries arrived early but was confused as I had only ordered the two and didnt have any intention of purchasing more than that. I left work directly and headed to the store 30 minutes away. About 10 minutes into my trip, the associate called me and told me that he had made a mistake and that my batteries were still not available. I turned around and made the 15 minute drive back to work and had to make up my time that evening. On Friday, I hadnt received any notification from the store but drove the 30 minutes out of my way after work to pick up the batteries. When I arrived and told them I was there to pick up my batteries, they said my batteries had not come in and they should be in on Monday. I asked if there was any way I could pick up the batteries elsewhere and was told there was no way to track them. I have a business to run with my tractor and had tires scheduled to be replaced the next day on Saturday and had to reschedule that service. I also had grass to cut throughout the weekend and was unable to cut it. The following week, I was out of town on business the whole week. Monday and Tuesday both came and went without any call or status updates from Batteries Plus. Finally, Wednesday came around and I received the call that my batteries had arrived. My wife went to pick them up and when she sent me a picture of the batteries, they were not Duracell 500 CCA batteries but Centennial 475 CCA batteries. I couldve bought the Centennial brand batteries from OReilly for next day pick-up. If there was a change in availability of the Duracells I should have been advised. Very disappointed that this business not only doesnt lift a finger when it leaves its customers in a bind but charges brand name price and undercuts with generic brands. Dont go if you care at all about reliable service.

Long story. So I call a location to see if they have the key fob for my truck. I’m told by some guy that they have 1 at the Dayton mall location. I go to this location only to wait 45 minutes for something they said they did not have. So the next step would be ordering online. I go online to order the key fob and get a email next day saying my order is ready for pick up. I had it sent to the York commons due to the issues with the two other stores. So I come to get the key fob that’s supposed to be here in store ready for pick up. I get to the store only to find that the key fob came from the Dayton mall location but was already cut so they couldn’t use it. So I then had to wait another week in a half because it had to be reordered. I have dealt with multiple people on this one issue. And then I had to request them to refund the fee to program the key. Apparently they didn’t see fit to rectify the situation on their own. Other than countless apologies. I will never purchase from them again and will be going to socialMedia as well and sharing my experience. The customer service is horrible.

Never try to get a phone repaired here shoddy work and cheap Chinese parts instead of products from the manufacturer. Only go here if you wanna pay $400 for a non tempered glass screen that costs about $10 for front and back and cracks within 2 weeks.

My generic charger fried my battery to my Samsung S8 I took it here in hope that no further damage was done and CMartin helped me in a timely manner with the most upbeat personality!! I ordered two batteries which were identified as in stock. Several hours later (after the store was closed) I received a confirmation email that they were collected and placed on hold for me. Late the following morning I went to the store (a 45 minute drive) and the associate helping me went into the back room. While he was gone, two other customers came in and were helped by another associate - one of them also had an on line pick up. After they left the one helping me came back and said they were not there, They probably would be on todays truck. Since I really hate being lied to, (the email said they were ready for pick up in the store! I asked for and received an immediate refund. I then went someplace else to someone who told the truth and purchased them for only twice the price...with a guaranteed delivery of only three days. The big difference...they told the truth and did not waste my time. Do not worry, I wont need those batteries again for three to four years and this store will probably be out of business by then. And if I need any other batteries I will not trouble you.

Very nice and helpful staff, and they have lots of batteries and light bulbs. But Ive gone to them twice for device repair and they were unable to help me. I appreciate that they referred me to Gem City Digital at The Greene, who came through with flying colors both times.

I placed an order for a battery to pick it up and was told itd be in by Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday comes along and I call the store and the employees told me that it wasnt in yet and that they were delayed by weather. Okay, fine, it happens. They told me that they would call me when it came in. Today, I called the store and spoke with Rock, the manager. He tells me that the battery was there the whole time and instead of filling the order, the new employees put the battery on the shelf. Got the battery today with no problem and I was glad that he was so helpful in solving my problem.
