Zack walked us through the whole process and was very knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole thing. He kept us updated to make sure that we were truly going to love our rings. Came here based on reviews and their reputation. I am a younger man looking to get an engagement ring. I was looking for a 1.5 carat ring with a thin band. The gentleman helping me was very nice and showed me diamonds that I could choose from. I chose a diamond that I liked as well as a band style my partner had shown me. He took my information and said that he could mount the diamond with this type of band. He said he would call me once it was completed so I could see it. I waited for a couple days before calling to see if they had it completed. Once I called they didnt set the diamond and dont remember me being there to begin with. I dont think they took me as being a serious buyer for that ring as it was going to be pretty pricey. I have since taken my business elsewhere to get the diamond I am looking for.Edit: Lisa has contacted me and she was very understanding of what happened. The sales rep is no longer there and my information was not relayed when he had left. They want to make it right and I am considering buying my wedding bands from them. Lisa was very apologetic and took the matter seriously and wants to maintain the Elizabeth Diamond reputation as well as make things right.

Great jewelry store in Centerville! I went to several places in town with a pair of heirloom rings I wanted to have repaired and restored as surprise anniversary gift for my wife. The rings were nearly 100 yrs old and had a lot of sentimental value to her, but since they were in bad shape and werent fancy rings to begin with, other jewelry stores werent interested in working with me, and only offered to buy them from me for scrap value. But Dwight and the bench jeweler at Elizabeth Diamond Company made it happen for me, and my wife was delighted to see how beautifully the cherished rings had been restored! Dwight was fantastic, spending all the time necessary working with me to make the rings come out just right, and keeping me informed about the progress. The rings came out even better than I hoped, thanks to the expert bench jeweler, and Dwight seemed every bit as invested in the project as I was! I have an antique (100 yrs old) Edwardian engagement ring that was extremely worn, to the point the design was almost worn off. It was also cracked in half. I took it in to Elizabeth Diamond co., to Zak in particular. It could not be repaired. They did however, offer to remake the ring with their CAD machine. It turned out absolutely beautiful. As pretty as the original. What shocked me though was that it was almost identical to the original. I couldn’t be happier. I strongly recommend EDC for such projects and for any jewelry needs. They do wonderful work. They are very nice people too!

I had two pieces of jewelry that I needed repaired. My engagement ring is over 30 years old and needed to be reset. I wanted the setting to be the same as the original for sentimental reasons and they fully understood and didnt try to sell me more than I wanted. My other piece of jewelry is a blue opal earring that had lost its match. After a discussion of how difficult it is to match opals I decided to make a ring out of the remaining opal. Again I wanted simple. The designer was amazing and helped me choose what looked best with the opal I had. Again, she didnt try to oversell me on a design with more diamonds. Instead we choose a simple diamond band that didnt overshadow the opal. I appreciate that they understood how important sentimental value was to me over dollar value. I went there because I thought they would be the best and they proved me right. Every person in the store was respectful and compassionate.

I inherited some beautiful and incredibly important diamonds from my grandmother when she passed in January. I took them to the other guys in Kettering, only because they were closer. Unsatisfied with that service and level of care, I went to EDC and was welcomed by sales associate Dwight Stevens, who is a very dynamic listener and easily took my ideas and tagged their in-house designer, Lisa. Within a week she had drawn several sketches for my review. Dwight was so personable and even texted me with updates. After the CAD images (which were incredibly realistic), he had me come back in for a wax casting of the ring. He greeted me with a glass of wine and it made the whole experience so special. After I okayed the wax stage, he told me 3-4 weeks my ring would be ready. After only 2, he called me first thing and had me come in to pick it up. The box was wrapped in platinum wrapping paper and he and Lisa watched me unwrap it. In an age when face to face interactions have been all but eliminated from Covid-19, and the sales experience no longer valued, I felt extremely well cared for and valued as a customer. Also, they did all of this even though the cost of the actual jewelry was not that much! Since I supplied the stones, I only paid for the metal and the design. You would have thought I dropped $10,000 for their level of involvement, but these folks love their jobs and just want to make memorable pieces of jewelry and memorable moments.

We were greeted by Joshua and shown a whole spectrum of options for the specific type of ring we had in mind. The Elizabeth diamond company came highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint. I had my late mothers engagement solitaire placed in a necklace for my nieces graduation from high school. Bridget helped me finalize the design and did research needed to find vendors who could rush ship materials in time for graduation day. Since the pandemic was underway, Bridget even offered to personally visit to take measurements of the solitaire while maintaining social distancing. She was very professional and responsive, and I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received in designing what Im sure will become a family heirloom.

My US Naval Academy ring was stolen, and turned up after 28 years. It needed to be resized, and I could find no one in town to do the job except for EDC. Zack was interested in the rings story, and in taking on the job. The ring has returned, it looks great, and it fits perfectly.

Sherri at EDC in Dayton was very helpful with my custom ring purchase. From start to finish she kept me updated with pictures of the CAD and wax process. We looked at several stones and she was patient with me. She went the extra mile to help me get financed as I am not very computer savvy. It was a surprise for my wife and Sherri kept the whole process in secret for me. Unlike a few other jewelry stores that I spoke to, Sherri didn’t try to talk me into anything that I didn’t want. She figured out a way to make it happen. She returned emails and texts promptly, even on a holiday! The ring turned out exactly how I had envisioned and just in time for the date that I needed it by. EDC even has their own in-house designer & jeweler! If you are wanting a truly unique and custom ring made I highly recommend calling Sherri at EDC.

So incredibly pleased! My engagement ring was originally purchased from another boutique out of state, and I had broken my band so bad while at work. When I brought it in, this place was willing and able to fix it with no issue when other large retailers were telling me I’d have to purchase a whole other ring. First visit there to buy was fantastic - detailed personal attention. Returned for sizing and service was on par with WalMart. Upon entering was greeted and guided to the back register. Two staff were at desk, one boxing up jewelry the other was having conversation with same customer about cars - pausing only for a moment to advise someone would be with me. Few minutes later another staff member asked if I was being helped, i advised I had not been and he noted someone would be right with me. At that point I looked around the store and there were a handful of staff not tending to anyone. Another staff member approached us and asked if we being well taken care of and I replied no, frankly youre the fourth person to inquire but nobody is actually tending to us. Apparently the guy behind the desk hearing this, paused his conversation asked the lady (still boxing up the jewelry) to go back and see if [didnt catch the name] was available to assist us, then continued comparing his Mercedes and his Subaru. A few minutes later a gentleman appeared and actually took care of us providing a lame excuse about how busy they were just after I had counted 4 staff just standing about. I will be back for warranty work but I will not give them any more of my money with such poor post-purchase service.

If you are ring shopping and arent quite sure where to start... do yourself a favor and come to EDC and ask for Josh. When my fiancee and I were ring shopping we stopped a few places that had less quality at a higher price, pushy sales reps, and staff that just looked at us with $$ signs in their eyes the second I told them I knew nothing about diamonds. What I told them I was looking for was the opposite of what they were showing me. Then I came to EDC and had the pleasure of working with Josh. I told him about the other rings we were looking at. He took the time to educate us on what we were actually looking at and what to look for to get the diamond I liked with the budget we had. He also showed me a ton of gorgeous rings that were EXACTLY what we were looking for. For months I still continued my search to make sure we found the right ring. I called Josh several times to ask about a ring at his competition compared to the ring we were looking at there. He would go over the specs of the diamonds and leave it at that. He wasnt pushy, he didnt talk smack about his competition, he just gave me the facts and let me make my own decision. We knew in our hearts that we getting a good deal for a great diamond. Upon purchasing my ring I unfortunately found out that the engagement would not be taking place due to unforeseen and personal circumstances. (Though now I see it as a huge blessing.) Given the situation that is when I emotionally and rudely contacted the owner Sonny, who calmly and understandingly asked me to come to the store to resolve the issue. When I arrived at the store they continued to go above and beyond, unlike any other sales experience Ive encountered and blessed me with an outcome that I will forever be grateful for. When I ever need any jewelry in the future I couldnt dream of going somewhere else. THERE IS NOT ANOTHER COMPANY OUT THERE THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THE ELIZABETH DIAMOND COMPANY.

I went to Elizabeth Diamond Company after visiting a multitude of stores in the Dayton area and countless hours of shopping online and it was exhuasting. I wasnt sure what to look for or where to begin. Luckily Josh from EDC greeted me at the door and walked me through everything in my price range and preferred style. We were able to find the perfect ring in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. He removed the stress of engagement ring shopping and was a great resource through and through. My husband and I are huge fans of Sonny and Elizabeth Diamond Company. The customer service is amazing but the diamonds are even better!! Over the 13 years we have been buying jewelry at EDC, Sonny has really taken the time to get to know my style. For my birthday last month he helped pick out the most spectacular diamond ring I have ever seen. We moved away from Dayton over ten years ago but we will not go anywhere else!

My girlfriend and I went in about a year ago and looks at rings. We were greeted by Aimee, who was amazing. She took so much time with us and showed us every option available. Aimee was awesome and remembered everything. She helped me through the custom design process every step of the way. Their CAD drawings were spot on and the wax mold was perfect. The ring came out beyond my wildest dreams. I was so glad that I could give my fiance a ring that was made just for her.I cannot emphasize the professionalism and customer service that Aimee and EDC provided me throughout this process. What a pleasant experience!! After checking out other jewelry stores in the area (and coming up short,) my husband and I came in to upgrade my wedding ring. Aimee was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were treated like royalty. She took the time to get to know us, and find exactly what we wanted to fit within our budget. I have been involved in making two substantial purchases at Elizabeth Diamond Company in the last two years. The first was an estate piece that is beyond perfect for what we desired. The other was a custom piece that is stunning ... more than exceptional for me. We were treated with the most professional care and advice. There was no pressure to buy, but total support for our wishes. Both Jaime and Stephanie (and the rest of the crew) couldnt have been more wonderful! We not only have two beautiful pieces of jewelry, we have made a couple of great friends.

Cody did a wonderful job helping me with the engagement ring that I had planned. I wanted to put a non-typical center stone in the setting and all I had were rough stones. Cody organized the stone cutting and then we worked on the setting. Every little detail that I wanted to put into the ring was incorporated within the hour of the text that I sent to him. Fast, professional, and quality service is what youll find here at EDC. We are definitely going to come back to see Cody to get our wedding bands done!!!

Had a great experience here! Came in thinking I was a big shot because I had found a good deal on a band online, and Cody worked with me not only to find a band better than the one I picked out, but at a fantastic price and he helped me pick a diamond out too! Not pushy at all, he just presented the stones and gave me his thoughts on them and how they looked with the ring. He helped me create a semi-custom engagement ring. Seeing the diamonds in person was invaluable and Cody showed me the advantages to buying in person. I would highly recommend EDC to anyone looking for jewelry, and especially to guys looking to buy a ring for a special lady!
