I love the Dollar Tree! How can I deny myself the luxury of self-care when they make it so affordable? Answer: I simply cannot. I love their crafting sections and my daughter loves going there to see new toys- and I can even buy her some! I love this place, truly.

To be honest, this is not a review of any in-store experience. I haven’t even had a chance to get in there. BECAUSE THEY SEEM TO ALWAYS CLOSE SUPER EARLY. This is the second time I’ve driven down to this location from Huber heights to find the store closed during regular business hours. I mean…. 6:30 on a week day? Sign on the door said sorry closed at 5 I think. What. So I understand that staffing is a problem right now everywhere. I get that. But learn how to update your business hours on Google if you’re closing early. Respect your potential customers.

I enjoy going to this Dollar Tree. They always have plenty of stock and a variety of items, I dont find at stores closer to me. The shelves are always stocked. The store is clean and well kept. I pass 2 other Dollar Trees, to shop at this one.

I love driving over here and it not even being open. Why dont you update your business hours?

One of the biggest train wreck of a stores Ive ever seen. A complete mess with empty shelves. Would have given 1 star but the cashier was exceptionally nice.

The particular store is consistently clean and organized. The employees are polite, helpful and knowledgeable.It seems there is a Dollar store on every corner, however, not all are equally as special as this one.I live 25 miles from this particular one and have 2 within 3 miles of my home and work. That being said, I prefer this one!

Store was very clean, and fully stocked. The employee that helped me find what I was looking for was extremely helpful and friendly. She talked to me about the project I was trying to do and made very helpful suggestions. Highly recommend this location!

I was in line to check out. I saw an employee stocking shelves. she stopped what she was doing made eye contact with me and then resumed stocking the shelves. Another customer came up behind me and noted he saw no staff to wait on us. I told him I saw the person stocking the shelves he saw her and said excuse me. She immediately stopped what she was doing and then came to ring us out. I do not like to use my race as a reason but I can only wonder why she didnt stop to wait on me when I was the only person in line but then when a gentleman who happens to be white comes up and gets her attention she then stops and provides assistance. Very disappointed with her. This happened today at 1:10 p.m. at this particular location. Her name is Christina.

Clean store

As far as the selection and cleanliness of the store they get a 5. However, the cashier was very rude and had ZERO customer service skills. An elderly woman was asking about balloons and the cashier acted like It was a huge inconvenience. I said hi, never got a response. I even said thank you as I left and didn’t get anything in return. New staff would be good.

2stores. Embarrassing Empty shelves everywhere. Boxes everywhere. Here’s what they didn’t have. Ice cube trays,flexible 3-1 outlet adapters, small brillo,white glue, spiral notebook,sheet pan,hammer, small toolkit, small broiler pan. Had 10 more items. Frustrated and left. Same thing at next closest store. Management ever aware of having employees show up an hour before store opens and having ALL stock on shelves BEFORE store opens.

This is one of the nicest Dollar Tree stores Ive ever seen. It is brand new, but still, its fully carpeted, clean, and theres even a public restroom which was surprising. Otherwise, this store is plagued with the usual customers making messes, customers letting their kids make messes, and not enough staff. We waited in line for 15 minutes and the line behind us grew most of the way down an aisle. Finally, the cashier noticed and called for a backup who didnt turn up for several minutes.

Theres a guy by the named of Robert who works here who is so nice and helpful.. He always has a great attitude and is always busy working hard.. Hes here everytime I come and hes always in a upbeat mood..

Great source for sundries... Friendly staff and well stocked. Highly recommended!

Store was very organized even as they were putting out Valentines Day merchandise. Staff is friendly. Usually find whay I need and then some. Parking lot is problematic due to potholes however the store isnt responsible for that.

Poor customer service. Ordered Graduation Ballons and went to pick them up tbey were not ready . The other employee woukd not assist . She is hurrying in putting air in them.I put them in the car and the air leaked out. I went back in the store. I saw the female clerk standing and I told her what happened and I want my money back. She accused me of damaging the balloon. To sum it up, she gave my money back I will not shop at Dollar Tree.

The restaurant was grotesque. This bathroom was the most disgusting restroom I have ever seen. Its worse than the restroom at an auto store. No toilet paper, feces on the toilet seat, no soap, no paper towels.
