We bought equipment from G & G a couple of years ago and had a great experience. This year it has been a nightmare. No communication whatsoever, no help in the showroom, and now we find out they cant deliver for over 2 months. We bought here instead of Amazon for the service but were extremely disappointed. Never again.

Jon was pleasant, knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. He determined quickly what was wrong, informed me what needed to be done. He had parts with him, and quickly made the repair. My elliptical is running as good as new!

Id like to thank Bryan at G&G Fitness in Centerville/Dayton for an excellent buying experience. We couldnt be more pleased with his service, the delivery crew or the product that we purchased. We were in the market for a treadmill and spent a lot of time doing our research. Bryan actually has written a 4-part series available online that provides an incredibly detailed explanation of what to look for when buying a treadmill. It has everything you need to know so you can walk into the store informed and able to make the best decision. Once in the store, its obvious that G&G is a cut above the rest in terms of both selection, quality of products and they are able to accommodate any price point. We must of spent a total of 5 hours between 3 visits to the store trying out treadmills and asking questions before finally came to a decision. Bryan was there to answer any and every question we had. They were able to set up a speedy delivery within 3 days after the purchase. The delivery/assembly team that G&G contracts with is professional, friendly, knowledgable and very careful not to disrupt everything in your house/apt. You just dont get service like this any more; it was a simply excellent experience from start to finish and we cant wait to start breaking in our new treadmill.

I have visited this store several times since Ive moved to the Dayton area. The thing that brings me back each time is the level of customer service I receive. We purchased our first treadmill from this store 16 years ago. The treadmill ran great but eventually became obsolete. However, anytime we needed service, had a question or concern the staff was always very professional and knowledgeable. Theyve provided such good service to us that we have purchased our second treadmill today and are looking forward to many more years of great use and service. This was my second visit to the Fitness Store. I am so glad I returned. Im very big on customer service, and this is exactly what I received. I really enjoyed all my questions being answered, and how knowledgeable the salesman was with the equipment. There were several people in the store, and he managed to assist us all. I really looked forward to receiving my equipment this weekend.This store has great equipment. It was almost hard to decide what I wanted, but my heart has always been set on an elliptical.I went to another exercise equipment store in the area about a year ago, and I didnt have the best experience. I didnt know about The Fitness Store then, but I wish I had. I pretty sure I would have a lost a pound or two by now, because I would have bought my elliptical a while ago :-)

I am not a person to write public posts, but today I experienced some of the absolute best customer care Ive ever had and wanted to share with the fitness community. My husband and I have purchased all our gym equipment with G&G beginning in Nov 17. Since then weve invested in numerous other pieces for our home gym and have trusted G&G solely for all equipment maintenance. It is because of our deep trust with G&G, particularly Bryan in Sales and Josh and his team from Upgrade Logistics, that we will consider NO ONE else to touch our fitness equipment. We are moving soon, and the moving company, despite our high recommendation to hire G&G, chose not to listen to us and sent a different 3rd party team to disassemble our equipment. Through no fault of theirs, the team did not feel comfortable disassembling, so we called our long-time trusted G&G team and begged for their help no-notice. This was a tall order since the tornadoes swept through Monday night and left many of us in Dayton reeling from the damage and they were low-staffed and without power to their warehouse. Despite the enormous workload, G&G came through for us again, even though they didnt have to entertain our request. Bryan (G&G), Josh (Upgrade Logistics), and Clyde (WDE) together saved our move and got the job done right and restored our comfort level that our equipment will continue to be cared for by professionals. Words cannot express our gratitude to this team, for many of their teammates were also impacted by the tornadoes, yet they cared for us as they always have...this post is my best effort to share that if you want great service, caring professionals, and a trusted team to work with for fitness equipment, you found it in G&G, Upgrade Logistics, and WDE. Brian was great. Helped us in selecting the right elliptical for our needs and took the time explain the features as well as walk us through setup and operation. The Octane Q37xi is awesome. Very easy to setup specialized programs or use one that is pre-programmed. Between my wife and I we use it 10+ times a week.

After running around Dayton all day looking for rowing machines and having a bad experience at Tiger Joes, we stumbled across the fitness store, thank god!!! Steve Bernstein was so knowledgeable and pleasant! He answered all of our questions and even gave us a little lesson on correct techniques. He never pressured us, only helped us decide on the best options since I have an extensive list of health concerns to be aware of when exercising. We took some time to decide for sure, and when we returned later that day to purchase, he made it all very quick and easy! Then, he saved the day one more time! The machine wouldnt fit in our vehicle, so he offered to drop it off when he got off work!!! We are loving our new water rower, and LOVED working with Steve! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I walked in the store already knowing that I wanted a Precor Elliptical machine. Our salesman, Bryan, stepped up right away and asked me questions about what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. He answered all of the questions I had and was very well-informed on the different styles. I didnt feel pressured, and he allowed me the space to try the floor models out and to think about which one I wanted. This was the best buying experience Ive had in a while. I really enjoy their choices and how willing they are to help find not just want you want, but what is best for you and your situation. I definitely recommend them.

I looked like they had a decent selection but the guy was on the phone and never bothered to acknowledge us - not a hello, not Ill be with you in a minute, nothing. I went up the road to a competitor and got what I needed. Since he didnt seem to care that we were there, we looked around for a few minutes and left.

The equipment is great and Bryan is very knowledgeable. The issue is the warehouse, they are clueless. From saying they did not receive an item and having to prove they did. Then not bringing it all on delivery and losing an item in the warehouse. This is not the way to run a warehouse. The manager of the warehouse never once called to apologize or send an email to explain the situation.

He did not try to sell me a more expensive machine and he did not push anything on me. He was polite and informative. I would recommend this store to all my friends.

I was highly impressed with the customer service (specifically the knowledge, demeanor, and honesty) that came with my experience with G&G in Dayton, Ohio.My salesperson was Brian and I knew within a couple minutes that he knew, not only about the products he was selling, but also about the entire fitness equipment industry (manufacturing and marketing). Brian was able to have the two Precor elliptical models I was interested in assembled and ready to try on the show room floor within a couple days. I really appreciate the ability to try the product before it arrives on my doorstep. I also appreciate the best price guarantee, extended warranty, and free delivery / installation that came at no additional charge (at least for the Precor).Ive owned several different makes of ellipticals over the past few years- and had major problems with each one. I highly recommend spending a couple hundred more dollars for the E line Precor (or better). They will last three times longer than any other brand in the 2-3K price range. And the foot motion (with no raise of the heal) is in a league of its own.
