These guys (and Amy) have been amazing from beginning to end. Im sure I annoyed with my multiple calls and questions but they were always willing to answer any questions I had. They got us done so fast (100ft chain link) and the crew was professional and polite every step of the way!

The AllStar team was very easy to work with from quote through final instalation. Tim took the time to provide multiple options and suggested some low cost upgrades which we incorporated into the final design. Bottom line is we couldnt be happier with our fence. It looks good, was built solidly, and most importantly was delivered on time and on budget. P.S. the dog approves too.

Estimate was timely, however when calling 3 weeks later to find out install date the office had NO record of our contract. Was told someone would call back, nothing! Contacted owner he said it would be installed in 2 weeks. That came and went. Again contacted office, same old story someone will call you back and again NO CALL BACK! Spoke to owner again and was told within 2 weeks and they will move me up on the schedule. Still NO fence installed. Called today, no call back to confirm if they were still coming next week. At this point they can return my money and I can have my fence installed by someone else that will be here and communicate efficiently with us. Speaking with a different contractor that was at our home, he asked we was doing the fence. He laughed and said yea good luck cuz he has used Tim and had the same issues.

I cant say enough good things about the quality job All Star Fence did installing our new cedar wood fence! They were always willing to answer questions and concerns. The finished job is beautiful. So many neighbors have committed on their work, as well. I am sure they will be getting more jobs in the area due to how their job improved the look of our yard and house. I will be recommending their work to those who need a new fence!

I could not be happier with the way our fence turned out. The crew was extremely professional, prompt and friendly. It took a long time between estimate and project because they are so busy. But they were upfront about the time frame from the start and it was worth the wait.

I took a day off of work after setting up a time for someone to come out and create an estimate. Nobody called or showed. So not not only did I waste a day off but I also didnt get paid. Pretty neat of them! Found a good company though that came out the next day and was able to also give me an estimate as well. Potter fencing is a great company and also did fences for my boss as well. I would highly recommend not going with all Star fencing. Judging by these reviews Im not the only one. All star fencing is garbage.

Completely unresponsive. 75% deposit placed in July. They called to schedule install for 10/7 and they never showed or called to let me know they were not coming. Rescheduled for 10/19 and again they were a no show. I can’t get a hold of anyone in the office or get in contact with the owner.

We recently had All Star Fence put in a 400 ft wood picket fence. Our yard is very steep and has rolling hills and they did an excellent job of installing the fence. It is beautiful! Tim responded to all of my texts in a timely manner and was very helpful in getting all of the items needed for our HOA approval. Sebastian and the crew that installed the fence did a fantastic job. They arrived when I was told they would be here. They even worked in the pouring rain for over an hour trying to get the job completed. I would not hesitate to recommend All Star Fence! The fence turned out great. The people were nice. The price was cheap and the quality is good. I would give them a 5 star but they are slow with communication.

This was my second time attempting to use this company. Last year I had the worst time trying to get in touch with anybody. I was told constantly I would hear back from someone. Tried for weeks. Then they told me someone would come out and do the job on a few different occasions and nothing. This year again, had someone come do an estimate and told me they could have someone come out ASAP to fix some minor things that needed done and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone this time around. Tried 4 different times and was told theyd have someone call me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time that’s why I tried with them this year. But again, no luck.

I do not own a home, and therefor have had no need for fencing services. However, I will say that several gentleman from this company were kind enough to spend one half hour of their time helping me to corral my loose dog on the busy thoroughfare of Dayton-Xenia Rd. They were patient, and after I got him into the van, we all exchanged salutes. If this is how they behave during their off-time, or time in between jobs, if I owned a home or property, they would be my first call.

2 stars given since they did at least show up on time to measure.Pretty discouraging... Had site visit on April 9th 2021 for a measure/ estimate, and its now May 9th, and ZERO contact initiated by AllStar on actual estimate (gave them a month before this review, with direct contact only from me-to-them between then and now). ....Im sure this review wont have much effect due to limited local fencing companies, but if you have an urgent timeline, like we expressed during site measure/estimate visit, that doesnt mean much to at least start-the-ball-rolling by completing the first step. Apparently no job too small is too small (we had ~60 feet).Also, I was kind of shocked to just now read reviews on sites like YELP and others as well, with crew problems - should be on site called YIKES!Anyway, shop around, and believe reviews (not just those from their website like I did)...

Exceeded expectations! We are hard to impress, but this company definately impressed us! The contractor we worked with was Larry, and he showed up for the fencing quote, right on time. He worked with us on the price, and even got us a temporary fence put up THAT AFTERNOON, since we have a dog and a toddler and live on a busy street. The owner called me and they were able to get our wood privacy fence installed, weeks earlier than quoted. The quality of work is supherb! Go ahead and get quotes from other fencing companies, just make sure All Star Fence is the one you hire!

We moved into a new house and have three dogs. Really needed the fence as soon as possible. It was great dealing with Tim. He kept the communication lines open so we knew what to expect. We secured three bids, and All Star came in lower than the others. They also got us the estimate the day that they came out to measure. Made it very easy to pick a contractor to complete the job. They had a large crew and the job was completed in about 1 day (spread over 2). Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

Someone recommended this company to me to fence my yard in but Im not the type to just go with anyone. So I did my research and reviews and in the end I decided to use them. I can honestly say they went above and beyond and Im very impressed with them. My yard was already partially fenced in but they competed the fencing for me. They did a fantastic job, although my dog continued to find its way out through my old fencing I didnt have them replace. This company came back out and fixed my old fence so my dog couldnt get out. I was very impressed as this was not their work to start with and it was not their responsibility, although they filled these holes for free for me. I recommend them to any and everyone!!

They have not done the job promised. Two years ago they installed a fence and gate. I paid in full. Twice the same section of my gate was destroyed in wind storms. I paid to have the first replaced. The second time the owner ( he was even a former student) said it wasnt done right and would get it done. he even said the company would cover the cost. I wasnt expecting that and was prepared to pay for the job. I just wanted it to be done correctly. They never came out. I understood about Covid problems but just wanted to know when the job would begin. They blew me off and now have put a block on my phone and text messages. I went with them because I live in Belmont and wanted to support local businesses. Other companies say they will not fix my gate since they didnt do the initial job. Think twice about using this company.There isnt pride and professionalism in so many companies and this is one of them.

My new fence (black vinyl coated chain link) looks great! Tim and his crew were very professional and did what they had to do to get the job done the right way. My yard needed a little extra clearing that was not anticipated, but was very pleased with the effort (above and beyond) as well as the clean-up afterwards. The job may not have been completed as quick as what was originally planned, but with the whole COVID-19 crisis and extra clearing of brush, I cant complain. I would highly recommend them!

Called for a fence quote 4 weeks ago, 3 weeks ago they came by to review property, arrived 2 hours after promised time. Said he would email a quote to us. Been 2 weeks and 4 phones calls and still no quote. I called and gave them 4 chances to succeed. I will not guess on why I have been ignored. I would not suggest going with One Star Fence company.

100% satisfied. They arrived within 24 hours to give me a free quote and had the fence up a few weeks later (battled lots of rain). The job took less than 2 days (about 200 of vinyl fence) and the crew was very professional and friendly. The price was also much better than the others I researched. All Star was recommended to me by multiple friends and I will certainly recommend them now as well.

Showed up on time and worked with me on budget. Loved the fence we picked. They were very professional. Built the fence exactly as contracted. When we had trouble with the locks, they came out immediately and made it right. Hightly recommend.

They were very prompt and courteous in coming out for the estimate. I paid 1/2 up front and was promised a fence in 3 to 3 1/2 weeks. Its now 5 weeks and they dont respond to phone calls or emails. I understand this is their busy season, but there is no excuse for not responding to a someone that has signed a contract and paid 1/2 up front.

We love our new fence. We had 6 foot wooden and 6 foot chain link installed. They did an excellent job and even had our 6 foot chain link custom made and owner went above and beyond by adding a kitty hole. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service! Tim went out of his way to install our fence so that we could get out of town on vacation. Plus without hesitation he sent a crew back to fix a couple of high spots in the fence that my small dog might have been able to sneak under. We had five quotes for our hilly backyard fence; All Star Fence was the lowest price. Workmanship was excellent!I do think he could use more office staff to help with the boom in business his company deserves!

Had a 300 ft Red Cedar privacy fence installed. Only took them 2 days to complete! Fence looks great. Owner dropped by to collect final payment a few days after install and had a guy come out to replace 4 or 5 boards that had a cracked during install. Very pleased with the whole process

UPDATE: Dec 29 they came to fix my fence and it looks great now. Took a little while but fence it now good to go. Thank you for working with me.They set a date for me for Dec 21 and never showed or called. This company is very unreliable.Very good when installing. After a month my neighbor put his fence in and came to realize my fence was not done according to the plans and was put in about 2ft too short. I have been calling for 4 months. I have only spoken to someone 3 times during that time. I was told during the last call it would be done by thanksgiving. It is now December and i have not heard a word or received a call back. I am also getting letters from my HOA about it not being according to the drawings. They do good initial work but will not follow up. If this gets fixed I will update my review but as of now I cannot recommend All Star Fence to anyone.

As everyone stated from before I had to hunt the guy down to do the fence. The fence is starting to come loose. Nice guy in person but not someone you call when you’re a professional and have money for projects. Really expensive for the little amount of work they did. Reading the reviews, I realize I’m not the only one that dealt with a pretty bad experience.

The sales person also set up the installation. He was awful at keeping me in the loop and I had to call him many times to finally get him to call me back. The installation....the guys left cigarette butts and water cups (that I offered) all over my yard. The gates are super high, and my dogs can slip right under them. I got the fence for my dogs!! $5000 and it doesnt keep the dogs inside! The gate latches are horrible!! Now the gate doors have shifted, which is common, but they havent returned my calls to come for the adjustment (in the contract). DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Way too much money for crappy product and service. Ill be filing a complaint with BBB.

All Star Fence recently completed an install of a 300ft vinyl privacy fence, and we could not be happier. Tim and his team were great! They answered all of our questions, worked to have everything in place (permits, utility marking, etc..) prior to the work starting, and were absolutely amazing getting everything completed in 2 days. They went over and above to have a custom gate made for us due to the unexpected slope of the yard and their desire to make it look to their standards. They coordinated the cable company to immediately fix an outage that occurred from an unmarked underground line that was cut. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with their work! We have already referred them to family members and will continue to do so for anyone in the market for fencing. Thanks for a great experience Tim!

I love All Star Fence. Tim and Amy are truly a great team. I have had a wood fence and an aluminum fence installed by their team, both times they hit it out of the park with quality and cost. Strongly Recommend.

I must say I read some of the reviews including the bad ones. The only problem I had was beyond the companys control and that was due to Ohio weather. The guys came out and answered all questions I had while doing the fence. They did a great job and when I asked about the warranty they said all I had to do was call Tim if I have any issues. They indicated that they have been back out to fences they have done 5 years ago. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone of my friends. They did my neighbors fence and she recommended them to me and she was satisfied also.

The folks at All Star Fence are wonderful people to work with. This company is an excellent example of how customer service should be. Keep up the great work and I will keep coming back!

Tim came out the same day to give us a quote which was on par with the company that we previously agreed to work with which never returned our calls. So we were apprehensive to start the process again. The quote and the start time frame (which also was faster than others by 3 weeks) combined with his reassurance that we could count on them to get the job done was what made us move forward with them. The installation crew was very friendly and patient as we handled the small details of fence placement and had all the posts completed in a day. A couple days later, due to rain, our new 6ft privacy fence was complete. From start to finish was a timely and well finished product that we are so happy to have. Go ahead and get quotes from other companies, but save All Star Fence for the last, I am certain he will offer better cost and timely work than your others. Or you could just skip the hassle and call Tim first!

We had an aluminum fence installed by All Star. Tim and Amy were great to deal with from start to finish. The fence looks great and the price was hard to beat. We will definitely recommend All Star to others.

Set up a estimate, took off of work, got to the house early and waited and no one showed, no call, nothing. I called and left a message after the missed appointment, and still no response. I have tried to follow up a few more times and not gotten any responses. Disappointing. This cost me money.

They are very attentive and great to work with during the process of getting approvals and getting the fence installed. However, after the fence is installed, they are very difficult to get to fix a problem or follow up. It took them 5 weeks and multiple texts asking them for a fix date to fix the screws that broke and popped off my fence posts. Now, I am trying to get a gate replaced (dented during a tornado) and it has been almost 10 weeks since they said it would be replaced. They said that they would replace it during the week of June 20th. After two texts (I quit texting because the owner didnt answer my texts asking him for a date when he would install the gate), 3 e-mails, and 3-4 calls from my wife and I, the gate is still not installed and we dont have a date of when it will be installed. Its August 30th. In fairness, they did bring a gate out to install at the beginning of August. But, they ordered the wrong size gate. The owner said that he would overnight the correct gate and install it quickly. That was a month ago and I havent heard from him since. Spend the extra money and stay far away from All Star Fence.

Stay far away! You may get lucky and get have a great job completed or the owner may hold a grudge and do a terrible job, do you really want to test your luck? The boss is rude, makes every excuse possible, their workers dont start until after 10, says he is doing everything he can to fix things but doesnt really, finished our job 5 days late, had to come out 3 times to fix uneven boards, one worker just looked all through our garden with his hands, they left trash, dirt and concrete all over the posts and yard. The owner told his worker he should have never taken our job and told me my husband (and our neighbors) should have never hired him after he (the owner) just left without saying anything during our estimate appointment! I apparently had my hands full with 3 kids and waiting 5 min for my husband to get home at the scheduled appointment time, was too much. We gave him a second chance but apparently the owner held a grudge and performed a really sloppy and unprofessional job. He told me my negative review meant nothing because he is an A+ company and hes never had a problem before. If you really read online he has had problems before. It is apparently our neighbors and our fault for the way the job went. After this nightmare I would never recommend them to anyone, even for a good price!

I called them on Monday the 13th and I got appointment for Today the 17th at 11:30am... They never showed up... And I have tryed to call them all day and nothing.... This is a poor way to do Business.... I will take my business somewhere else.... They dont deserve the star I gave but this is the only way I could write..... Poor Business.... 😡😡

The few reviews I read looked good so I called All Star Fence and Tim was supposed to meet for an estimate. No one showed so I called when it was about 15 mins. past the appt. time. I was told that he left for appts. but might be running late and they would call me back. I tried back later after no return call and they would not pick up. So they wasted my time and couldnt even call to explain...not a good way to run a business if you ask me!

Scheduled two appointments. Both times, sales guys were no-show, no-show. Spoke with the owner who said he would come out personally. Could never get anyone to return calls or answer the phone. Poor business ethic.
