Could do better on infection control. The proprietor approached me to help me find an item without a mask on. She never put a mask on the entire time I was there. She also helped an elderly man without a mask. That being said, this is the only place I could find a first holy communion card in October.

Silvia runs a great little Catholic Book and gift shop. She is always willing to help and can order something she doesnt have in stock and stays a little past store hours to help you out. You cant go wrong if you need a Baptism, First Communion, Confirmatiom, or Wedding gift.

When I first moved to Dayton a couple years ago I walked in and wound up buying a few hundred dollars worth of books and other religious items. Great place!

This was our second visit to the store. It is located in a strip-mall. It is a small store that carries Catholic gifts, cards, book and Sacred images. They also have discount/sale section in the store.On our first visit we found a lot of traditional Catholic books (pre-Vatican II doctrine) from publishers such as TAN and Loreto Publishers. The store also carried many Tridentine Latin Mass Missals and excellent devotionals to enhance ones spiritual life such as the Blessed Sacrament prayerbook by Fr. Lasance.This time around, the book selection had changed. Most of the books selection contain Conciliar (post-Vatican II doctrine) teachings. Compared to traditional Catholic teachings, Conciliar books are written ambiguously and do not deepen ones faith, and generally sound Protestant.Although we were able to find a few Catholic books by the old TAN publishers, most of the book contents have been revised and edited to conform to Conciliar theology after TAN Books was acquired by Saint Benedict Press in 2008.The lady at the store was helpful and checkout is easy. Parking is right outside the store.Will definitely stop by again if in the area.+ In JMJ +
