I have just found my favorite grocery store. This Kroger is one of the cleanest, most organized stores I have ever been to. They offer basically everything you need. They offer many things such as a variety of coffee, clothing, meats, a chicken deli, pet supplies, makeup, frozen food, snacks, and almost everything you could need. They have a bakery, produce section, and whole foods area as well. The store is well organized and the shelves were very well stocked. They also have public restrooms and a Starbucks for coffee as well. Inside the store there is a pharmacy and a health clinic. The cashiers are friendly and quick as well. As of January 2021, masks are still required in the store. Here, they have so much to offer of anything you might need, so I would suggest having plenty of time looking around. The store is well organized, however, so you can navigate well.Tip: ask the employees if you need help finding something! They can tell you where to go and where to look to save you time.

I am definitely pro Kroger when it comes to my grocery shopping! I love the set up of the store and the ease of shopping. They typically have everything I need in stock, or something similar. And I LOVE that they carry Boar’s Head in the deli.HOWEVER - the pick up at this location is less than stellar. Mistakes happen and I can understand and be patient with that. What I don’t understand - is how every time I do a pick up order, they will be out of 3-5 items, some times more. It’s usually something significant, like for a specific recipe. And they have nothing to substitute supposedly. But then I go inside? And they ALWAYS have the items. I just don’t get it. This past time I had items missing from my order that I paid for and had to go inside to get them replaced. It’s just always an issue that I typically only have using click list at this location. I use click list to take the stress out of shopping and alleviate some of my time, but it defeats the purpose if I have to go in to do the shopping myself anyways.

The kids love going there to get their birthday cakes and to ride in the cool carts. All they need is a penny pony like Meijer and they would be on heaven lol

They have a great selection of food. However, the lines were long and I bagged my own groceries.

This store is a mess. Electric carts dead an abandoned every time I come there. Many broken. I guess Ill go to meijer. Or another k store thats managed better. Sad that the new store is so crummy.

Move my medicine to another pharmacy because they didnt have mine ready and failed to offer one day courtesy pill, until it was ready the next day. I moved all of medicine. Know I just go special little things and grocery shop somewhere else.

I have shopped at this Kroger at least twice a week for the past 2 years, I have never once had an unpleasant experience.. yesterday was a great example of that. The dairy manager, Matt, helped me when my favorite yogurt in its sale form was sold out but was there in another form, he went out of his way to help me still get the sale price working with what was there. He was patient, efficient, and very friendly and knowledgeable. I also eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and Kroger has the best selection and theres always a sale going on.

I am sick and tired of going there on Alex bell road, there store shelf are never stock and employees i dealt with are lazy and rude. I go in for one item it takes me nearly 10 minutes because the store is over crowded and people let there kid run around like it a jungle gym.

Everything i may need is in this place!!! Always clean. I love it. Staff are always nice and courteous. Will continue to shop there!!! Plenty of deals when u use your kroger card!!! Plus use your points from your kroger card at their gas station!!! I saved 50 off a gallon!!! It dont sound like much but when you fill up it helps!!!

Generally well stocked. Usually not much wait time at check out.

Layout is fairly poor as compared to most Kroger stores, and this one is moderately understocked in most departments (for reference, this is at 1730 on a Friday, so excuses seem pretty slim). Its new and modern, sure, but its defeating the basic purpose of a grocery store if there is a lack of groceries.

I recently the new and improved Kroger! Now called the Kroger Marketplace, this entire facility is revamped! It has a totally new layout, modern features and amenities and interesting products! This place looks amazing and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable! If you have not had the chance to check this place out youre missing out. Keep up the good job guys!

Service was a little slow but with the manpower shortage it wasnt bad. The food was delicious. I got the morning burger and the bacon was crispy and the fried egg was cooked the way I asked. Yummy 😋

I loved this new Krogers and went on a Sunday night. Well stocked and once you figure out where things are I had no problem getting everything on our list. They have a huge assortment of Quest Bars. I have been looking all over for the chocolate brownie flavor.I Had it for the first time and besides the Birthday Cake is the only ones long term I liked. Their produce especially organic is impressive. I like how the aisles were spaced out well and once you figure out bread, cereals, spices are closest to the freezer/slash dairy snacks towards cashiers freezer far left and dairy back right sections it certainly makes sense.

I just look the. Really Krogets in Moraine. Its clean, it has such a variety, and its convenient with the pharmacy already in there.

Easy to get around and find everything.

Trying hard to be an upscale market with a very creditable cheese bar, knowledgeable staff to help with selection. A butcher at the meat counter and an appealing display works well but the seafood section smells too fishy to be fresh( fresh fish does not smell). The bakery section is beautiful and well stocked, the produce section would turn a carnivore into a vegetarian and the wine selection is worth exploring. But, a smiling employee was a rare sight, found only at the cheese bar. Customer service does not seem to be a priority, who wants to approach a scowling clerk to ask for help? Right across the street is Meijers, clerks there actually approach customers with a smile and a cheerful hello.

My legs hurt bc of walking with a heavy cart turning and turning over and over again bc I couldnt find chilli seasoning currently at Meijer bc we couldnt find it and their where no people around to help talk to us to find the seasoning. This is ricoudlous.

Asked a question to a deli worker, he couldnt answer didnt know.....I asked him if who would know. He informed me that the deli manager (I think that he said Leslie) would know, so I asked him where I could find her, he pointed and said over there somewhere. I walked in the direction he pointed, didnt see anyone to ask....I went up front and asked a red-shirt lady she said that the asst manager would meet me at the deli, I believe that her name is Shelley. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. This store is not customer service oriented.

What a horrible process for pharmacy services ! First, the website says they open at 9am, but surprise, the open at 10am, so no problem wasting customers time ; would it take a few minutes to update their website, how painfully unprofessional for a large corporation.Second, apparently at any given time the line to pick up prescription ileaves folks waiting 30 minutes, or more. And the staff appears they could not care less. Do yourself a favor, and transfer your precriptions Anywhere else.

The prices are priced lower than walmart when it comes to soft drinks and produce. The bakery and customer service are both professionally conducted by the employees. The self checkouts employees are very helpful and polite and always with a smile 😁. Nice over all atmosphere and easily found products that are clearly marked for all to see.

Im headed that way for my second time today to get my girls there kabobs the very hopeful lady that puts the pet foods up told me she would be putting up and I could come back and get them later. Again theres a lot of things missing from the shelf but thats everywhere I dont know if its a pandemic thing or or just whatever kind of thing but things just arent there but theyre doing their best like all of us its a really nice store though very clean very good selections on items Im not complaining its just certain things. But keep on doing krogering its my favorite grocery store

Incredible staff, truly the most friendly.ive ever come across. Very good grocery pickup workers. However, this store is horribly organized for those in chairs or with other mobility devices. The aisles, especially on the pharmacy side, are extremely narrow and not only can two shoppers not pass each other I cant imagine a wheelchair would fit easily down them.

Shopping experience was fantastic and the employees were more than willing to asssist you in any way they could....

When you know you put no substitutes allowed for items on click list. Still expected them to do it anyway. Also don’t expect them to return the coupons weren’t used. Due to them changing the original items that were not to be changed or lacking.

It is just a great place to shop very friendly staff

Good selection, mostly clean and well organized. A little bigger than I prefer for a Kroger but overall not bad.

I love coming here picking up my groceries from using the mobile app. When I specified my substitutes they followed the direction. 2 times in the last year I went to pickup my order and it wasnt ready. The last time There was a young gentleman informed us that orders were behind and will be ready between 8-9 pm. My order was scheduled between 1-2 pm. that day. So...orders were ready by 8-9 pm that night. Con: For customer convenience, the app should had informed us 1 hour to 30 min. Or they could of given us a courtesy call prior for pickup. One more thing.....maybe Im slow but the receipt is confusing to read at first. However, overtime I understand it now.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Selection is great and very thankful this store is opened. We call it our Krogers even though there are 2 other stores close by. Thank you

This is the best Kroger around. Always fresh produce and bakery items. Great selection of clothing and shoes. The customer service is excellent, always friendly and helpful. Im never disappointed after shopping here

A newer store. Overpriced clothing is redundant. Bright and well lit but always crowded.

Deli is painfully slow. 3 people standing behind counter, not even talking or helping each other out. Was completely ignored by the two gentleman who just continued to cut meat for the display cases. Lady who finally helped me has to write down the order you just told her before she cuts it. But before that she finished other cleaning tasks before taking care of my order. What is that? I used to work in the deli at Giant Eagle and I could have served 20 people in the time it took them to give me a pound of turkey. Really bad. Needs addressed asap. Won’t be returning.

Pharmacy drive through is rarely open due to staff shortage. Been in this status for over a month.

This Krogers is huge! It has food lots of different food, healthcare items, clothes for the whole family, school supplies and even has a Starbucks located inside the store with tables to stop and grab a snack and frappe. 😁🤩👍

I love krogers. i was in the store on May 28 2021 i was a little short the lady that was helping in self checkout helped me of course I borrowed the money and went back and found her (never thought krogers employees was that nice after what they go through throughout the day people treat them like servants not people). Start asking them how they are doing

I like this Kroger. It is a new store. It is spacious. It has a great selection. Great prices except for their meat. I feel their meat prices are a little too much for my budget.

Had more stuff on the shelfs compared to other places.Lines werent as long either.

Often crowded but the wait times are not tooooo horrible. USCAN is always speedy.

This store recently replaced a smaller Kroger store. It has the new layout with fresh foods at the entrance and the the specialty units around to the right and then counter clockwise around the periphery and wines beer and liquor behind fresh fare. Then the standard aisles running parallel through the center of the store and nonfood items in the far west. Although the store is significantly larger than the one replaced, selection seems oddly less varied.

Nice, friendly and not crowded when I went there. Also, no 101 call over the loudspeaker multiple times.

This is a Pharmacy issue! No drive thru and at least an hour wait standing in line. Ridiculous!!! Transferred to Meijer Pharmacy

I liked it because I went to both the pharmacy and the self checkout and each of the employees in those areas were very nice. I didn’t know where something was and another person was awesome and showed me where to go. No attitudes! Loved it.

This is a big brand new Kroger’s! It offers a variety of services under one roof! Bakery, pharmacy, floral shop, winery and so much more! Clean and fully stocked! Friendly helpful personnel too!

Great store, great selection. I would advise going in instead of using the clicklist if you can. Anytime we need to use the clicklist here they have always been short on items, and if you allow them to substitute anything the substitutions they come up with leave all locked in question as to exactly who decided this was an okay substitution. Other than that though the selection inside the store is excellent, they keep the store very clean and except for the expected usual Holiday Rush times its almost never extremely busy. The most I have stood in line would be 15 minutes or so before we got through the checkout line.

Had everything I needed(except I could find one special item). Workers were nice and helpful. I enjoy shopping at Kroger.

One of my favorite kroger stores to go to! Its rarely congested, well stocked, well organized, and you dont smell the meat and seafood at the door as soon as you walk in.

So as I am standing in line they have one self checkout lane open and have two actual cashiers.. now the self check out is just a mess.. but to have two actual cashiers work and 80% is actually walking around as I typing this is just dumb I get the who understaffed situation nation wide but when does common sense kick in.. you close at 11pm and it only 830pm and 85% of the store is close.. and your supervisor is just walking around not thinking to help with guest service

This is my regular grocery store. I have been going there every week for 2 years and I absolutely love it.

Ive found so many particles in meats i buy here..its a nice store but can use some higher maintenance on whats being put out

Their meats and deli areas are great. Quite a good variety and good prices, but as a Muslimah I found that some of the cashiers were prejudiced and rude to me when I wore my hijab and nice when I didnt have it on.

Since the rebuilding this is the nicest one in the area unless you live by Austin Landing. Very clean always easy to find help quickly and they always have what I need. Parking lot is lit at night so it’s safer for ladies at night.

I go early - 7 A M and it is not crowded. Most of what I see is employees stocking the shelves. All wearing masks..

Clean, new, great selection, excellent staff. There are always plenty of registers open and when I get gas there whoever is working the pumps always wishes your pump number a good day, just a nice touch in customer service.

This place has gone completely downhill. Very poor handling of groceries when ordering online and picking up. The bread is always squished with finger holes pressed into the bread. Eggs have came broken. Order missing items or completely wrong. Over charged for items on multiple occasions. The pharmacy is slow. So slow you could almost die in line waiting. Both in drive thru and store. The pharmacy is out of meds my family needs, has happened more than once. Instead of calling to let you know, they just wait for you to show up. Kroger on Alex Bell has lost our business.

Not mapped for every one it for business you towalk the whole store to shop one department because every department is split up over the store

Its was my first time going there & lets just say that I will be going back a lot more often.

The only reason I didnt give it a complete 5 star rating, which this store earns in every measurable way (customer service, cleanliness, wait times for checkout, stocked and full) was that we have Kroger stores in Colorado, King Soopers and City Market, and Ive never seen one out there as nice as this place.

Love this new Krogers! Usually go grocery shopping here and get my prescription here too. Get monthly coupons in the mail. I rarely get clothes from here unless they are on clearance.

I went to this Kroger today to send money via Western Union but the cashier Vashyra (the name signed on the receipt) was very rude. She kept telling me she couldnt hear me and seemed very annoyed then proceeded to hand me a post it note and pen and said I cant hear what your saying write it down. I was not about to do that so I pulled my mask down to speak to her. She also asked me questions that had nothing to do with what I was doing there for example she asked if I was born here I have never been asked that question while sending money. I also talked to other cashiers within the store afterwards and they all didnt have a problem hearing me with my mask on! She was just rude and unprofessional.

I love this Kroger it’s huge and always clean but SOME of the people that work there are terribly unprofessional and have some of the worst attitudes. I go into this Kroger expecting the employees to give me an attitude and it makes me not want to go there. I’ve tried to greet a cashier and was completely ignored at one point. I’ve never experienced this at Meijer or honestly any other Kroger.
