WOW! I have been in a lot of places that sell tools, but this one is absolutely amazing.Most places Ive been in have been industrial Supply stores which sell some combination of tools and maratime gear and equipment, matching tools, welding tools, fasteners, or cable, chain, and hoses of all kinds. This place has tools, and an amazing selection of tools. These are the kind of tools you need if you work in a vehicle repair shop, or some place that requires quality and specialty hand tools. This is the place you go to buy quality tools at a fair price, instead of a tool truck. This place had more than you would ever find on any tool truck. Simply an amazing store.

Been here twice.. first time I went just to get a feel for the place and see what they sold and was over all impressed by how many American made tools they stocked. Today I went back to grab hex sockets and they didn’t have the exact brand I wanted but they recommended me another good quality usa made set. Over all the staff is great and the tools are great also!

I purchased the Milwaukee back pack sprayer and two months later the spray wand wouldnt shut off completely. I took it back to Dayton Tool Crib only to find out that I needed to leave it for it to be sent out and repaired. When I asked a time frame, I was told we dont know, we send it back to them (Milwaukee). There is no mention of this orally or in writing when you purchase a Milwaukee tool from them. I asked for and received the name and phone number of the Milwaukee rep. I left him a message but he has yet to call me back (5 days later as of now). My issues is leaving a sprayer in the heat of the season of use. Why cant Dayton Tool Crib give parts to me or exchange the malfunctioning wand and deal with a warranty claim with Milwaukee like any other reputable manufacture? Find an answer to that question before you purchase from someone who isnt willing to help beyond a phone number or a return tag to wait on a repair. Not standing behind a product will ruin any business.

Great equipment at great costs! Knowledgeable people/management who can answer any questions, if they dont know the answer they will get it for you! They also offer equipment repairs! Never had a bad experience personally! Reccomend it to anyone .

These guys are scammers. I left my heavy duty aired gun for repair and it took them 2 weeks and they didnt fixed properly so I had to take it back again. Same issue happen again right after I picked up 2nd time. I took it the for 3rd and it sat there for 3 weeks. The guys lost the part and didnt wanted to be responsible for it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I visit her ofter when looking for good quality tools at reasonable prices. They do honor the S&K tool lifetime tool warranty on non power handtools. I have had no problem with customer service.

DTC, Inc. ordered the Milwaukee hammer drill part I needed. It was less expensive than anticipated (from what I seen on eBay).It was delivered much quicker than expected.

Helpful staff and most items have a lifetime warranty. Plus the prices can be much less then the tool trucks and if you do brake your tools you dont have to wait for the tool truck to come back, you can just take it back and swop it out instead.

Good quality hand & power tools for many jobs (but those who require expensive tools off the tool trucks may be critical). Ive always been content with the tools Ive purchased. Theyve always gotten the job done for me.

Staff is always helpful and good selection of quality sk and milwaukee tools moderately priced. I recommend this place if you dont want to spend the big bucks on snap on and or dont want to buy cheap China made tools

I am an entry level machinest and dont like to order all my tools over the internet. When I found these guys they saved me time and money. With only some experience I dont allways know the right term for a tool or measuring device but they were patient, polite and got me pointed in the right direction. And what they didnt have in shop they ordered for me, making this my one stop tool shopping. They can also ship my a tool out to me in the field for emergencies! What else could I want? Anyone who works construction, machining, woodworking, masonry, etc. needs to check these guys out. I keep there phone number in my favorites for an emegency or just a question I need to ask about a tool, etc.

I have been looking for a cut-off grinder that would take the .045 disc for cutting off welds and cutting steel to size. I had been to Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware with little luck in finding a grinder that could use these thin discs because they have a 7/8 arbor hole. I was told that there was an adaptor for the 5/8 arbor of my DeWalt grinder but could not find one at any of these stores. I walked into Dayton Tool Crib explained my dilemma and in 10 minutes had the adaptors, wrench and more discs for my DeWalt grinder at 1/4 the cost of a new grinder. They have my future business, just wish they were closer to my house. JW
