Very clean and organized establishment. The staff team is extremely polite and knowledgable. If they dont have what youre looking for they will gladly provide advice on where to look if needed.

Went there today to get some protein powder. I picked one out and was carrying around looking for amino energy. Well a man (manager I think) asked what flavor i picked out. I said orange creamsicle. He said the stores brand was on sale buy 1 get 1 half off. So I switched to the store brand and boy was I pleased when I got home and tried it. It is delicious and 0g sugar so its low in smart points. I love my oranges and cream protein powder! Thank you!

I don’t typically have anything to write home about retail customer service, but Kirsten the manager was extremely helpful and personable. She asked questions about what I wanted and made sure my experience was satisfactory. Will definitely visit again even if I can buy most of the things I want online.

Jen was amazing.....But b4 I asked her to help me out the other was helping me locate stuffs I want....When I asked him where are ZMA he showed me with his legs down here..... and he was not happy to help either ... where as Jen was so friendly and jolly.

The shoppe here has a great team, great selection, and good prices on the house brand. Team members know where the products are in the store and are courteous and enthusiastic. The selection of supplements and foods I want is always great. There are often good prices marked for in-store brands. I even like their cardless loyalty programme.

Great service always. Took me right to the products I needed.

Found everything I needed to make bullet proof coffee and everything was on sale. the sales people were more than willing to help.

Honestly after reading some of the other reviews I was sceptical about going to this Vitamin Shoppe. I decided to go anyway and pick up fish oil and a mens multivitamin. When I got there, I was greeted at the door and told of I needed anything to let them know and they showed my the fish oil section and even let me know of the specials they had on the products I wanted. First off, the store was well stocked and very clean! Its the first thing I noticed. I was there for about 30-45 min looking at other products. I was ask two more times if I needed any assistance. Personally, I thought their customer service was one point. They were personable, kind, and knowledgeable of their store. I would and will be going there again. I had a great experience.

The sales associates are always friendly and helpful. And I like their rewards club. Its free to join.

The store has a new manager, Michelle, and she is fantastic! If you havent been there lately it is time to shop again and experience the new and improved. :)

Very well maintained, lots of options, but the service was bad and the prices are high.

They had what I needed and thats pretty much it.

I began coming here and like this location much better than in mason due to better customer service and they are always fully stocked. Thank you

Price matching isnt as awesome as it used to be but you can still get a deal.

The teller couldn’t stay off his phone even ringing me up. Rude. I was the only customer in the store, he couldn’t wait the 30 seconds until I left to send the text? No. While he rung up my products in one hand, phone in the other. I will never return to this store.
