This company was suppose to deliver ice for a wedding between 10am and 11am. When they weren’t here by 1:30pm (and several phone calls with no answer or return) we went to find 20 bags of ice. When we got back the truck had shown up (at 2pm). The driver told us that he was late because they forgot about the order and didn’t put it on the calendar. When we called him on Monday to ask for a reimbursement of the $100 we spent going out to buy ice, he told us that we got our product and then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t need our business and he was doing us a favor.Beware of reliability with this company.
