Decent selection of Asian grocery items at competitive prices. Veggies are fresher than youll find at other Asian markets in the area. The folks who run the place are very polite. This is our go to Asian market.
I came here for the first time with my toddler and lemme tell you the customer service was exceptional. The food is well priced and very good quality. It was raining and the young woman (owner) helped me and my daughter to our car with an umbrella. Sending blessings to this business. That was so kind hearted ❤️
The store was cluttered, cramped, and untidy. The prices were high for all the products; the produce did not look fresh. I will drive 30 miles to go to Palm Coast where they have 2 excellent and cheap Asian stores.
This is a small store where you can pick up a few Asian goods. Depending on what you’re looking for the prices varied with some items being cheaper or higher than what I’m used to. Also, the cashier was kind, no issues there.
This store is awesome. They have amazing frozen dumplings and spring rolls as well as a large assortment of other food prep items. Store is clean and well organized.
Nice little oriental grocery in downtown Daytona Beach. Carries many of the staples needed to create authentic Asian food.
Very nice friendly store, great selection of products
Wonderful place to get many very nice priced items. The man at the register was helpful, quite and reserved; he helped with my many “where is ...” questions with simple directions to find the products. ❤️
This place has everything that you need but every time I go in there, the Owner is ALWAYS RUDE. Hes fine as long as you do not ask him any questions. If you have a question, he bites your head off. Just a Warning because, to me, thats the Poorest Customer Service Ever.
I enjoy coming here to shop through the Asian snacks and grocery. The older man that usually works the register is super nice. It may not have everything but I would still recommend this shop!
Great owner, fast service, plenty of product, we will return. Thumbs up.
I went shopping here months ago the woman who works there was friendly and helpful too. So much a variety of snacks and foods to pick from. For sure I would recommend it to my friends and family. I’m so glad it’s not far from the drive for me in my city there are barely any Asian supermarkets.
As a artist and chef I can say he has all the basics and treats for all your cooking needs. Explore and support his business, brush up on your Asian cooking during this pandemic. Another way to find some joy in this life, its a win win!..
Clean store, nice assortment, fair prices. My wife likes this store.
Ive been coming here for many years. I visited today and I hope to keep visiting for many years to come. I feel a strong sense of community by spending a portion of my food budget here. The variety of dessert, noodle, and perishables is great and I love trying new things at this store. The shop keeper is always respectful and friendly. I love oriental grocery.
Great selection and friendly service.
Great service and friendly staff.
Great place to get your asian items. Today I got the freshest best bok choy. I also got gochugaru powder for making spicy oil. I always get my rice noodles there. They have all the sizes for a good price. They are super helpful and friendly.
Great selection of Chinese, Japanese and Korean food! I highly recommend shopping here!
I like this place because of the great variety
See google is trying to put me somwhere I wasnt. Darn them😁
This place have some very delicious noodles and oriental ice cream
Nice store to buy food.
Clean friendly pretty good selection and good prices
This place looks amazing,,,,,Does anyone know if their hiring????
Found the ingredient Ive been looking everywhere for! The man working was not friendly or helpful.. But Ill be back for more ingredients because of the convenience. Great selection.
Always a wonderful place to go to. Definitely worth the visit. The owner is a very nice man who is always helpful, and their selection is amazing.
The Owner was cold and unfriendly! Will not be going back!
Neat clean and inviting
I always love shopping here.
Really cool place! Came here looking for yummy again snacks found them and more! Very clean and organized store and the owner was very kind. There is a $15 minimum to use cards! I will be coming back
What can I say except this is places a true blessing. The owner is very nice and the rest of the staff the same. The prices are fair sometimes lower than the regular grocery store. You could find everything you want in there and with some suggestion to create your own Oriental meals. The Staples to get are in the freezer section dumplings, egg rolls, and by all means dont forget to udon noodles. And yes folks they carry sriracha sauce
Great variety and will definitely be back to shop some more.
Clean and a stock full of items...but if you only need one item it better be 15 dollars cause nothing under that amount...unless you use cash, is the rule...other then that nice spot
I have only been here a few times but the owners are very kind and they have a decent variety of Asian foods, seasonings, condiments, etc. The prices are very reasonable and its in a nice location downtown.
The owners here are sweet, helpful, and hard working. Their store is just the right size so that you can find a variety of what you’re looking for without getting overwhelmed. It is also very welcoming and well-kept!
Always go here for oriental foods and spices. The staff is amazing and courteous. One of the best oriental markets I have found... They will always have my business... And if you havent already, try the bong bong Korean crackers. I stumbled across them there and I think they are amazing.
Clean and reasonable price. Very frendly owner.
I am Vietnamese and it seemed a lot of the items are Korean or Chinese, but there is a decent selection here with many good vegetables, etc. There was a lot. The prices are fair and the owner was nice and very helpful. I will be happy to buy from them again.
When my wife and I come here to visit my folks from Washington DC, we well make a trip a week to this grocery. It is very well-stocked, and the prices are not too bad, considering we buy most of our Asian market supplies in the Baltimore / Washington DC area. Im quite surprised that this market is what it is, and that there are no Korean restaurants in the area (or are there?). The people that work here are quite friendly, and we actually enjoy having this place to come to for necessities.
I love this store, the only place in this area that I know of to purchase many authentic/hard to find products. I suggest regular trips to keep your pantry stocked, thats what I do. The store itself is a little dated and somewhat unorganized but always worth the trip.
The owner is amazing and so helpful. They had EVERYTHING I needed on my list. And their prices are right in line. This will be my weekly stop from now on.
Store was really clean and tidy! Good prices. Great selection. Owners were nice and friendly. I bought rice papers, snack items, Thai tea and Tapioca pearls for Boba tea! Going back for sure!
Great little store for random and rare asian groceries. Clean and nice staff too!
Love this store. We buy and make many Oriental dishes in our home and they have the spices, ingredients you cant find anywhere else. Plus they have this ice cream shaped like a fish that is to die for.
We stopped in hoping to find some shiritake noodles and almost 30 years of time disappeared when I saw the wonderful Korean foods available to me last while in country in the military. Great prices, fantastic service and help from the employee, excellent shop...I will definitely be back!
Lots of different foods. Beware though and read everything, some of these products contain lead. I wasnt aware until I read the packaging. There was a tiny warning sticker on it. The location sucks. We were approached by an agressive begger while trying to enter the store.
I love sushi so I was very happy to find that I was able to get the sushi grade tuna!!! It really wasnt that expensive. I really liked the place. It was small but clean. However you need to purchase at least $15 dollars if you want to use your credit or debit card.
Our first time in here and everything was nice. Got a lot of different stuff to try and loved it all. Friendly checkout. Will definitely return for the curry mix!
Very friendly owners. Stopped by for some kimchee, brought some potstickers and chips to taste. I saw a lot of items I would like to try.
If you are looking for Vietnamese food, what they have is generally fresh, but they do not stock for people from Viet Nam.
Good variety of Asian foods, clean and friendly
Great selection. Oyster ramen a favorite! Gin gins
Very well stocked. Friendly helpful clerk. No lines. Fun shop.
Cool little place. I went.for.some seaweed crackers meifun noodles.and fish sauce. Good prices !! Shop local!!
Nice selection. Cash only though.
Novice little Asian market. Good for Korean stuff. Seemed to have what you would need for other dishes too. On the window they said they have Thai, Filipino, Japanese and Korean goods. Will be back. Fair prices and nice clean store.
Love that they have a great variety of asian products.
Poor selection but great location. Comes in handy for basics
Good place and fair prices. Plus they have fresh kimchee!!!
Wasnt expecting such fresh
The staff was nice and knowledgable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
This store is very clean and uncluttered. They have fresh produce in the refrigerated section, as well as an extensive selection of frozen meat, seafood, and other asian treats. The mochi ice cream that they sell is among the best Ive had outside of Hawaii. I found the man who ran the register to be very polite; I think some people who have reviewed this place fail to realize that there are cultural differences at play. Finally, be sure to try their homemade kimchi. It is far superior to anything Ive been served locally in a restaurant setting.
I went in today because I needed gochujang and some other goodies and the owner accused me of stealing. It was super awkward I didnt have pockets or a bag on me?? I proved that I wasnt and he stormed off??? Extremely weird. Please avoid it if possible
Small store but lots to choose from, should be able to find all your Korean staples.as.well as a good selection of frozen foods. Large collection of dumplings, a favorite
Its a great little store with a good selection of Korean food and some other Asian food. The staff is nice too.
Great variety of Asian foods to cook at home. Love the Pocky sticks & sheet masks I get here
Very friendly and helpful. Good selection
If there was a lower option we would definitely give it a 1/2. The woman was rude to us, shouting from the backroom shut the door!, simply because we had the refrigerator door open as we were deciding on cold drinks. In addition to the cold drinks, we were prepared to purchase grocery items upon enering the store. Due to her behavior, we chose to leave empty-handed.
Good store, good products, but they have a $15 minimum for credit cards.
Great spot to pick up specialty items that you definitely wont find at Publix or Walmart!
It has authentic Asian cuisine, from the fresh produce to the hot sauce, they have everything you would need to prepare your favorite Asian dish.
Good place to get asian groceries. food at a good price good selection for a small shop.
Very good selection and the owner is very kind. Try their kimchi, it is delicious.
Sueyonge I love it
Awesome place. Hard to find specialty items.
Very clean and organized. Friendly and helpful.
Nice selection of things we wouldnt normally buy. Friendly owners.
Great little shop. Has all the basics.
Didn’t have very much in the store looks as if they where going out of business, I asked if they where he said no they didn’t even have my favorite minced ginger I wish the had more variety of things here it would beat the heck of of me traveling to Orlando....lol
Awesome for anyone that is into cooking authentic oriental dishes.
Solid to have this Korean store in the Daytona area. Decent selection but do not expect one of those huge Superstores.. Available are Varieties of Nori, Rice, Produce, Pan jan sides etc. Kimchi was one homemade variety (very good)-- came in 2lbs or 8lbs jars.
The lady was very helpful and friendly, showing me where to find all the ingredients I needed (hard for me as I only read English), and giving me lots of good advice on how to make Napa cabbage kimchi for the first time! She also gave me good advice on how to use the leftover Korean radish to make a radish kimchi as well. For other kimchi lovers who dont want to make their own, I noticed they sell homemade kimchi in the store as well, and I hear its quite good. Its a small store, but they had everything I needed and it was very tidy and easy to navigate. Will definitely come back!
This was my first time i visit this place .. it was horrible .. I had my 2 years old son with me pushing a shoping cart and he is pretending to shop and puting things in the cart and the lady came shouting from inside asking me to put him in the stroller .. she was realy rude ! I hate this place
Great Asian market to pick up the things you cant get elsewhere like bok choy, premade wontons, sushi ingredients.Really well organized and clean. The people who work here are very kind.Upon talking to them, they make their own kimchi weekly. New produce comes in Tuesday. If you want authentic Asian ingredients, dont sleep on this place.
Mostly Korean stuff here, its still great though
Fresh meat, produce and fish
Didnt buy anything because there is a $15 minimum for using a card. And I didnt feel like spending $15
Great selection and friendly shop keep.
There isnt a lot of option to buy and no credit or debit card under 15 dollars.
Great kimchi
Only asian store around. Nothing like in my city where it is all massive and extremely cheaper.
Overpriced on a lot of items but it maybe just because i came from an area around a koreantown where most of the items were cheaper
A lil pricey on their food
Very limited selections. But appears to be a work in progress.
My one stop shop for Korean ingredients. Support local small businesses♡
On point perfect
Okay place to shop for Asian food, however bit pricey and not a large section for Japanese food.
