Awesome clothes! A bit pricey, but nevertheless, awesome store a friendly staff with great energy.

The ladies at Pink Narcissus- Gainesville make me feel special and appreciated every time I shop with them— whether it’s in person or from a distance, and whether I buy 1 item or 15! I typically visit Florida once each year and this store is a must-stop on each trip for me. The ladies working there allow me to take my time trying items on and they always give helpful and honest feedback for the outfits I try on. I just love being in the store because the energy is so great and there is an amazing selection of Lilly! In between those in-person shopping trips, the ladies are patient and helpful when I shop over the phone or via social media. Everyone working at Pink Narcissus is passionate about Lilly and that’s clear in the way they treat their customers. ☀️ Their love for the brand shines. Worst place ever you shop! Totally rude employees! I stopped in after driving a hour very excited to buy something to add to my growing collection and was not greeted at all but other customers were greeted there was only 2 other people in the store with me and finally the sales girl asked me if she could put my item in a dressing room after I had already been in there for awhile not even asking me if I was looking for something nothing at all so I tried on my item wanting to buy it but overall decided to pass since no one cared to ask me anything so I will never shop at this rude place again I was there at 12 on the 7th of may 2021

Love this store so much!! All of the employees were super friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Emily. Will definitely spread the word about this place and continue shopping here! Best place to get your Lilly for sure.

The Pink Narcissus girls are always so great with helping me find outfits, helping me out with fit of the clothes and even ordering things for me if they don’t have my size! All the girls are extremely friendly and carry a conversation well! They really know the brand! With COVID they are extremely careful by wearing masks and if I need to order something giving me the option to ship it to my house instead of me coming back! Will continue to shop with them and shop local!

Love all the bright and happy colors in Pink Narcissus! The variety of merchandise is a big plus - sometimes I want something for myself or a gift for someone. It’s just a happy place to go and the girls are always so sweet and helpful.

Love shopping at this signature store! I live out of state and my aunt lives in Gainesville and while I have shopped in person a few times, the majority of my purchases with the store have been either over the phone or through Instagram messages. My last purchase with them during a sale, I ordered through Instagram and my aunt picked up my order for me and they were nice enough to bring it out curbside. The staff is always very friendly and they also carry a few other brands like Kendra Scott & Capri Blue candles. Looking forward to when I can stop back by in person next!

I used to love shopping at Pink Narcissus as a local store that provided Lilly clothing and accessories; however, after my latest encounter, I will not be returning and will purchase my clothes online. They PROMISED my husband that they would have a specific dress in stock for Valentines Day (I was in the same room and personally heard this), then when my Husband called to check on it they told him that it would not be in until after February 19 due to shipping issues with COVID. Their only offers were to print out a picture of the dress (which defeated the purpose as it was supposed to be an outfit to wear on Valentines Day) or come into the store and pick a different dress for the same price. My husband expressed displeasure for their false promise, and I called the following day to do the same. I was told the manager would call me - she never did - and was once again offered to come in and pick out another dress. With nothing to wear and now it being too close to our special day to order anything online, I went into the store and found an alternate dress that I did not like as much as the original dress and was $80 more. They did not offer to credit the difference as a way to resolve their mistake in promising the original dresss delivery date. Please note, we were long time, reoccurring customers, so they clearly do not care about returning business. To make matters worse, when my Husband called them back after finding out I had to pay $80 to replace the dress with one that I liked less, they belittled him, LIED to him and told him that I had sided with the store and that I apologized for my Husbands behavior before they hung on him. I did not side with the store, nor do I believe my Husband did anything wrong. I only bought the alternate dress because I had no other option and while I may be more passive than my Husband, I certainly do not agree with how they handled the situation at all. We will not be returning - Be cautious when dealing with the staff here. They are incompetent and inconsiderate, especially the manager, Emily. We will be escalating the issue beyond the Gainesville store.

Checked out the clothes they had for sale on the sidewalk I couldnt even afford the sale prices. But next door is Zoes Mediterranean style food which was absolutely fabulous! My second trip I cant wait to go again!
