Good store, nice selection, but hard to find someone who works here (not at cutting counter or check out). The shelves are always nice and stocked and the selection of fabrics and notions are nice. Prices are a bit high, but you can find sales often and coupons on the app.

Huge amount of fabric choices and good prices

My wife loves this place. Women like to play the game how much great stuff can you buy without breaking the bank. So this is her go to store.

Rude and nasty staff. I heard one employee talking about customers (didn’t want to help) and complaining on how she needs to put fabric away. There was no soap in the women’s bathroom and I informed one older employee and she rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything. My elderly mother went to get fabric cut at the counter and was yelled by Debbie who told her to get in line. Yes you read that right...yelled at my elderly mother. This is unacceptable and I will be calling corporate regarding these issues.

Joann used to have many upholstery fabrics but their in-stock selection has become very small. I have checked several of their stores. All the same and very limited.

Sewing and crafting store that has almost everything you could need. Reasonably priced and was not busy today. That was great for my in and out plan for the day. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

I love Joanns fabrics and crafts. And unlike other stores that are similar to them they are open on Sundays. Which is my usual shopping and outing day. That is important to me. Its hard to have a hobby when you can shop for it.

Marina was very sweet to check a price for me when it didnt come up as on sale at the register the way I thought I had read.

Items in store are well stocked and easy to find . The staff is less than friendly when needing help the store could use a good cleaning as well. Miss the people that once worked there they were friendly & helpful !

I was shopping briefly today for some projects..its nice to see a good selection to choose from. The total number of employees seem to be less and sometimes you have to wait for assistance. This is the norm with covid. Overall, everyone had masks on and followed social distance rules. Best advice, arrive early to get in and get out.

Had a disagreement with cashier Melanie about 15.00 off 75.00 discount. Manager Gwyn, fixed issue but as I was leaving and they thought I was gone I turned to come back and they, manager Gwyn, cashier Melanie, and the friends as identified by Gwyn (customers) were mocking me and making fun of me because I wanted my discount. She was heavily discounting her friends. They did this in front of other customers. So humiliating and embarrassing. I was very hurt. I make a lot of quilts and afghans however I ll think twice before stepping in that store again. Im also a hairstylist and have a huge clientele and ill be spreading the word most definitely.. With our communities going through so much right now, why generate hate and discontent ? Why be mean? Does it make them feel better about themselves and feel powerful to put others down? To humiliate people? Such a disgrace to the company!

Finally made it here. Lots of fun stuff. Something for everyone.

All of the staff and management were very helpful to me and allowing me to override the outside lighting for about an hour so I can check on their security lights.

The staff was very helpful. And I got a few things on sale which make it very nice and they gave me an incentive bonus to come back in.

Went with a friend to purchase blades for a cutting tool, unfortunately they were out of 5 pack.Checked out yarn since I have an Afghan to make for a housewarming gift, but couldnt find the right mix of colors.Then to fabric area, Christmas fabrics are in stock and plenty to choose from.Found 1 with the red pickup pattern that I really liked. My friend is making placemats for me.Also found many beautiful bolts of fabrics 1 that would make a stunning dress. Have to think on that.Halloween stuff on sale, good prices.Fall fabrics in stock also..Many craft projects available.

Unfriendly worker in the fabric dept.My first time ever in a fabric store cuz I needed to replace a zipper and I guess unless shes cutting fabric she doesnt like to get from behind the counter to help customers who have no clue what theyre doing

At this store I found a green cart and it reminded me if the green lion from Voltron Legendary Defender and I made Voltron with some clay!

Its a great place for remnants, their sales and clearance are great. I get text alerts so rarely do I pay full price. This location gave me a free item last time I visited so I really cant complain. Yeah their goods are mass produced, and its possible that less than 1 percent of the products in here are made in the USA, but the staff is nice every single time I visit and that means a ton to me. The quality of most of the stuff they sell is really really great. I will continue shopping here as long as I am in the area.

The store is fairly well stocked, staffed, and all employees were wearing masks. I understand that stores must have a different time enforcing the mask mandate. Someone came in and shopped with her standard poodle. (Big dog.) Well behaved, on a leash, but ????

Tons of options to choose from for upholstery. We spent a good little while going through their selection. The lady at the counter was knowledgeable and helped us get the right amount for our project. We will be going back in the future.

Great place for anyone who sews, quilts, crafts, bakes, arranges flowers, knits, crochets, frames pictures, etc. Well worth a visit. Download their app. They always have some coupon available.

Pleasant staff, plenty of selection. I am not topically a fabric buyer but during the lockdown I had to purchase a fair amount of liner for a cornice job I got involved with. Now... They kept slot of us out there in the sidewalk waiting to get in the store due to limits on store occupancy... But they did the best they could considering everything, and they were also the only store open, so driving from Palm coast to Daytona was a drag but at least I could get the project done. Thanks guys

Fabric sale helped me finish a project initiated over a year ago. Whoo hoo.

It was a pleasant shopping experience. However, with the facility being so big in size. I was expecting there to be a better selection of yarn. I did enjoy the fabric area; so many different patterns and textures to choose from. As far as the womens bathroom goes, I would say it could use a bit of attention. (Specifically the hygiene box). Cashiers demeanor seemed friendly, she stated my total savings for my transaction. Wouldve like to have heard about upcoming promotions or invited to join the email group for in-store discounts. But overall it was good.

They were having a store wide sale when I visited and I was able to reupholster cushions on the boat for a fraction of the cost that I thought it would be.

Great assortment of craft items available. They also throw great sales. I purchased two sewing patterns that regularly priced are $25 dollars. I paid $10 dollars for both. I cant wait to try them out. I also crochet and all the yarn was on sale that day so I picked up a few skeins. The safe is very helpful and polite as well.

Does not share information about ordering oline wait times, 2 hours really to process an order??? To cut stupid fabric??!! Online selection is slim. Says its in the store when it is not. On hold for 15 minutes about order pick up. Will be shopping at Hobby Lobby when they open. Store should be shut down also since Hobby Lobby was forced to shut down for the virus. Joanns is definitely a Non-essential store!

My favorite store! I always get gift cards for holidays from Family and friends cuz they know I love this store. During the Pandemic I had to purchase a new sewing machine. I purchased the demo at a. Discount but it ended up having an issue and they replaced the machine immediately. I was never without a machine to use. Thank you so much. Its the second machine Ive purchased. I have also done o line shopping for fabric that wasnt available in the store. It always came in or earlier from what they quoted online. Love the fabrics my favorite is the Weaverly brand.

The staff was super nice and while the store shows its age it is fairly clean inside. Unfortunately like all Joanns it is pricier than other craft stores in the area. On the plus side they had a specific yarn I was searching for that the others didnt carry and in general their varriety of fabric and yarn is much better than other places.

If you are looking for fabric, Joanns is good otherwise their craft selection is basic. Apparently there is a difference in inventory and size of store so shop the larger ones for best selection.

Not only fabric, but a wide variety of crafts. There is always someone at the cutting station so you dont have to chase down an employee for your yardage

I give them a 4.5 rating. This one is NOTHING like the one in Ohio, its smaller, less variety, but its good. I found most of what I needed to complete a project I was working on. All in all, it was a good experience. I recommend JoAnn Fabric as your to go place to get started!

Joanns isnt just a fabric store! Theres all sorts of crafts and fun materials. Prices are great and there always seems to be sales. Employees are friendly and respond quickly.

Hello!I am a very positive person overall but I several times I have had to leave because the manager will not wait on me at the cutting counter. I have actually worked seasonally at Joanns before but plan to order online in the future or go to another store because this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable.
