From the initial call to them about restoring and updating a system in my recently purchased home through the in person system training provided by one of their installers, very proffesional but yet personable company. Quality product sold at a fair price range. Never felt like I was being pressured to buy any one certain type or brand of equipment. They listened to what I was looking for as far as camera coverage and having the ability to expand the system later and came up with exactly what I was looking for. Having that comfort knowing they are monitoring your panel 24/7 and having that one button emergency service at your fingertips is priceless. The 3 New HD cameras along with the video + two way audio doorbell that record day and night help with that sense of security as well. Ive used APS Security for my Burglary /Fire/Smoke alarm for several years and they have always been responsive to my calls. Since we are experiencing an up-tick on Vandalism in our area, I decided to add Video/Monitoring and use APS Security. Robert, from APS, came over to the house and gave us plenty of options, and did not try to push unneeded equipment. He was professional, sold us good quality video/monitoring cameras and recorder, at a good value. What made the deal even better was the two installers, Ray and Anthony. They were on time, professional, worked with you on the placement of the cameras, explaining advantages and disadvantages. Thoroughly explaining the operation of the cameras, installing the App for monitor my home on my iPhone. Great Job! Robert came over during the installation to see if I had any questions, or concerns and checked on the installation, which was going very nicely.I would strongly recommend APS Security or at least give them a call and have them go over your security needs. You will not be disappointed!

I called APS Security and Fire because another alarm company that I was using was unreasonable, excessively priced, and undependable. Robert was extremely nice and immediately quoted me a price to replace our poor outdated system and get us up and running again. We had to replace a few other items in the house, but Roberts team was efficient and responsive. I am VERY pleased with the new system, computer program and functionality of our new system. And of no small significance is the fact that we can communicate with a friendly, accessible person at this company. An advantage we did NOT have with our prior company.

We had APS install our security system about 4 years ago. We researched various companies and liked that they were local and serviced many business we recognized. Unlike the big national security companies, an APS employee came to our house, and devised a security system to fit our unique needs without any long term contracts. We cant say enough good things about APS. Installation was quick and easy. They back up their system with professional service. Since they are local, they are always available to help troubleshoot any issues over the phone. The few times they needed to come back out to the house (due to our fault), the service call was quick and very reasonable.

I have used APS for over 18 years. They are very professional and have been there for me when I needed help so quickly. I feel very secure in my home knowing their system works and I am safe. They have been to 3 locations with me. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with APS Security. The response time is immediate with any repairs or system problems. The folks are friendly and knowledgeable and the cost is less than than what I have paid in the past. When I switched to APS the first week I had a malfunction in one of the sensors. The operator stayed on the phone until the police arrived to comfort me. I was very appreciative.

I have been with APS for 20 years or more. They installed my system and did all the monitoring. I must say that in that time frame there were only a few times I needed them to repair or troubleshoot a glitch in my system.. Usually a lightning strike or dead battery in a wireless sensor. Nicole in the office is great and the service techs are the best. I am proud to say my building has never been violated with their protection. The monthly fee is ridiculously inexpensive.
