Absolutely my favorite company AND ice cream!😊 The server was very respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I know it matters to some, so I will say that this particular location is owned by a Veteran.

It was awesome. This was my first time ever eating Ben and Jerry ice cream. The staff was nice and patient. It tasted great and I love the wood spoons. A must visit.

Well I have to admit ...I went there 3 times the week I was in town and all 3 times I had speedy service and all employees was very nice and also professional ...I DEFINITELY WILL VISIT NEXT TRIP.....

Great staff! The tall guy that helped me make my selection was very helpful and knowledgeable! I wish I got his name. He had great suggestions on combinations. I visited on 2/15/2021 at 6-7pm and ordered a p&b combo malt (xtra malt). Thank you so much! He was awesome!

I just left and bought my Daughter a large waffle cone. She gets down to the cone part and there was a dark black coarse hair in her cone and she would not eat the rest. So I dumped 10$ in the trash!! I dont know if the management changed, but I worked at ITSugar and this was not okay before. I took pictures because it was pretty gross.

The ice cream is good, but staffs preparation of items ordered is terrable. I ordered a chocolate shake to be made with vanilla ice cream and heavy chocolate syrup (otherwise known as a black and white at other ice cream shops). The server put in such a small amount of chocolate syrup that the result was essentially a vanilla shake. I hate not getting what I paid for.

Great place in the normal. Absolutely great employees but please update hours of operations. We drove almost an hour because your google and website says you are open. Not open on Thanksgiving...which is okay but just let us know. This way we dont take a family drive to get ice cream.

I come here almost once a week to take my kids! Last night we had a gathering of all the kids from my daughters school along with the parents it was late we had just left gametime and they were extremely obnoxious. We we’re greeted by Brandon who is extremely polite well mannered and most importantly patient with 8 five-year-old children and a couple toddlers. He gave us outstanding service and went above and beyond!thank you and will see you next time

Located in the new Daytona One complex, parking is a distance, rear parking lot, or complex parking garage.But, if you have the time, it’s a great experience, great ice cream, so many choices! Pricey but worth it!

Awesome server at this location this evening. Our son has a dairy allergy and the server took the time to get new gloves, a new scoop and new non-dairy icecream. Its rare to find places that take the time to do this. Thanks so much. You made our sons day 👍

Havent had their ice-cream in a while and decided to try it. Honestly Blue Bell is way better and what makes it even worse is in the back of my mind I remembered that the owners had some complications with the law in the past and while we were eating our ice cream I looked back at it and found that I wont be going back to one of their stores ever again Ill let you make up your own mind

The servers were very kind but not the fastest. The prices are a little high but thats what you get for the quality. We enjoyed our time and the fact they had tables to sit and eat. This is a very nice addition to 1Daytona. Enjoy having great icecream this close to home. We will be returning in the near future.

Ice cream was pretty decent, but didn’t really taste like it does in the pints for any of the flavors in my experience. Not really sure why, but it still tasted fine. Chunky monkey was pretty good.

Love the smell of fresh waffle cones! Hard to resist any time you are walking by. The milkshakes are amazing as well

Great place right next to the New Marriott not finished yet in the Daytona One Complex just down the street fron Jeremiahs Italian Ice, & across the street from the Guitar Center store. Stop by & check them out after trying a lot of great restaurants in the area there. Enjoy & explore the shops.

Great service and great product

Spent $15 on ice cream and felt like the picture offered way more then what was given for that price. The lady with the wrist support was not helpful at all and had a bad attitude the whole time. The only thing that made up for the experience was the young man behind the counter who was polite and friendly. Had to wait for someone to come out and help when the place is dead and everyones in the back. Will not go again.

Id like to say the franchise is great but personally I dont like the managers of this location. I knew of someone who applied and was a regular to the location. The person was never contacted for 2 weeks along with said person doing a follow up with no confirmation. I would have faith in this location but The managers need to change

I visited your store for the 1st time today around 7:20pm. Amazing staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The commons areas were neat & clean to include the outside tables & the bathrooms.

I mean, if you dont love ice cream with names like Chocolate Therapy, and Chunky Monkey, then we cant be friends....

If you like Ben and jerrys go buy a pint of your favorite flavor. What a rip off.. and dont respond back its fairs trade, non-gmo bull. Its the same quality if not better than buying it from a pint at your local Wal-Mart or grocery store. Dont waste your money here.

My kids loved the ice cream and it smells so good in there.

I hate Ben and Jerry ice cream parlors, way over priced, less then a scoop requirements. My kids got a small size and the scoop of ice cream was hollow on the inside. The ice cream was so frozen that the employ was having difficulty just to scoop it. Go across the street there is a great ice cream parlor.

The ice cream was awesome but the 2 guys running the store made the experience sooo much better.

The restroom sign said for paying customers. We were paying customers and the lady wouldnt let us use the restroom after I just watched someone use it.

Love that ice cream. But they dont have a sugar free option for my husband who is a diabetic.

Its more expensive than the other ice cream places but thats what you expect from gourmet ice cream vs cheapo chemical ice. Definitely always get your ice cream in a waffle cone, the sprinkle ones are the best!
