This store is very customer service oriented. They went over and above when they replaced my battery because they didnt have a loaner to give me. The battery lost its power due to a faulty alternator in my car. This was unexpected and welcomed. All the batteries we use come from Interstate and we are very pleased with the results.

Great place to do business. Old Interstate battery was prorated and installed with professional, courteous, and fast service you cant find at auto parts stores. Ill be a returning customer.

I was in Daytona on vacation when my battery died. I went to this establishment and had a wonderful experience!! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this location for any battery service you may need!

On June 25th I went into the store in the Home Depot plaza in Oviedo to have the charge in my car battery tested. I spoke with a man named Mark. I explained to him that I planned to trade cars in the next couple months and did not want to pay for a brand new battery. He suggested a re-conditioned battery which was a 3rd the cost of a new one. Mark secured a battery off site and had it in my car in about an hour.I was so impressed that he helped me based on what my needs were. It was truly individualized attention. I will be frequenting that store because of Marks excellent service to me.

My go to spot for all my battery needs employees are always helpful and very knowledgable they do business how its supposed to be done. A place where the owners still care about the patrons that come into their store.

Priced out the Black and Decker LB018-OPE lithium-ion battery for outdoor power tools. This is the Black and Decker battery, not third-party replacement. Interstate price of ~$119 was WAY above other places typically priced about $80. That is what I call vastly overpriced for the market. Ill pass.

I dropped of my batteries to be checked and they never called me back. (I was not surprised because they wrote my number down on a blank receipt w/ no name or address.)So I called back a few weeks later, to find out they threw my batteries away!!!!!
