Staff was great. I was helped by a girl with red hair. She is an amazing sales person! My only negative is the it looked like product was missing several racks were empty on the floor

The two people who were working on August 24th evening around 7pm were such beautiful and wonderful rays of sunshine! They could turn any frown upside down. Great!

Went in on Sunday looking for pants for my daughter. The girl that helped me was very kind and helpful, very knowledgeable about the product. I don’t remember her name but she had a dyed bob haircut. The general manager on the other hand was very rude and short with people. While we were shopping I could hear him being rude and impatient with an older gentleman while doing a return. Also when he was in our general vicinity, I couldn’t help but catch a smell of foul body odor. TL;DR: avoid the general manager when shopping there.

Everyone was very helpful. Every person that walked by me asked if I needed help. Wish every store was like that.

One guy was so rude! He accused my cousins and one of my cousins friends about how we “opened the back door” were the Clarence rack was after one of my cousins where gonna pay for a shirt that he liked and the guy told him he wasn’t allowed to buy the shirt because me and the others weren’t “admitting” to opening the back door.

The worse place to shop. I ordered skirt for my daughter it took a month. Every week they told is the mail not delivered on time. The employees are very rude, never been trained on how to treat customers. I will never recommend this store to anyone....

Girl there was very helpful because I was looking for a gift for a young lady I work with who is leaving.

Only one employee working but was really nice and willing to help.

This store smells like a gym locker, they are across the hall from bath and body works and still overtake the smell of candles with must.

I want a few days before christmas, and I would say out of the whole mall that was the busiest. I thought the associates were very nice. And the merchandise is quite a variety. Go check it out!

AWSEOME AS ALWAYS. ALOT of new shirts this time! Also the Daytona Beach(Volusia Mall) location has the most helpful and sweetest employees...Probably will be back there tomorrow! But avoid the general manager...Smells like old shoe and a**.. Dont believe ...youll see. Rest of the employees are GOLD...But manager....SMELLS bad., 💩🤮🤮🤮

The staff are always helpful here and will do their best to help you find what youre looking for in the store. Store is kinda cramped, but so is every other Hot Topic store Ive ever been in so thats nothing unusual. Wide selection of items and they frequently have sales and discounts on items.

I must start out by saying I dont like this store. However, the staff here is awesome! They will take the time to really help you find what you want and make the hot topic experience smoother.The reason I dont like the store is because of how jam packed it is with merchandise. Its hard to maneuver in here as a single person, so if you have a stroller then its best to either avoid it or go during slow hours.

Ive always been a Fan of Hot Topic. I love the Atmosphere in the store. The staff usually seems to be aware of their surroundings and acknowledging the customers. Prices are kinda of high for the clothing but from what I have purchased in the past, its been very good quality. Only downside to Hot Topic is there is not a large variety to clothing to choose from if you are a bigger person as they tend to not have much plus size clothing.

We were able to buy Christmas presents for numerous people because the staff were able to assist us finding a few items. They were great! Found really great, unique gifts.

I am not sure if this should get 4 or 5 stars. On one hand, Hot Topic remains one of the coolest stores in the U.S. You can find the perfect gift for anybody there. But, as anyone who has ever been there knows, it isnt the most affordable place to shop. That being said, you can find some reasonable deals if you follow the sales. Hot topic has been my favorite store for decades. Price is the only reason I hesitated to rate it 5 stars. Its also all 3 of my kids fave too, and they range in age from 8-16 yrs.

Wonder staff who are always there to help you find just what you are looking for. While this store has tons of merchandise it is always sorted and stacked so things are seen easily. Remember to check out the back where great things are on sale.

Friendly staff, fun pop-culture fashion and gifts.

Dressing rooms were closed. We tried returning a pair of pants with receipt. Store refused to because it was a clearance item. Bad Business.

The gentleman working was very kind & very helpful. He was very informative on telling us about the different deals that related to what we were purchasing and the store was clean and well stocked. We are regular customers and will continue to be!

Just in there the other day. Super cool sales dude helped us with finding some Buffy stuff my girlfriend is obsessed with and it hard to find. Long story longer we left with a rock candy willow and every pin that was from Buffy and quite a few odd looks as we checked every pin In the three boxes of pins for them. You even saw us later in the mall on your break and asked if we found them. Thank you this made her day.
