I love New Balance - and this store always confirms exactly why I do! They have a great selection and always have great sales. The employees are always super friendly and very helpful. Although this doesnt apply to most of their shoes and apparel, I really like the fact that in 2021 I can still get a pair of sneakers that are made in the U.S.A.!!

Didnt have the extra wide shoes I wanted, but the staff was.very personable.

I go here at least every week to look at shoes lol. The staff is always friendly and always willing to help their customers with whatever they need. I especially love the fact that they wear masks during this pandemic and require customers to do so as well. I witnessed a customer try to come in the store without a mask claiming the pandemic was a “hoax” and the employee quickly stopped him and explained that this a store policy and even offered masks and a face shield to the customer. The customer refused and the employee kindly asked him to leave. It made me feel so safe and they are one of the few stores that enforce the mask policy. The last time I was in the store Noah helped me find my perfect shoe and even home delivered a pair that they didn’t have in store which was perfect! By far, this is one of the most pleasurable shoe shopping experiences anyone can receive. Thanks Noah, I will definitely be coming back here.

No one offered any help to us. Found my own sneakers. 2 employees stayed up front the whole time chatting with each other. No customer service at all.

Very clean store. Friendly and helpful staff. Their prices are very low compared to other shoe stores that sell New Balance shoes. As much as $25.00 lower.

This store is very clean but doesnt get a whole lot of traffic, most likely because it doesnt have the best products. The employees are friendly and can spend time talking through options with you.In my opinion, their running shoes had horrible cushioning that would almost make me rather run bare foot. Other new balance outlets Ive visited had better foam and design, so consider trying a different store or go to a different brand entirely.In summary, it doesnt hurt to look around at this store, but make sure not to get sucked in to what they tell you, make sure to try their shoes for yourself before buying them.

Diamond and Daniel were incredibly helpful and patient along with an unusual skill like empathy, which is a rare quality. Its an asset that will serve him well. Then to top it off they reminded me not to leave my water bottle behind; which was exactly what I was getting ready to do. Thank you so much Daniel and Diamond; you guys are awesome.

This is a small store. Not much of a selection but good if you can find what youre looking for.

They are social distancing at the door the employees are very friendly and helpful. The prices on the shoes was reasonably fair I saved by shopping there. I will.definately go back great selections.

Overpriced with a bad loyalty program. I call it the bait and switch program. If you dont use the points in a short window, without warning the points are gone. Done with new balance.

Good quality tennis shoes for basketball or just jogging is a great place to get clothing for active people I recommend this place to anyone that is very active on Sports

The store was super clean and organized. The staff seemed a little short, maybe frazzled by the holiday rush? They had a great selection of shoes on the shelf, and were more than willing to look in back for different sizes.

Terrible and deceptive placement of sales item. Shoes I found were in the 50% off rack. When I went to pay it was as marked without discount. Salesperson explained that they will put one of a kind items on clearance rack which dont correspond to the discount. What a crazy excuse! So mad I walked out without a purchase. Love NB shoes but wont be back at this store.

I have bought 4 pairs of shoes from here since the opening of this store . Upon my last visit Wednesday night Diamond and Justin were working and were beyond fantastic with their care and customer service . Diamond really won me over with how she remembered my daughter from probably 6 months ago, and new the colors she liked and and were to direct us and got us in and out within 10 minutes and went beyond the call of duty to make her comfortable which means the world to me cause my daughter wears a leg brace and the shoe has to fit over that on her left foot . This type of customer service and the comfort of the shoes has made us New Balance shoe fans for life .

Got some NB sneakers recently in this store. The lady that was working there was attentive and polite. They had the usual deals for sneakers so I ended up buying one for me and one more my mom. Good price and good customer service.

I have only shopped here once but their selection was not the best, and the pricing was not great. They were offering a Buy-one-get-one-half-off deal at the time, and even then I couldnt find 2 pairs of shoes at a decent price. If you need New Balance shoes, you are probably better off to look online for them.

Absolutely zero classic New Balance sneakers (997, 998, 1500, 1600) in size 11-12 which is my size and very few overall in any size. I was really excited for this store to open so I wouldnt have to go all the way to Orlando or Kissimmee, but it has been nothing but a disappointment.

My time was the worst ever. Thw active manager was very rude and didnt honor the sale the store offered when i arrived. She couldnt even read the registrar amount correctly. Do to that fact and service manager behavior I took my purchase back to the store for a refund and will not shop there again.
