Nice new stuff! Great quality. The place is clean. Items in the windows are up to date and not sun bleached and sale signs are accurate. I cant say enough nice things about this shop! Staff is helpful and polite! We will definitely be back on our annual trips!

Loved the shop! Prices are great, and so is the variety. But when I was back home, I took the tag of the t-shirt I bought, and it took some of the printing with it. There is no email address for communication, and when I called the number, it was a voicemail for a completely different number. There was great customer service in the shop, but Im afraid there doesnt seem to be once you leave. Very disappointed.

Visiting Daytona Beach, my husband and I decided to go into Ocean Club on N Atlantic Ave...Deanna provided exceptional customer service from the moment we were in the store until we were out the door

Great Service!!!! I went to that store and this Spanish talking was attending at the cash register and she was soooo nice!! She was very kind i went to buy stuff and they were at great price! You should totally shop here! (I went to buy fidgets)

Been to many souvenir shops by the beach side however this place really stood out from the moment I walked in and out good prices Great customer service way above any other store. Deanna and Shaina could not do enough for myself and brother any other place you had to beg for help.highly recommend this place they do care about there customers.give them a try worth the trip.

This is my favorite souvenir shop in Daytona. I always come here during my vacations. Staff is always friendly and the prices are great. I think it’s sweet they offer a free keychain if you ask! :)

One of the best shops in Daytona. They have the BEST hoodies and swimwear. Decent prices, and have had a sale every time I have gone in. They have everything. I have been inside more than once and I will definitely be back.

Went in this place and loved it. The girls were super nice and helpful, and funny as all hell. I think her name was Deanna, sorry if I got that wrong, i have had to many buckets. Lol

We came in with 3 children under the ages of 5 and the staff, Lori and Rachel, went above and beyond to help us out and get us what we needed to complete our beach needs. They are by far two of the friendliest and most considerate people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend this store and their super awesome employees to all Daytona shoppers!

Rachel is amazing, she convinced us to purchase after an extremely rude sales rep With blonde hair and a Russian accent yelled at us for being in the fitting room the GM opened for us. The items we wanted to purchase would’ve totaled 78.00 before taxes and after the incedent we only spent 10.00.There was also another customer who expressed to this worker how rude she was and put down her items and left as well. I do hope the owner sees this and that the representative goes through some customer service training. I think that will be beneficial.

I currently work in this store and I love it. Its in a great location and the workers and customers are all friendly.. couldnt ask for a better job. 😉

Went into this store with some friends, one woman who worked there was wonderful, very sweet, but while my friends and I were looking and pointing at some small turtles they sold, one worker came over and began screaming and cussing at us, believing we were touching the turtles when all we were doing was pointing. She told us we were idiots because we didnt read the signs and said a multitude of cuss words at us for something we did not even do wrong. We finally left after awkwardly getting yelled at for a couple of minutes in which she said Yeah you better f***ing leave. I couldnt believe somebody was so rude to us for no reason, Im not trying to bad mouth this place, Im just telling the facts.

Great customer service. Both ladies in the store were extremely helpful. I would recommend Ocean Club to anybody visiting Daytona. Great merchandise and great service.

While it was your typical souvenir shop, we spent a good few hours here. The owners and employees were super cool, giving us a discount since we bought so many little things. They even asked us for advice about which pool float to hang up on the ceiling haha. The clothes were a tiny bit on the pricy side but they had a huge selection with tons of different kinds of clothes on the racks & flags and blankets along the wall and ceiling. Their wall of custom shirt designs was huge too, but all pretty standard. Wasn’t too crazy about the turtle tank they had in the corner of the shop too.. just felt sad. I would come here again.

Rachel is AMAZING!! Super friendly and is ALWAYS working hard. Been coming here for years, and LOVE her upbeat personality!!

These people arent getting my business!! Super rude to customers. As we were walking into the store a couple of people came out looking irritated saying the owners cut the lights out and made them leave an hour from closing! Thinking we might have a chance to go in considering there were many people in the check out line and we already knew what we had came for, a hermit Crab pet for my niece. However, we were greeted harshly by some worker near the door with we are closing. You have to leave. I then said well there are still many people in line and we were just going to pick up one of the crabs and it says the shop is open for another hour. The man followed my reply with No, you have to leave NOW. We arent taking your business *shows us the door*

If i could give 0 stars i would this place is horrible they mark all their prices up everything in there is cheaply made stuff can be broke or damaged and they still try to sell it. Dont be fooled by they colorful signs they have outside its a trap Go to wings way better place and better deals

Like omg they had everything we needed for souvenirs and stuff, but the best thing of all was the service and the t-shirt customization that was given to us by Lori and Rachel they were amazing!!!

Illegally selling baby turtles less than 4 inches. FDA has been called. Absolutely disgusting. Besides the fact these turtles grow to the size of a large dinner plate (if they even live that long), they present a huge salmonella risk to small children.

This store sucks. dont waste your time. the store is sketchy and thought I was going to be robbed. but on the otherhand they have turtles. they did not have blankets and I needed one not a stupid towel. DO NOT GO, I WAS SCARED FOR MY LIFE.

Prices a little higher then other stores. No staff encounter other then checking out. Large variety of items.

Paid for a henna tattoo, they were done with a sticker.. The sticker pulled half of the tattoo off, went back and they fixed it (not before saying is that the only thing wrong with it ) then after the fix the whole thing was gone in the morning with NO water touching it and letting it dry for 4 hours! Something that is said to last 3-4 weeks was gone in less then 24 hours 😒
