Stopped in to see about getting some more company shirts made an me an my wife were shocked on how we were treated the lady at the front desk was very short with us like we were lying about our logo an daid it didnt ring a bell really asked one other guy an walked to the an came out said they dont have it an that was the end of our conversation didnt ask if we wanted to make an order or anything an acted like we werent even there chatting with her coworker so we left an went to vintage in port orange were there 2 seconds an someone was helping us right away i guess the small business man doesnt matter to Mid Florida sports we will never go back an will advise everyone not to go there !!!!

I gave Mid Florida Sportswear detailed instructions of what I wanted on a motorcycle T-shirt branding 1-800-HURT-911® and they created an incredible design with I think 12 or more colors. The printing was gorgeous and delivered on time. Everyone wants one of these shirts and I was even contacted by a school of design which wanted one.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. The woman that’s answered the phone I’m not sure if she’s an employee or the owner . But the most rude person I’ve come into contact with . All I asked was when my shirts would be ready and I basically got told don’t bother us we will call you when there ready. I asked her in a text about a week ago about how long and how much for the shirts and I got no response . So I called and inquired as to how long and she treated me like dirt my daughter was sitting there and her the conversation and her mouth dropped. . She couldn’t believe it . She said I was very polite and didn’t know why she treated me that way . I did tell her that she could cancel the order of t- shirts and I will take my business elsewhere . I personally will not do business with them in the future . And will not tell anybody about that place it’s to bad for business to treat customers like that . If I could give - 0 stars I would ......
