Staff is rude and not very helpful

Kerry should not be working at a pharmacy. She could not find my prescription and when I asked if she didnt know how so I could get her some assistance, she lashed out on me and said that was an inappropriate thing to say And abruptly put me on hold. Five minutes later she pick the phone back up and started asking me questions again like nothing happened, when I asked why she rudely put me on hold without saying anything she lied and said she did say something. Medical information is highly sensitive and if someone isnt trained properly they should not be handling information as sensitive as such. Someone with a short fuse such as Kerry should not be working in a pharmacy. If she has a vendetta against someone that is probably unwarranted, who knows what she could do with their medical information, all because she has a short fuse.

The pharmacist tried to accuse me of being a drug abuser for refilling my adderall I’ve taken since I was 12 for my ADHD I need for school since I’m a premed student. How ignorant. Made me go without medication while he attempts to verify with my doctor which takes days. This is why those with mental illness such as ADHD or the latter are afraid to get help because of pharmacists like him creating negative stigmas around mental health issues by accusing those prescribed to controlled substances of being drug addicts. Everyone knows Adderall is the first-line treatment prescribed for ADHD as it works the best. Seriously unprofessional people working at this pharmacy. ADHD cannot be treated with drugs like SSRI’s so what does this baboon pharmacist expect???

Staff is so warm and friendly, I had a horrible experience with another pharmacy, walked into Walmart and the pharmacist took the time out to speak with me ! The techs are very sweet and so helpful !

Dont know how often they change staff but the staff that was there today was very friendly and helpful.

Tameria whom was introduced as a supervisor totally lacks costumer service skills. The majority of the employees lack costumer service skills. I understand Wal Mart is a huge store with in the country. You need to train your employees on Costumer Service.We as the costumer pay their pay checks.Publix, Aldies, Save Alot and Bravos will be my stores for food from now on. Bravos has the best price on Steaks !!Bye Bye Wal Mart !

I was in need if my prescription and was in so much pain and had little money to receive my meds...Deena and Brenda at the pharmacy dirctect me on how to get my meds as I could not afford insurance to cover them...The two of them worked swiftly to get the matter taken care of so I can treat my illness in a proper and doctors order manner...Teo of the most wonderful woman I have met at any Pharmacy in the world.They listened to me and understood how and what I was going through.Cant wait to get on my feet and bless them with my token of appreciation, but for now I give them a smile,a thank you and a God bless u both..

The people that work behind the desk they are rude. I wanted just get one Med but they turned me away they havent closed for lunch at all.
