I bought my BMW RT1200 a couple of months, and I live in Jacksonville/FL. There is a BMW Motorrad dealer there, however, they never have available schedule for the same week. Then, I found the BMW Motorrad in Daytona Beach. I got the annual service, and now I got the battery replaced. They always find a way to see me the same day or at most the next day. The service is exceptional. They always exceed my expectations. Its worth the trip to have a great service.

A few years ago I was in Daytona Beach for bike week, and I had a very rare breakdown on my BMW K1600GTL. It was so rare that they had to order the tools from Germany. Everything about the service was fantastic from start to finish.Fast forward to today, and Im having an issue with my fuel pump but I do not live in the area. The dealer that is working on the bike has just acquired the BMW flagship, and there was some questions as to the certainty of the issue, and the parts to be ordered.I reached out to Euro Cycles of Daytona Beach for a second opinion, and Jared promptly returned my phone call.He was able to clarify the information, and I was able to relay it to the dealer working on my bike. I am completely confident in the answers they gave me, and they probably saved me a few hundred dollars at least.I am grateful for the response, and if I lived in the area this would be my go-to dealer each and every time.

Had my K1600 GTL serviced in December 2020. Fantastic job by the staff ! Everything was explained in detail by the service guys (Derek and James) and of course, the bike runs awesome. Huel and Co have a great dealership going. Bought 2 bikes there and always get my service done there. I live 800 miles away ! Ill continue to make the run to Daytona for future service as well.

2017 f700GS in for a front fork issue. Huel (service mgr) and Annette (advisor/writer) were simply FANTASTIC! Annette took time on the phone to research my issue and got back to me promptly with an accurate quote, and then got me in for the repair super-fast. Heul is a great guy, and went Above and Well Beyond the extra mile to help me out in every possible way. Tech James repaired my bike and did a great job. Shout-out to Tristan in Parts, as he spent time researching some parts I wanted to change out and shared his depth of knowledge about my bike.Being a former Service Writer for a car manufacturer, I was stressing since this is my first BMW. There were zero shenanigans. In fact, just the opposite. Theyre caring professionals, truly. In every way it was a great experience.

I found myself in Daytona and noticed that my front tire was in bad shape.I was worried about my 2 hour drive home on a tire that might have failed. I looked up Euro Cycles and called them up on a Saturday afternoon. They told me to come right over. Not only did they have the pefect front tire for my bike, but they installed it right away. What a great place. Everyone was super friendly from the service rep, the mechanic and the parts manager. Thank you for saving my day.

Wonderful selection of apparel for riding, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Its a very welcoming and non judgemental environment so no worries if you ride occasionally or everyday or if youre a brand new rider, theyll treat you with respect. I especially loved that they had a fitting room by their parts department so you know if something is actually going to fit you instead of making a guess or changing in a restroom. The staff also knew their product pretty well. Great place to pick up all the things you need for a fun safe ride for sure!

Amazing service department. I had a flat tire while on a road trip. Huel, the service manager put my bike in the shop immediately and had me back on the road in 2 hours. They also fixed my rear brakes. All the people at this dealership are supper friendly and helpful. The service tech even cleaned off my bike.

I transported my BMW R1200RT to Euro for accident damage repairs. I was assured by the Regional SVC MGR they routinely handle insurance estimates & thresholds. In the end, estimate was too high and INS totaled my bike. I was assured this would not happen and I could get my bike back with repairs and parts under estimate. In addition, the SVC team performed an annual service on my bike prior to estimate approval from INS. After the bike was taken by INS, the SVC MGR called me repeatedly to pay the bill ($300). I argued that service should never be performed on a bike with in-progress INS estimates in the event the bike was totaled as happened to me. INS refused to pay the bill and I was forced to pay a settlement amount to close the service account. I bought my bike new at this dealership and could not be more disappointed in the outcome. In the event you need accident damage repairs on your cherished BMW motorcycle, I advise you to proceed with extreme caution at this dealership or find another shop.

I traded in a 2018 Africa Twin Adventure Sports on a new Triumph in January 2020. They immediately sold the Africa Twin, but refuse to pay off my loan as agreed. It has been nearly 3 months and I am having to make payments on a bike they took in trade and sold. I have filed a complaint with the DMV

This BMW dealership is AWESOME! Huell is a class act and he takes care of his customers like they are family. He is a true motorcycle guy and he loves his personal Ducati and BMW bike collection. Mark is a reflection of him and does the extra things to show that the customer is #1. He patiently helped me tie down my bike to a trailer and that is beyond important. I purchased my 2011 BMW GSA here last year. Ive received excellent service, as well as it being a easy purchase. I spent over 1.5 decades in the motorcycle business, and I thought these guys were awesome.

Needed an urgent repair while on a road trip and they got me in immediately and fixed my problem pronto for $120. Awesome job guys!

I will elaborate on my review as I rarely review a place so negatively unless theres a very good reason as to why.As you can see in my reviews, I buy an average of one to three motorcycles a year; with the latest being an Aprilia RSV and a Tuono.I was very happy buying my first BMW, until I found out the hard way what an unreliable brand it is. Since Ive had this bike (1st owner), its had two warranty issues. BMW, or at least their dealerships being reluctant to fix an extremely dangerous issue that came up with the bikes break light being constantly engaged. Of course I have the receipt for this from Eurocycles of Orlando. So when the bike sputters and shuts down when being turned on after a day or two of the bike being off, I assumed BMW would fix this out of warranty. To my surprise (and where Eurocycles of Daytona comes in) according to their tech, this is the bikes normal functioning (lol, sorry, couldnt help but laugh at how ridiculous this sounds), among other issues the bike has. They had the audacity of charging me almost $140.00 for warranty work!Long story short, if thats possible at this point, stay away from BMW, if you definitely have to get one, be ready to have the worst customer service of your life. And when you have to take the bike in for service, and if you live in central Florida, take it to BMW Motorcycles of Palm Bay, theyll treat you well.I dont know how the sales experience is in this place, as I havent, and obviously wont buy from Eurocycles (of anywhere at this point), but I can attest that BMW Motorcycles of Palm Bay are top notch.

Went to look at a Ducati motorcycle and didnt know the place was closed on Monday, but there was no Ducati bikes there.

Service manager Huell Johnson has always gone beyond what I’d expect from any service guy. I’ve been to 7 different BMW dealers over the last few years while on the road and I’d rate this one #1. With the new owners taking over soon I expect even better things down the road.

I was riding my R1100RT from Winston Salem to Key West Florida during 2017 Daytona Bike Week. On my return leg from Key West, at Fort Pierce, we stopped for dinner and night stay. After dinner, I noticed that my rt has dumped final drive oil on the rear wheel and on the ground. Holy **** Next morning I took my bike to BMW Motorcycles of Daytona for inspection and change of Big Bearing in final drive. Entire service department at this dealership was very courteous and efficient. Huel (master mechanic, and an avid 1100rt rider himself) immediately took my bike in and despite Daytona Bike Week pressure, replaced, fixed, tested and put me back on the road within a couple of hours. Highly impressed with their efficiency and courtesy. Guys you are the best and keep it up. While visiting Daytona BMW, I was specifically looking at the new R1200GS. I spent the better part of 30mins looking them over and was surprised that not one of the sales people had approached me. The dealership wasnt busy and several of the floor staff were talking to one another. After getting on and off of one or two I gave up on any chance of the sales staff attempting to assist me, so I went into the parts dept looking for a new Schuberth helmet. The parts mgr was very helpful and I bought the helmet. I hope that the Service Dept is like the parts Dept because Id like to have my Service compleated there on my new R1200GS.
