The man took extremely good care of me. Found me tools to use to install a bolt to e sure it would fit well, allowed me to take screws outside to test them before I even paid, I mean I got grade AA service like I was spending $500, I got everything I needed and the total sale was only $5 bucks.. Seriously I couldnt have asked for better service.. Ty so much.

Gouged 15% for returning defective Simpson hurricane kit that stripped out on the first screw. Hex on end is not strong enough for opposing side tapcon. I was honest and told them that I opened it and tried one. I shouldnt be hit with restocking when the product is garbage. Dont buy Simpson hurricane kit from this place if you plan on going into concrete. Also, treat your customers better. There will always be hurricanes. Ill shop elsewhere from now on.
