PEOPLE, YOU NEED TO READ THIS REVIEW! I have been in the car audio and electronics industry for 49 years. My company, Soundcrafters in South Daytona, primarily works with the audio and accessories for your car, truck, motorcycle, and boat. For some 20 years we provided the same Home Audio and Control Systems services as Precise Audio does, however, in 2019 we concluded that segment of our business, dedicated to the “12 volt” side of the business, that was, and is, our forte. Yesterday, Chris (the owner) and three Precise Audio technicians came to my home to restore and replace equipment that was struck by lightning. I was so pleased to witness, knowing the complexities of the craft, the Precise Audio crew operating with such focus, energy, and efficiency, installing lightning damaged TV’s and other equipment, programming my automation system and such. The takeaway from this is that these guys functioned with the same commitment to performance and professional customer service that my company represents, it is my company credo. It’s great to relate, to buyers of these products, that there are still businesses like Chris’ and mine that make the commitment to serve AND service professionally.

Precise Audio have been to our home twice. Once to review what we were looking to do which was no easy task. Reconfiguring wifi, mounting and set up of 3 wall mount TVs. Running cables through the tiny attic and down walls to create the most amazing network in our home. There attention to detail and ability to work as a team or separate is why they are the best in the business.The installation process was completed in a day and you would never have know they were here. Each tec took on a different room and put matts down on floors and had their own shop vacs. They each helped the other when needed.Then they took the time to set up every TV and also to create a office with wall mount monitors, wires hidden. Desk area that will blow any geeks mind. I could go on and on.This team and there owner are a model for success and if you ever get the chance to work with them you will not be disappointed.The pictures do not even come close to the work they did and the sonos sound. We have had Chris and his team come to our home in the past to mount our large flat screen TV indoor. So naturally we invited them back to help design and install our outdoor entertainment area by our new pool. Chris takes the time to come out and really listen to what it is you want to achieve with your technology system. He understands costs but will not install something that you would, at some point down the road, be unhappy with. Even after the system is installed, if you have an issue, Precise Audio is quick to respond and assist you to get you up and running again! I highly recommend them for any internal or external TV/audio/internet system work. You will not be disappointed!

Wow! We could not be happier with Precise Audio! Chris, Jarrod, and Mike arent just knowledgeable about home audio and visual set-up, they are extremely detail-oriented, professional, patient, and just really nice guys. We recently purchased a home with a Control 4 system and had no idea how anything worked. During the initial consult, Chris took the time to explain what each component did, and after listening to what was important to us, he determined what equipment could go, what could be re-used, and what we needed to add to accomplish our goals. He put us on the calendar for a few weeks out, showed up when he said he would, was prepared, and got everything working in the 2 days he said it would take. When I saw Jarrod in the media closet making his own patch cables to the exact length needed and a label maker in hand, I knew we made the right choice! Very professional teams, they installed a commercial sound system to our Resort and the system is better than expected.ALL was done in one day, the teams wired the area including the attic. Our business was very busy but they were very courteous to our guests. They also install surveillance systems. Thumbs up to the all teams!!

Chris and his associate Dan were all over helping me cut the cable. They set us up with Apple TV so I could get YouTube tv. We recently cut the cable with Spectrum for cable TV. We chose Chris Lozano with Precise Audio to run the necessary cabling for antennae hookup and install a home theater system. They did an excellent job in all aspects -- from showing up on time, to a very professional install -- including tidying up the wires that hook into our amplifier, etc. Then, they taught us how to use the equipment for streaming and watch the local stations. Best of all -- they cleaned up the area before they left. We highly recommend Chris Lozano with Precise Audio for this type of work.
