We just bought a new home, it had no pool but we sacrificed that for everything else that came with this home. We thought we would never be able to afford a big pool. Love our pool. Would have given five stars but the install didnt go as planned. We wound up installing it ourselves. Came out just as nice. Christy and the girls in the office were extremely attentive helpful and responsive each time I called. I would recommend they get another installer for situations like we ran into. A backup plan is always good to have

My girlfriend and I purchased a hot tub and it has been fabulous! If ever there is an issue they are always there to help. The installation was also very simple and they explained how to use everything. He also explained how to use chemicals.

Finding a hot tub during covid seemed impossible. Dealers and online distributors could not guarantee delivery for at least 6 months. Then one phone call to Unique /Daytona, and Christie made everything possible. From instant availability, selection, financing, delivery and set up, the entire process was ran like clockwork.The customer service didnt end with the sale. Days after installation Christie was calling to follow-up and ensure we were satisfied. Like a car, boat or major appliance, spas and hot tubs can be a major purchase. We bought our Bullfrog Hot tub from Christy in Daytona about 4 years ago. She is the best!!! She led us to a tub with a 5 year warranty, just the right size for us. We needed servicing for the first time and Christy rocked out giving us 10 star service!! The warranty is real not BS. Everything but the service call was covered. Had my pool for about 2 years have problem with wall. After waiting for about a year I find out I can get a new wall but the shipping is as much as the new wall. Your customer service sucks your can not tell me that you could not have the wall shipped to store and I pick up. And not set to my house for 300 more added to price. Now I will have to purchase a new pool from someone else.

Great place to buy an above ground pool. A little on the pricey side but with consideration of the time of the year and the quality of the pool we purchased, were very happy.Our installer, Mike Skinner, was the best, most efficient, on time and quality installation pushed this pool to the next level. Mike came on time at 730am and had our 18ft pool filling with water and out the door by 130pm.Amazing

This morning I made a call trying to get information on business hours, a lady answered and after putting me on hold, she told me they were just open based on appointments only witch is understandable. She then proceeded to provide me with information on spas and above ground pools, not knowing a lot about these I asked about warranty info and proceeded to get average pricing from the lady. After hearing the price ranges in between the two I asked her to set up an appointment for me to stop by and see witch of the two will work best for my space, she told me that since I was quiet about the prices provided that she couldnt understand why I wanted to still come to see the product. Not only she was rude and had an attitude, she lost a client and a reputation, funny how people assumed if people can afford things and I had $10,000 cash to spend today. This is why businesses loose clientele due to unprofessional and rude employees like her.STAY AWAY From this unprofessional customer service!!!!

We decided to go with the 15 round resin salt water pool.Christy went out of her way to help us deal with the city about getting a permit for the pool. Something she didnt have to do.I was pretty frustrated with the whole permit process and actually canceled the first permit I applied for, until Christy stepped in for the rescue and helped me get another permit.Once, that was done, I got my permit and got the ball rolling with the installation.Rich installed the pool for us. He was very professional and did the job in a few hours. He was very knowledgeable about installing pools and even gave us a great explanation on how the pump and everything worked with the pool.He mounted the ladder and left it ready to go for us. He even spread the left over grass in some bold spots in our yard, something he didnt have to do.I hired Value Electric, which was a recommendation from Christy, and I couldnt be any happier, they did a very professional and clean installation of the electrical for us for the pump.I probably sound as if I got paid by Unique Pools to write the review, but, I assure you I didnt.It is just fair to write a good review for an overall job well done. From the purchase, to the installation and electrical, the whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a pool to go with Unique Pools and Spa.

Christy Reed was extremely helpful and was very patient during our shopping experience. She also provided us with a manufacturing representative contact to help us analyze competing tubs. We have used the Serenity Cove unit every day for the last three weeks. We are very pleased. The two pump system works great and we would highly recommend it. The dual direct jet system for your upper neck area is very good. The lounger seat works several areas simultaneously. The unit comes with a wifi sound systems that is outstanding. So far, the unit has met all our requirements.

Awesome place to deal with. Christy spent an enormous amount of time with me going over all the different features of above ground pools. Settled on an aluminum side 24 ft round with a salt system.She has the people who came out and buried it half way in the ground installed the pool and then did all the backfill once it was full. Going next to check out their hot tubs.

We are extremely happy with our Unique Spa and are in danger of getting waterlogged due to the amount of time weve been spending in it! Its really refreshing, especially during this cold spell, to totally relax and let the jets work their magic. Cristy was an enormous help to us when it came to selecting just the right spa for our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable about Unigues products and can guide you through the selection process with ease! We purchased the Serenity Cove model which holds four adults but since the kids are grown and gone it will mostly be just my wife and me relaxing in it. I recently purchased a Bahama Spa hot tub from Unique . Pools . Spas . Billiards and cannot be happier with my decision. There are three main reasons why I feel this way; (a) the excellence of the company, (b) the professionalism of the staff, and (c) the quality of the product.When I first investigated purchasing the hot tub I contacted an outlet of this company in a different city. Even though they would not be the end seller of the device, they still took all the time necessary to answer my questions and explain what I did not understand, as if I were there direct customer. When I went to the local franchise in Daytona Beach I was no less impressed. Christy, the manager, made me feel at ease to ask any questions and she was quite knowledgeable in her responses. Most importantly; she was not motivated to sell me the most expensive unit, but the right one for me, and she was willing to stay with me for as long as I needed to satisfy my inquiries.The delivery team showed up on time (even before 8am) and took the utmost care in properly locating the device. The team answered all my questions and provided more information than I even knew what to ask. There was a recommended electrical company to do the wiring and because my usual electrician was on vacation, I utilized them. This company (Henry Electrical Company) maintained the same levels of professionalism and service that I had come to expect. They showed up on time, did the work to the highest levels of quality, and followed up to make sure there were no unforeseen situations.The product itself is better than expected. The power of the jets is magnificent and the insulative capability of the unit is amazing.I made the right choice in choosing Unique . Pools . Spas . Billiards. My highest recommendation is that you do as well.

We have had our spa a couple of weeks and are very happy with it. It makes a great addition to our patio and we are enjoying it almost daily.
