Only store they serve afogato. I’ve been in other 3 stores and they just don’t know that afogato is.Make it midnight chocolate and caramel cone, Amazing!!!

I love your raspberry sorbet. Its my guilty pleasure. And my wife loves the frozen coffee you make... so whenever I get sent in there... I have to get both. Youre too delicious to say no!

The server dress code her shorts was to short she looked as if she was working for hooters or twin peaks, very pleasant attitude and store was neat and clean

We called ahead to confirm they close at 8. We got there a few minutes before 8 (I know a pain but still, customer service) and the doors were unlocked. When I entered they said they were closed even though the door was unlocked and it wasn’t official closing time. When I used to wait tables we would always offer service to even last minute customers and lock the doors only at actual closing time. We may have been inconvenient but I wish they had better customer service.

The ice cream and coffee is very good but the price is just a little high if you ask me.

They refused to serve my husband and I without a mask. Bunch of BS - we’ll find a better ice cream place😘

Why was this store closed at 7:30 pm when they are supposed to close at 8:00 pm? We went there and tried to open the door and the lady made eye contact with us and walked away.

Store 950 at Tanger Outlet, I would do a zero but no choice for a 0+, Closes at 7pm. It was 6:40pm and they told me that they cannot do Milkshakes because they were closing soon and everything was cleaned already. Really!!!! 6 Milkshakes is not a good sale for Häagen-Dazs!!!! So sad, So mad!!. Hopefully a manager can see this review....Very disappointing....

Always amazing, iIts like a celebration for my taste buds. It always so clean. The people are always super nice. And who doesnt want a delicious frozen treat? This is by far my absolute favorite ice-cream 🍦 and Its always a treat to come here.

The manager Catherine, she is so sweet and made my order with great love. She makes the experience so much better. The shop is always clean and runs efficient when she works!

As much as I love Haagen Dazs and probably always will, the staff were responsible for the 5 stars this time. The two young ladies were friendly and attentive both to my Grandson and answered the 20-30 questions he asked before making a choice.

Nothing can beat Haagen-Dazs ice cream.Belgian chocolate is 1 of our favorite. And being inside the mall, you can burn some of the calories walking around :)

Girl behind the counter refused to serve us and claimed they were closed, even though it was only 5 to 9. The management should either change the official store hours or hire staff that can read a clock.

The strawberry smoothie is amazing. But their sorbet or ice cream options will kick yourself off to lala land
