Rude staff! Nearly walked out but was with my mother in law who wanted a couple of thing. No maam, it is not the customers fault that your staff did not attend to us. To announce to them, so that we could here, that it is, is poor management on your part and a great way to lose customers like us. I dont need anything from your store so badly that I will be treated so rudely.

This is a wonderful place with beautiful high end bags. There is definatly something for everyone. I have a cross body bag that I take everywhere with me. I would recommend but it can be pricy if there is no sale.

First time at this store today. The pricing is perfect! I saved so much. And I got an awesome planner which was exactly what I needed! This store is great. Chasity was an awesome cashier. Talked with me even though I probably chatted too much. But she didnt make me feel rushed or like I was talking too much even with people waiting to be checked out. And when she was done with me she was great with them.

Greeted as soon as we walked in. Everything was on sale! My Mom, sister and I had a field day! It was great! We walked out with some great items! Dont know how we will stop ourselves from a weekly visit!! 👍👍

If your going to travel to a factory outlet for Vera This is the one to go to The outlets in Orlando are not people friendly at all - Some of the girls are ok but they dont try very hard to help you!Daytona Outlet is great - the employees go way out of their way to help you - makes for so much of a better shopping day! The girls held my items until I was done shopping, they went in the back a few times to help find items I was looking for, check me out without nasty comments, even went in the back to get a couple items I needed boxed (if possible) and got them for me, ok I way overspent but in such a pleasant atmosphere it is easy to do! So all done and one of the girls went in the back and got a rolling cart and packed it with my boxes and bags and walked it out to my car!!!! Now that is service with a smile - so much appreciated - thanks to the sweet girls there you are all an absolute compliment to your company! we will be back
