Horrible customer service. Robert was very unhelpful with arranging an exchange since the delivery drivers damaged the boxspring severely. Photos attached. Do not use.

Dawn was amazing and got my mattress delivered the very next day after the Sanford store told me the warehouse was out of my mattress and couldnt get it delivered until the next week. Im so thankful for Dawns help and for her going above and beyond! Youre awesome Dawn!

Purchase a new bed from Chris Crowley recently. She was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. She wasnt your normal pushy salesman which I liked. We both are sleeping better now and back pain has gone away. Thanks Chris

Chris Crowley was outstanding and or super with dealing with myself and my wife today Nov. 11 who are both blind and or visually impaired in showing us beds to buy and assisting us with the completion of our purchase of a new bed. So would give her a 5* rating in case dont click on the correct button since am blind using a screen reader.

I was basically robbed at this store. Bought a king box spring - given price of $199 - I purchased 2 - when it was delivered - there was only 1(king box spring) - in 2 pieces - delivery guy - said that there had been a mistake - - to call office to straighten it out - sales person said they couldnt be returned. I wont be back - I recommend that everyone avoid these liars and thieves. I spent $400 on a king box spring. I was ROBBED !!

I recently moved down here from Ohio for school. I needed a Mattress for my new apartment and stopped by Mattress One in Daytona. I was greeted by a gentleman named Michael. I am a student at ERAU but he was very helpful and gave me an excellent deal on a Simmons beautyrest queen mattress set.
