Very RACIST and DISCRIMINATING company!!! STAY AWAY!!! Not the person to leave complaints on a company but with my experience I just had to make everyone aware. I called in to receive a quote on a vespa part, to be exact it was for the immobilizer module for a 2005 GT 200L. The person I spoke to asked me for what part I needed and I explained in detail along with the part number. Things got strange when I told him my name is Roberto and he immediately told me that he was putting me on hold and it would take a while. Basically cutting me off in the middle of the conversation and randomly/rudely throwing me on hold. I then told him that the part was not for me but I was buying it for a friend in South America so my information on the bike was limited but I did have the VIN number. His attitude all of a sudden got even worse. He told me that they have been burned and any out of state or non in store transactions need to be done via wire. I said, no problem and that I am in the state not far from his location. It seemed as if he wanted to keep finding excuses to get rid of me. He then told me That is not a VESPA part number. That was strange because I have the photo right in front of me along with a photo of the VIN and I am sure that the part is of a VESPA. He then got upset and basically told me we are not interested in dealing with you. Wait a minute WHAT??? You can not say that to a customer just because you are frustrated that you cant find the part in your system. I offered to give him the VIN and he still refused saying We are not going to deal with you. After all, the parts specialist is very unknowledgeable about VESPA parts. He then hung up the phone. I called back and I told him that he has no right to discriminate, and he said Thats Cute. People as ignorant as this should not be in business to the public. And how they have the audacity to talk like this to customers is beyond me. So much in this country unfortunately has been headed in the wrong direction. However I will not stop here and this is not the last they will here of me. I will be stepping up my complaints about this company and make aware of all future clients what kind of people these guys are. By the way, called another dealer and spoke to George at (Vespa St Augustine) and they found the part no problem and gave a fair price. My opinion, there are much better places out there that treat people with respect, and that you should take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I live in DeLand and have attended Stetson University for the past two years. I have seen many of my fellow students riding around campus on mopeds, and finally decided to look into getting one. After doing a little research of my own, I set my mind to purchasing a Vespa 150 cc. I began the online search for my Vespa and came across Red Ember Cycles. My wife wanted a black Kymco K-Pipe 125. Justin promptly ordered it and made a few adjustments to suit her small size. Because it was raining and my wifes more of a novice, he had one of his technicians drive the bike to our home (which is near the shop). Hes very knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. When shes ready for a new model, were definitely coming back.
Today made 4 times i,ve come to this place in the last two weeks and there never open but there web sight says they should be.I guess they don,t need the business.I,m done

I recently purchased 2 Vespas with Red Ember Cycles to use with my Toy Hauler. This was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had with any product purchase. I am new to the scooter/RV world and Justin and Richie were wonderful in making sure everything was set with the scooters and in the Toy Hauler to keep me safe. The excellent service did not end after the sale was complete. As a new rider, I have many questions, which were answered with kindness, compassion, and knowledge. Bought a Rebel 250, price and service was excellent. Drive down from Jacksonville to pick the scoot up, he knew I was riding it home so put on a brand new front tire for me at no cost. Buying process was hassle free, definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a bike.

We bought a 2015 Kymco Agility 50 from Red Embers Cycles. The owner was very nice and treated us great. We currently have 400 miles on our scooter and love it! Its an amazing scooter and very quiet and smooth. The owner was helpful with all of our questions and we are sure we will continue to always come back. We still need an oil change at 500 miles and I will update the review after! I Highly recommend buying your scooter from this dealership!UPDATE: OIL CHANGE: Again very friendly and great customer service, was out before the given time and inspected the lights and everything before giving it back for me as well. The oil change cost 40$, not bad at all and you get to relax and watch tv in a comfortable relaxing room as well. We will update the review once again after we get some recommended upgrades for our scooter :) again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I took my older scooter there for service. Told them to fix the loud noise and the brakes that were squeeling. Eight weeks later the parts finally arrived. They charged me 700 for a new transmission that was not needed. Still have the noise and nothing done to brakes. Dont go there ever!!!!!!
Shopped almost all the dealerships in Daytona before making a recent bike purchase. Most of the dealerships were personable, but BG and Jim were outstanding in answering my questions and helping put me on a vehicle that fulfilled my needs. There are a few dealerships in the Daytona area that I will not do business with. And, there are a few dealerships in the area that I prefer to do business with. I chose to work with Red Ember...and, barring anything unforeseen in the future, I will continue to work with Red Ember. Good guys, no attitude.

Took my 2015 Moto Guzzi V7 to Red Ember for a warranty issue. Justin was very helpful, got the correct replacement parts ordered and fitted to the bike. The warranty issue was resolved and the bike is running spot on. Very satisfied with the treatment I received and workmanship on my bike.

Id heard good things about this shop and was looking forward to visiting a reputable Moto Guzzi sales and service center as there arent many in Florida. Stopped by during a visit during Biketoberfest and asked to have my Guzzi looked at as it had a problem with the exhaust shield, (not a huge issue understandably but annoying nonetheless). The thing is they wouldnt even Look at the bike or even offer any help apart from bringing it back next day and leaving it for the day to try to get to it at some point. Im pretty sure they were fully aware that wasnt really an option knowing we all like to ride on the busiest day of Biketoberfest. As one of the few Guzzi dealers and service centers in central/east coast of Florida youd think they would be a little more eager to assist a possible future customer, Apparently not. I can understand being busy especially on a bike show weekend. But the dismissive attitude and the fact that they point blank wouldnt even offer a few minutes to look at the bike, not so much. Still a really cool looking shop, shame really.
I would highly recommend Red Ember Cycles in Daytona Beach, Florida to anyone looking for an honest & reputable motorcycle repair shop I was referred to Red Ember Cycles / Vespa Of Daytona by a local business owner as honest & reliable for a repair estimate I needed for my bike. BG at Red Ember Cycles picked up my Honda Shadow 1100 Ace Tourer from another dealer who claimed I needed to have my Carb rebuilt with an estimate of over $600. BG threw in a couple of gallons of gas, cleaned the spark plugs, took it for a ride & had it running perfectly, no repairs needed. I was only charged for the gas & about 15 minutes labor. I was so impressed with the honesty & great service that I had them do a thorough detail of my bike & it looks mint.
The guys there are great and nice people the owner was there... he helped me and I got a red scooter and my head light burned out and went there they replaced it so hassle whatsoever it was a great place I would recommend people to go there all the time was just a great experience .....

This guy is a real piece of work. He will tell you that you need your motorcycle fixed by saying the carbs have to be cleaned and tell you you need this and that done. When everything is done and I talk to another mechanic friend of mine I find out he charged me $700 more than it should cost.

This is the place we have our bike service, typically twice a year for bike events. There is always some minor thing we need done and the guys are right on it. The guy down the street is miserable and unwelcoming. Red Ember is the place to go.
