Jeff and Ben were on time, professional, cleaned up and were fully prepared to repair our 3 sliding doors. Only took them 2 hours to have the doors sliding smoothly and quietly. These guys know what they’re doing. They’ll get all my sliding door and screen work in the future.

Jeff and son came for an estimate and repaired the sliding door but we wanted it to slide where it could pinch your fingers. They came back and shimmed it over our irregular floor and now it is gliding easy, with no charge on the second visit! Excellent!

These guys are real pros. They were prompt and friendly. Did the work like they take pride in what they do. They were referred to me by a different competitive vendor. It was my lucky day the other vendor was a little backed up and I wanted the work done quickly. They made some minor changes to the screen that no other vendor ever suggested, that Im convinced will be much better. Modern Screens will be my screen vendor going forward. I would confidently recommend them like the other vendor did for me.

Contacted this organization to request an estimate to reinstall a carport on my home. I went several weeks without a response from the organization. I was able to find another competitor who was able to provide me with an estimate in a timely professional fashion and they were awarded my 5k job.Maybe my project was too small. Nevertheless, I found it very unprofessional for this organization to not make contact with me and it is for this reason why I would STRONGlYrecommend that you seek another organization if you are looking at this company for services to your home.

Horrible experience with this company! I had to call numerous times to even get in touch with Jeff. Finally was able to set up Appt to rescreen torn screens and after they left I found 2 screens on the bottom of the pool screen that were ripped and not installed properly. I called and texted Jeff several times with no response! Totally ignored me! So much for their 1 year warranty (for poorly installed screens) I will now have to pay a “REPUTABLE” company to come out and redo the bad screens he installed! Originally, it was 12 screens, then 15 and went I went to write the check, he told me it was 21 screens?!?! That would have been about 2/3 of my entire pool area so I know he did not install that many but I paid him his $1000 because I just wanted them done finally.

Very prompt service, friendly and great product so far. Would recommend.
