Pathetic carrier. No bandwidth on all their towers, minimal LTE coverage. Just rolled out VOLTE, still no WiFi calling. Better service with mint, cricket, visible well pretty much any other carrier. But hey - when you have a problem they’ll answer the phone and tell you their working on their terrible network performance! Verizon please buy this company out. If you have given Cellcom more than a 1 star rating you must not understand bandwidth and VOLTE.
Cellcom has the best customer care team. I appreciate that a local professional answers the phone without listening to a recording, enter options. Local favorite.

Ive been with Cellcom since my original bag phone before they even thought about their large location in DePere. I left only for a short unpleasant stint with the now merged Sprint which made me appreciate Cellcom even more. Over the years, we had some hiccups, fortunately they were always willing to work through them towards positive outcomes. The 5 star rating comes from their business model of reaching a member of their team live, with just a phone call. You always talk with a customer service who has the ability to correct any issues. Every other cell phone company creates a maze trying to solve even minor issues.
After 20 years with Cellcom, I went paperless. Everything worked out great. Had a question about my bill. I spoke with Brittany and she was very helpful. It was sorted out in no time! I always feel like Im getting the best value. Service is great and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work Cellcom!
I absolutley love the service with Cellcom. I have been with them 21 years and my expectations are exceeded everytime I call for help. I also have reception everywhere I go up north, which my friends battle with constantly with other carriers. I am definitely a customer for life!
Terrible customer service I talked to a manager there he sped up the process of trying to figure out why all 3 of my phones keep dropping calls tech support called me 3 times lost Tyler all 3 times so i called back and was told he moved onto the next person

I have been using this store for 4 years since moving to the area and I have always had excellent customer service. This was not my experience today. I have left incredibly frustrated and my experience has left a damper on my day. We have been Cellcom customers for 9 years. We have spent thousands of dollars with this company between monthly bills and numerous devices. After today, we will be shopping for a new carrier.
My charging port broke on my note 10+ within 6 months of purchase. Insurance deductible is the same as my car. Cellcom should just sell cars.

They are excellent! Explained everything, made sure our phones were working properly before we left. Calling with a question gets you someone local, not overseas.
The lady took my phone out of the box and took my screen plastic off. I wanted to do that. She also didnt know very much about any of the phones or the features.
Great place to get a cellphone. It is great to get a person on the phone and not a computer when you call about questions or problems.

I have been a customer for 3 days, and so far I am less than impressed. I signed up for 4 phones. Everything sounded great, and at first I was very happy with my devices. We noticed that 2 of the phones could send text messages, but all of the incoming messages were going to the old devices. So we came to the store, where the lady took the SIM cards out of the old phones- which made me very unhappy since the old phones were still able to at least get the messages, and then sent a test text to the phones. The test text worked, but when we got home, again the 2 phones could not receive text messages, and worse yet we can’t even see them on the old phones due to this lady taking out the SIM cards!! The phones eventually started receiving texts on day #3. I hope this was a fluke and not an indication of how my service with Cellcom will be. On the plus side, all of the staff members I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful...
De Pere is the best Cellcom location Ive been to. Walked in, and was greeted and helped immediately. The bathrooms were clean and even had a changing table. They also have a nice little play area for kids that my daughter enjoyed while we waited for my phone info to transfer. Everyone was friendly, and just an overall great experience! Im in college and when I come home on the weekends I dont have a lot of time to get things done. I was in the area so I quickly stopped in to see what I could do about getting a new phone. The sales staff had little interest in helping me or giving me the answers I needed to make a purchase. The answer I received for most of my questions was look it up online. Characteristically, Cellcom normally has above average customer service, but this crew was well below that standard.

As of 2019, we have been with Cellcom for 21 years. Were have not had any bad service. Any problems we have had was always taken care of.
I’ve had Cellcom my whole life. Their customer service is typically good, prices are a bit high but not terrible. Reception is terrible. Dropping calls is just a way of life if you have cellcom. I have been in mortal danger and not been able to call for help because I have no reception. At my home 30 miles north of Depere the Cellcom headquarters making a phone call is frivolous. They have actually used their great reception in the “north woods” as a selling point for advertising but that is a complete lie. It’s ridiculous to even make such false claims yet they use it for advertising. Most any town in Wisconsin, once you leave city limits you will lose most reception. My girlfriend who is currently in Mexico gets better reception on her version phone than I do here in WI with my Cellcom phone. I am very disappointed with cellcom.
Michaela was very helpful although she did inform me incorrectly or something information she went above and beyond to correct it and make it right with me I appreciate that and her honesty.

Service was good when they finally get to you. Waited for over 45 mins after their check in a person who came after us went ahead of us. After their lead person said we were next. Long long wait with a child. Its nice to be personable with costomers when theres time not when people are waiting that long... Not quick service at all. So if you are in a hurry better plan on waiting.

Im amazed no one talks about virtual voicemail and how horrible it is. I have reached out to cc more than 10 times regarding several concerns.basically they tell me they are not as bad as their competitors. I unload it reload it, phone on, phone off. Junk. Reception east of Green Bay on hwy 54 corridor, east of the bay of Green Bay, brussels to Sherwood point area of Door County .horrible.. but for $500 they may make it better in New Franken. Come on guys, its almost 2019. Can you hear me now?

Recently purchased a new IPhone and was having issues so I called Cellcom customer service where it took 10 minuets of waiting and when I was finally helped I was told they couldnt help me over the phone. I explained my situation that Im 30 miles away from the nearest location but they stated they couldnt help me. Overall in the past month of trying to set up a new plan I regret staying with them and cant wait for my two year contract to be over so I can move on.

This is Carl kussmann telling you people why I think Cellcom is the best Cellcom is the best for 3 reasons I had 3 different companies not saying which ones and the 4th one is Cellcom out of the three companies I had Cellcom beats them hands downwith one of the companies I used to get dropped calls very slow internet where my internet would even stop another one of my companies I would pay my bill and the company wasnt paying my bills so they would shut me off and saying its my fault when found out it was their fault company I had didnt even have 4G all thay had is 3G compatible phones with Cellcom I had none of them problems no drop calls no dropping slow internet no 3G with Cellcom I get 4G baby anybody looking to get their first phone for their kids or their husband or wife Cellcom is the place to go hands down all I got to say 5678 Cellcom baby

Got a 5s only had it a month and it went haywire repair place at cellcom replace the phone good job for taking care of a long time customer a shoutout to billy and mike behind the counter and one choice wireless for sending me over here right away 2 hours later and everything is good
