Costumer service lacking big time there . Sorry but true . Last time I got strange judgment looks from employee witch was not necessary. Never see any happy and excited person that really enjoyed working there .

Super disappointed, I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen since I was in kindergarten… Got done with work late at the hospital and thought I’d stop for a blizzard. I got in line at one minute past their closing time. And they wouldn’t serve me. I miss good customer service!

I visited a couple weeks ago when they were really busy and they accidentally forgot a few dilly bars in our order. When I called in to let them know, I got a call back from the manager really quickly who apologized and sent us free dilly bar coupons to make up for the ones forgotten as well as an extra box for the inconvenience. We have been here often and always have a great experience but wanted to recognize the manager for going above and beyond to make a less than perfect experience, a great experience to remember. Thank you - well be back soon!

When you order a medium or a large cone they always make them the same size dont know how to make a cone. Also when they make blizzards they dont blend all the way down. You always get half regular Ice cream and half blizzard

Ummm did this place close??? For the past 3 months every time I was gunna go there they have flags blocking the driveway so you cant pull in. And I was definitely during the times they were supposed to be open. But the outside and inside lights are on. Even the drivethu light is on. Like if your closed simply put a sign out or at least turn off all the lights. Very frustrating when people who own or run businesses then have no clue what their doing or simply dont care. The food industry in wi has been on a steady decline

This is a very good ice cream place! There are very good blizzards they have there! Its a very nice spot to go and rest when you are walking on the trail!

Its dairy queen, if you like it like I do then great! If not this place wont change your mind. Staff is nice though.

My family and I went for supper. I assumed after a full remodel they would have more food than just hot dogs and chicken sandwiches. But they did not. I was disappointed as this would be a nice dinner option but unfortunately we had to go elsewhere.

Nice cold icecream. Had a Banana split. Fresh bananas. But very slow on the inside because they cater to the drive-thru.

Pumpkin pie blizzard is the best. Special on treatza pizza made me take one home. Excellent franchise owner.

This is the best Dairy Queen in the area! I drive the extra distance to go to this one rather than the one on Main. This one is faster and they make it correct.

This dairy queen in particular mainly focuses on desserts. so if you want a cheeseburger or chicken, this is not the one to get it from because they do not serve meals. they however have really good icecreams and the soft pretzel sticks are amazinnggggg!!! :)

Very nice to have given its proximity to the Fox River Trail and boating dock. Its very affordable, but if youre not worried about the price the nearby Zestys does have a better dessert.

Having an original Blizzard is still the best, which this place does well. Smoothies available. Easy in and out.

Normally this Dairy Queen has quick service, but its located on a busy road and there are times that you will have a wait. Good food and easy to get to.

Not your typical DQ. They have artisan style sandwiches, I did not even see a fryer. If you do not want to stand in line at Zestys you can come to DQ! Clean, and the staff is friendly. Just dont expect to get a Flamethrower burger with curds.
