We bought multiple plants and trees here last summer and 75% of them did not come back this year.We brought them back as they “honor” a 12 month return policy, (with the d&d tags still attached) only to find out they would not give refund or credit to us.I had told the young man this was not the first time weve had trouble there, and didn’t seem to care as he turned his back and walked away.The people are all mostly rude, they over charge, and they will not return their defective product.I will not be going here again.

I have used D& D before to have gravel delivered, 3 times to purchase mulch and once to purchase hydrangeas. Purchasing mulch (I hauled it with a small trailer) went well. Hydrangeas did well and are growing.The first time I had gravel delivered we scheduled a delivery time. They didnt show. When I called them they asked to schedule a time for the next morning instead. I have a pretty flexible schedule and understand that no one is perfect so I went ahead and scheduled and they delivered the next morning. The driver was not on time, but I was home anyway. The following year I called to order a large load of sand. When we discussed delivery options (it was currently a Wednesday) he said that they wouldnt be delivering Thursday or Friday this week and they were now closed on the weekends. I choose the following Monday for delivery. He wouldnt take payment over the phone and my schedule that week only allowed me to get to their store and pay on Friday. He assured me that was good and he would be expecting me Friday. On Friday, I packed up my family and drove to their location and there was a sign on the door that said closed due to weather. It was a gentle sprinkling rain. I was disappointed that I made the effort. I called and left a message explaining the situation (why I hadnt been able to pay before my order was due to be delivered) and said I would be placing my order with another company and to please cancel my order. I got a phone call Monday morning from them asking why I hadnt paid for my order and did I still want it. When I explained that man seemed annoyed and was rude.I really would like to give this business a thumbs up. I love using local businesses and D & D is good for some things but I will never again place an order with them for delivery. I ended up using Randy at Kropp Trucking and Sand and saved $50 and experienced friendly service.

Last Summer I picked up one load of mulch, I told the guy who works there “ the one with a beard and long hair” I will be back to get one more, I came back 20 minutes before closing time he told me he put the Bobcat a way and he close for the day. I never went back again that was Horrible i will give them a zero star. now i am happy with Green Bay nursery baby.

One star is too many!We ordered 6 yards of dirt to be delivered to our back yard.D&D gave us a waiver for our neighbor to sign saying they coulddrive through his yard, we had the waiver signed and ready for D&D.Delivery time was noon. They would call my wife at work and she wouldbe right home to meet them.The delivery driver called my wife at 11am saying he was there and she neededto be there right away or he was just going to dump the dirt and leave. My wifementioned that the time supposed to be Noon. He said he didnt care that he wasthere now.When my wife arrived home the driver informed her that it had rained yesterdayand he refused to drive through the yard. My wife mentioned the signed waiverand he said he didnt care.The driver was extremely rude to wife for no apparent reason.We now need some stone and we wont be going with D&D.Horrible customer service!

Dont buy their topsoil if you want to seed. Tried theirs twice in past three years, weeds wont even grow in it! I just tried a different supplier, seeded a large shady area and had new grass growing in five days!

Excellent service,period!People always have a problem with something,it’s usually stupid and it’s a waste of my time to read there reviews.The bottom line, they have the experience and the knowledgeable to help you out.I highly recommend them!

Horrible experience! Ordered top soil to be delivered to my house, they had such poor communication. Set up time to come but they failed to come on time. They didn’t tell me that I would have to wait until the following week until I called and asked. It is also very inconvenient that they won’t accept payment over the phone. Avoid this company if you want your work done!

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister and I stopped here to ask questions about getting some trees. And a worker with a beard and long hair kicked us out of the driveway. Saying that they needed room for a semi to come in.

If something less then a one star was possible I would give it. I called to see about soil prices and was met by probably one of the rudest uncaring person I have ever met. Made it seem like my question of whether they sold soil was beneath him and his time. Will not be shopping here willing to go somewhere else and spend more money to get actual service!

The designer Scott can be kind of hard to get a hold of,but is willing to help. I like the job they did in my backyard, but in my front yard I pulled all of the bushes they put in out since they were all half dead. They had been in the ground for over a year, and when I went to take them out all I had to do was give them a small tug & they popped right out, which tells me they were not planted correctly to begin with.

Best place to go to. All the guys there are very knowledgeable and are willing to help with problems with landscapes and plants.

My husband and I get all of our wood chips and landscaping supplies at D&D. Ken is always helpful and was great in helping us find a variety of peach tree that worked in De Pere. This spring in the heavy wind storm when the tree was greenstick fractured and laying over full of peaches, Ken knew what to do and D&D had the products to save it! We loved all 400 of our peaches!

I went to pick up topsoil today and was turned away. Both the website and their sign on the door say they are open until 6 but apparently they lock their door at 5:45. As I walked back to my car, a man came to the door to tell me they close up around 5:45. I guess it was silly to assume that if 6 is your advertised time, that it actually is the time you are open to.
