I definitely have to say, if you want Royal service James the Manger is your guy. He got my front windshield replaced on a Friday short notice. Then set me up for my passenger front door window the following Monday. Everything was Superb service. Both windows were busted by some crazy road rage person. I cant thank him enough for turning a negative into a positive. James is your guy. 💯👍🚙🏆

After being told I could show up to the safelite location to get my window crash wrapped while I waited for my glass to be back ordered, they had no representative available. When I got their direct phone line from the corporate line, they had their phone line made unavailable. My appointment to have my glass repaired will be cancelled

Aaron was courteous and did the job well and fairly quickly. The text and email notifications helped me track the process and I was able to pay that way too. The only small complaint was that they had to reschedule us due to illness (short-staffed) But they came the very next day.

This repair facility is very professional utilizing NEW auto glass, not recycled glass.The service rep was top notch and very timely.

Tom in the trim shop is incredible. Hes worked on my Cadillac a couple times. Each time the work has been spectacular. The recent top replacement he did for my convertible is far better than new. Trustworthy and a true craftsman.

This is probably my 4th time coming into this shop and they never stop to amaze me, at first I’m a regular customer, I brought two new windshield because I have the worst luck here in Michigan with Highways, then I got a small tiny chip on my driver’s side, thanks to them. I made an appointment on Saturday to get my windshield replaced after a golf ball hit me while driving down the freeway. Their mobile service came to my work on Tuesday and had my new windshield installed in less that an hour and a half. Rexan was amazing and very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend! Thank you Safelite!

The man that came out and broke my rear-view mirror and tried to tell me that it was aftermarket but it was the original that I know for sure tried to go out and buy a rear view mirror because he broken and didnt want to replace it or take responsibility for it so yes I give him a bad grade

They replaced a windshield on my jeep on 10/18/17, no problem so far will take it for a car wash today 10/18/17 if I have a leak I will update. The service was professional they didn’t go of they way to please you but did say hello can I help you when I walked in the door. Service was pretty quick was quoted an hour and a half they finished before that time.

Customer service excellent, original estimate at online appointment was 350.00 + .. final cost was 125.00 no glass replacement, had broken regulator installed supplied my own part (90.00 online). appointment online easy, great staff person Dave, approx 1.75 hours waited with wife and newborn quick service.

They were good. I actually missed work because when I got there they gave me a time and then some time later came out and told me they did not even have my rear window. It hadnt arrived at their shop but my car had been there for a few days because of the holiday. So I had to cancel going to work and I was not happy. The window did come in an hour later and they made an adjustment to my bill for their error. Thanks, the workmanship is good and I am happy.

Front desk customer rep was rude and useless. They will give you an extremely high quote on non OEM glass replacement. It’s a rip off - save your money and go to whoever your dealership uses for glass repair and not your insurance company. I had my BMWs entire windshield fixed for 1/2 of The price they tried to package me at safelite, with calibration price added at the actually dealership still costing me less than safelite.

Quick, professional services. I made an appointment to bring my car into the Safelite service location in Dearborn heights. They replaced my cracked windshield quickly and expertly for a reasonable price.

Still dealing with the company. Sent me home with glass all over my car and plastic as a windshield until mine came in. I was also told I would be safe driving my car without window, even though glass kept falling into back seat as it wasnt cleaned after removal of glass. I have now vacuumed my car 3+ times, I am thankful muy insurance company offered me a rental car until my windshield is fixed.

The reason why Im giving safelite a 1 is because I had to replace my windshield two times. Of course it is not Safelite fault that Ive had to replace my windshield two times I had two huge cracks which made me replace it twice. I give Safelite a 1 because a month-and-a-half ago the replacement cost of my windshield was $110 cheaper than it was 2 days ago. (Price gouging) Construction season allows for extra loose gravel on the roads Safelite understands this so during construction season Safelite increases the price of their products. Both windshields were replaced by the same Safelite store on warren in dearborn mi. Make America Great Again.

If I could give a zero star, I would. They replaced the windshield on my 2011 Range Rover & it started leaking water. I never had such a problem until they replaced my windshield. I called them, when Joe came in the first time, he claimed that he Made a mistake and he replaced the windshield again. But it didnt fix the problem. It continued to leak. Then I took it back to them and they did not know how to fix it. I went there because of the safelite brand. They charged me more than $600. My advice is go somewhere else. Dont even bother going here.

They dont offer any discounts for insurance users which is strange considering they charge the same amount for repairs whether you use insurance or pay cash.

TERRIBLE customer service! Chase further cracked my windshield and then told me I would need to contact my insurance company to pay my $500 deductible in order to get it fixed! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They take your money!

If I could give this place a 0 Star I would! I had my Cadillac Escalade rear window shatter and I decided to go with Safelite because I heard many great things. I WAS WRONG! My rear window was replaced 5 times due to the heating wire that connects to the glass kept falling off. They said that a new window needed to be put in and couldnt be done another way and supposedly it was a GM defect. I ended up giving up on this place when the fifth window was put in and the employee saying My boss doesnt want to keep putting windows for you anymore and see you here anymore Went to another place and they didnt have to replace the window at all, just refigure the wire situation stick on the window and it has worked perfectly fine since. I even told them why dont you just have the dealer replace and it can all be done and they refused because they said they would have the same problem. I will never recommend Safelite to any of my family members or friends! I PROMISE YOU THAT!!!!!

Awful experience. Setup appointment just to have it cancelled by them the next day wasting my time waiting. Called customer care who were unprofessional, rude and unworthy of my business. You would think they were paying me to fix the chip on my glass. Stay away.

Would be 0 stars if I could. They came to replace my windshield and cracked the new one. They then installed the wrong part in order to save themselves money. It took me weeks to get this fixed and the right part put on. Never, ever use these people.

They took great care of me and Cathy in tje front office is very customer oriented. Thks to her my car was done sooner.

Keon, the Safelite technician came to my home and damaged the window regulator on my vehicle. He told me the regulator was damaged by the window being broken (auto safety glass that shattered into small pieces). The window regulator was damaged in two areas, the same places where he jammed this metal rod and the vacuum hose to try and get the glass out of the door well.I contacted Safelite and no one wants to own up to this employee mistake. Boy did they circle the wagons, from Kathy (Keon’s manager), to Brian (who says he’s a quality manager), to Tammy or Tiffany, the argumentative customer service representative; everyone telling the same story of how the regulator was broken by shattered safety glass that fell into the door well. I consulted with 4 different glass installers (Bell Tire, Henderson Glass, Harmon, & the local collision shop) and they all say that just the window breaking will not damage the regulator.The glass was not installed and while I was on the phone with Safelite corporate (because they pulled the installer), the technician did a really poor job of covering the hole where the window used to be (I did a better job at the temp covering than he did) and left my car on the street unsecured. When Keon arrived to my home I gave him the key in his hand, when he left he did not notify me (I was on the phone with Safelite inside my house) he just stuck the key in the lock, where anyone could get it and drive my car way.I read some horror story reviews of Safelite and should have listened and stated away. Now I have to take legal action because I will not pay for a regulator that their ham-fisted employee damaged.

It appears they use cheaper quality Glass because it has more distortions in it. They couldnt quite get a good air tight seal around the window after 2 attempts.

Professional staff, good quote on windshield chip repair. Would return for future needs.
