I come here quite often, but usually only at night. I came earlier in the day than I usually do, and my brother and I received the rudest service from the guy with the beard and the tattoos. I’ve never experienced anything like this from any other employees, but he definitely made me never want to spend my money in that place ever again. I will also let my local friends and family know to avoid this location.

All right place was not welcome but the guys seemed nice also there Buy one get one free butane is over priced I’ll never forget to get a bottle again 18 bucks for 2 things of butane I could have gotten to for for 6 lol he tried to tell me they don’t do that you only get half off the second one ok so I’m paying 12 dollars for on and 6 for the other gotcha buddy it’s Literally says buy one get one free and you’re making me pay for the second but hey I was glad they where open this late

Place is a complete rip off. I bought a Mr. Vapor for 10 dollars. When I got home I opened the brand new vape and it wasn’t even hitting at all. So I went back up there (All within a 20 minute process) the guy told me there wasn’t a return policy and that it was the manufacturers fault not theirs. Then offered me a new one for 5 more dollars. BP down the street has better vapes to offer then this place. Very disappointing.

This has been my go-to for the last year because of location but i think i got ripped off the last time I was in and I wont be back. Im sure it wasnt intentional but when theres a new person behind the counter every time I go, prices tend to be inconsistent.

This place sells knockoff Juuls, pods and disposable devices. We bought a Juul and MULTIPLE pods from this place and took it to Tobacco bills and they compared the device to the Juuls they sell there and the pods and confirmed they were knockoffs. Even the EonSmoke disposal device I bought from Tobacco bills tasted & hit completely different from the ones I bought here which they sell for $4 more. Just a warning to anyone who has no knowledge of vapes, this would not be the place you’d want to waste your time or money at.

I drove from Toronto to this store and I was amazed with the vast selection of products that they carried. I will always shop there whenever I am in town. A+. The orange head was superb!

I manager was extremely nice and made sure my issue was resolved. Every member of staff I have encountered is friendly and helpful.

Customer service is great they made me an Irish Peach White Mint orange head and it was one of the best I ever had. Also they have a huge selection of various hookah products and smoking accessories. I suggest anyone that is in the area to check this place out.
