Trash store. The one guy always directs people to the self checkout they never clean and I dont like using. Rude clowns. Go down the road to merriman and van born. Better store

Great location very close to home and clean that’s why it gets 3 stars, BUT closes early,not a lot of selection and rarely stocked....most employees are kind funny and helpful

These people here know customer service. Their shop was tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend coming here again. Dont go to places that are independently owned non franchise shops as I hear Dearborn Heights Pharmacy has legal action for dispensing wrong medication.

Horrible Pharmacy dabab new girl & Store manager!! After experiencing horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I went to inquire with the manager how thing could be better. Instead she was loud and rude. They definitely need sensitive training. This store has no hand sanitizer for its employee as stated by the manager so non is available to the customer. Beware!!!

The girl in the pharmacy in the back Marwa is so nice and helpful! Found the stuff I needed in a split second with a very friendly customer service!

0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! Their We can fill it 2 days early is a setup. They eventually say you got your prescriptions twice in one month! So you get flagged if you have a standing order for your prescription. Please dont waste your time with them, you will get screwed over is the moral of this story.

This pharmacy is the best, I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff there is friendly and the service is great.

I was looking for caffeine pills to try instead of coffee. One of the employees asked me if I needed help and I asked where the caffeine pills were. She said they dont sell them anymore. I ranted to my friends about how a pharmacy doesnt sell caffeine pills, but my friends said they definitely do sell them right by the sleeping pills. I went back up there and sure enough they had them at the bottom shelf below the sleeping pills. Im giving this place 2 stars because the employee couldnt be bothered to do her job, but they did have what I was looking for.

This should be 0 stars. The pharmacist was rude and told me things werent available then they magically appeared when I aaked why. I will NEVER be back to this store.

For a pharmacy, this place has awful pharmacy service. 3/4 members of my family used to get prescriptions filled here until we could not handle the stress of trying to get meds filled here every month. They are slow and unorganized. Also feel like they could be safer, have started more than a few new meds and picked them up here with no one offering counselling. They simply tell you to press ok on the pad without explaining.

Staff is great never had a problem. parking lot is crappy and sometimes they are a lil slow ..who said life is perfect ..?

So slow! No sense of urgency whatsoever. Its inefficiency at best. Pay your workers a living wage and maybe youll have satisfied customers.

Never have medicine to fill your scripts when dropped off or called in personally i will be changing pharmacies. ASAP. Will not be back next month.

Never had anything but a good time here. Friendly staff and the pharmacy never gave me any problems with my real prescriptions. I do see them fighting with people all the time at the pharmacy counter but I never have had a problem.

Trying to have photos printed off was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a store.

Disrespectful told my gf they didnt have the prescription that she needed then fills another persons prescription for the exact same thing upon telling her they couldnt fill hers ill never go back worst pharmacy ive ever been to had better services at a run of the mill pharmacy

I never had a problem at CVS always get my razors there no problem my wife has recently went there to get some razors and Im guessing they may of had a problem with people stealing razors for some reason the manager felt he had to seem rude because wife pressed the button to get the razors out they would not come out so the manager had to get it out and my wife put her hand out so he can give it to her and he said I will take this up to the register for you like she was going to steal it and she had other item in her hand and was not done shopping I think that is kind of rude its if there has been a problem with theft then maybe they should make it where you pull a ticket off and take it up to the register and they give it to you there when you check out I know he must of been a manager there for a while could brush up hospitality to guess not all people steal

Terrible service stood in line 20 minutes with one person in front of me because they kept talking that long.
