Great pricing. Also gives Military discounts. Have been going here for a while. Other places will try and rip you off if you dont get other estimates. Had a price of 125.00 out the door with another company, came to Discount and they beat it by almost $50.00. Have never been disappointed with the service.

Fast service and professional staff. I got new tires for my truck, they got me in and out in 30 min.

My husband was there today to have a tube put in a riding mower tire. He already had the tire and tube and only needed to have it done. He did not have an appt. He was checked in before 10am told there was 2 people ahead of him. It was almost 12:30pm when it was finished.In addition, the person helping him didnt appear like he knew anything about tube or how to place the stem on the tube into the tire. The tech had to ask my husband how to do it. Hubby says it was very disorganized.Weve been to several other Discount Tire shops but this was the worst! The best one by far is in Brighton!

This review is for the Advisor, Logan. Dude has been SUPER pleasant! He was incredibly patient during my first visit where he had to call the tire manufacturer for a very complex warranty issue. On my visit today, I watched him keep an absolute calm demeanor with phones ringing non-stop and five customers staring him in the face...I honestly dont know if Id be able to keep such reserve! Keep it up Logan!!!

This place is very unorganized. Had an appointment for 1215pm arrived at 1206pm. Did not get services until 1245pm. No one even assisted using the check in feature. I had to call inside to get assistance. There are so many locations I have had better experiences at the Taylor, and Southfield locations. Go there

Call the store waited over five minutes nobody ever picked up tried calling again waited another five minutes I have screenshots then the gentleman who answered the phone I informed him that I had tires that I had bought from him and one of them was flat and I needed to have it repaired I asked the young man if there was a long wait to have one tire repaired he told me it would be better off to drop it off I said I have to be at work he said well I don’t know what to tell you then will not be going back

5 stars for Logan, he saved me money and time! I came before to change a tire sensor and after they completed it they said another one needs to be changed, so on another day I brought the car in and Logan reset the dash and they are all working. I truly appreciate his honesty!

Called other places like Belle Tire, Fire Stone, Good Year and none of them where set up to change tires on my Porsche. Discount Tire was. Got a great price and excellent service. This will be the only place I ever deal with.

Came in to have my tires and sensors switched to my new wheels.Long line as soon as they opened, but the guys were diligent and got through customers quickly. Very friendly.Wish I got the name of the gentleman who swapped my lugs out for me. My lug nuts didnt come with the wheels I ordered so I had to re-purchase through discount tire...when I saw that they had put silver lugs on I requested to switch to black. The guy servicing the front desk swapped them out for me by hand since the guys in the shop were busy. Very nice.Will come back. Everything was done in a timely manor... I came in on a Monday at 8am.

I went to the location at 25125 Ford RdDearborn, MI 48128 On August 24th 2021 Around 3:40pm. I Wasnt Actually Greeted Until About An Hour Later. My Concern Was Not With The Wait Time But With The Lack Of Empathy And Consideration They Had For My Situation. I Had My Infant With Me And Needed My Tire Replaced As It Went Flat On Me While I Was At Work And When I Filled It It Was Rapidly Going Flat Again. I Explained This Was My Only Car I Needed It For Work And I Needed To Get My Infant Home To Eat . He Continued To Take People Ahead Of Me Even After They Showed Up After Me Explaining They Had Appointments. I Sat Until 6pm With My Infant In The Parking Lot Screaming And Crying Before I Decided To Leave. I Will Tell Everyone If They Have A Tire Emergency Never To Visit A Discount Tire. I Was Crying When I Left I Have Never Seen This Type Of Service In My Life.

So I took my car to the dealer twice and they told me that thier is nothing wrong with the tire. I was losing 20psi every 5 days and I had to refill it for about a month. They told me it was because of a the cold weather changing. 2 weeks later and I am still filling up air. I came in for a free air check. The guy said that there is a nail in my tire. Bryan was nice there. He took care of me and told me they can fix it for free! Highly recommend these guys for tire than the dealer for tires. Bryan even dropped some good knowledge on me about tires

Schedule an appointment if you can. The customer service has been good but I came in yesterday and the wait time was 5 hours or something.... luckily we got an appointment for the next day. Luckily!! Coffee and water while you wait. Bathrooms too.

So i called their location on Nov,8th, to do a price match and they did. They asked me to wait for at least 2 weeks for the tires to be delivered on their location. They never called back or followed up. I ended up purchased them from Walmart on telegraph with a Goodyear which is a good brand and a cheaper price, also a free installation. Not satisfied with the customer service.

Theee absolute WORST tire shop, I have ever been to in my LIFE. The young guys that work there, were not checked for proper hearing. I could’ve sworn not only was I charged for every little thing, I had to repeat myself, I’d sayyyyyy about 11 times to 3 different people. The biggest part being that they nickel and dime you to death for things that should come STANDARD. NEVER AGAIN. EVER!

My low tire light kept coming on. I filled the tires to the amount listed on the tire. I went to discount tire and they told me the amount on the tire is the wrong amount. I needed to look at the amount listed inside the door car. The discount tire people fit me in without an appointment. They took care of the problem, letting the extra air out of my tires. They charged me nothing! Thanks discount tire!

Discount Tire has always taken care of my issues. I came in last week to get my back two tires replaced with new ones. It was super busy at the time due to pothole season but I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes in line and at the counter.When they started working on my car, they called me to tell me that they had made an inventory error, and that they only had one of the two tires they sold me in stock. They then told me that if it was ok with me, they would upgrade my tires to the next grade up at no extra charge. This left me with amazing new tires that I ended up getting at an amazing price.Not more than three days go by, and I hit a pothole on my way into work. My rim had completely bent on the side. I managed to change my tire, and bring it in. For no charge at all, the techs were able to repair my bent wheel and put the tire back on that thankfully had no damage. My tire and wheel situation went from destroyed to excellent condition in less than 3 hours on a super busy day.I would recommend this business to anyone that needs quality work done and awesome value!

Beware!!! i had very low pressure in a tire. I asked to put some air in tire . Since my wait was for an hour and a half. So i thought ill go home to drop ny toddler off and come back to my appointment. They said they cant put air in when tire below 15 psi. Weird?!!!!

Good all seasonal tires with 6-year warranty

Stay away from this location or discount tire period. I had my tire replaced a year ago but since they didnt grind my rims so my tire would fit snug i have a slow leak that i have to deal with daily. Its almost as if i never got new tires. Go spend a few buck more and get the job done right i wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I recommend this shop very highly.Had a nail in my tire Ryan took me over to an open bay and Logan did the rest by making sure the tire was fixed and there is no more leaks, Great job guys

These guys went above and beyond. I had a flat and every other store told me it was a 4-5 hour wait. These guys took my tire and repaired it in less than an hour even though they were swamped and had cars lined up. I came back and they put it on for me. Didn’t charge me a dime. I will definitely return in the future for my tire needs.

Had a tire blowout yesterday along with a flat on my spare. Then my car battery died. I had to arrange rides and multiple other issues. A very stressful morning for me, plus my basement flooded this morning. Uggggh!!! I spoke with Cory, and WOW! This man was so calm on the phone. Needless to say, I was anxious. I had to have a family friend help me with the payment. Cory walked me through the website and absolutely helped me. What an excellent person to have talked to today given the last 24 hours absolutely sucked! The price was good, the customer service was great, and while the lines were a bit long, it was worth it. Honest and fair. Thank you Cory and all who helped us, it really made a difference for a rotten Monday.

Fantastic service from Ryan, the manager. Outstanding, kind, innovative and a problem solver is Ryan. This time of year this place is slammed. Best advice, come early before they open at 8am and try to be one of the first ones in. I have an older car, 1988. I was going to go elsewhere. He said wait lets see. He went to work to find me tires. He ordered my tires. I went home and I was called later today when my tires came in. I was met at the door by Ryan. He said I got you all taken care of. Three stars, its ok. I purchased four new tires and I feel meh, about the experience. I can go to 100 different shops in the area for tires and Ive gone to DTC in the past because I usually get a personable touch, and a feeling of appreciation when Ive purchased from them in the past, but this time that wasnt there. To be clear, this is my first time at this location, but that shouldnt matter.The overall feeling and impression I got from the environment is a bunch of overworked, tired employees that didnt feel anything at what they were doing and it shows through in through.

Quality Rims at a Decent Price. I walked into the shop not planning on buying anything just wanted to ask a question and Cory helped me pick out the right rims.
