Great experience! With a funny personal twist.Took this car of a family member in the hopes of fixing it unfortunately was not meant to be. Easy fast even after hour service with timely updates about your pick up. It is very easy to see this gentleman is a family man and even though it was 11 at night by myself I still felt very at ease with the whole process. Even more impressive he drove an hour and a half away and still matched the highest bid that my yard could give me.At the end he asked me what we used to call the car ( in the family for 20 years) and where we went and he painted it on the back which I thought was really funny . I also really liked that since the company name is painted on the car he is already liable which was a concern as I am selling this car in a family members name. Something he also didn’t give me any hassle about.Overall I definitely recommend this service and I will definitely be calling again should I ever have the need! Thank you!

I went onto google and did a random search for who buys junk cars near me. This was the first company I called and he answered the phone promptly. Discuss the normal details of the vehicle and when asked how much am I trying to get for it, I responded and he said I’ll be very honest, You don’t get that 😂. He gave a counter offer which was fair and so did I. He also educated me over the phone how some mot all businesses try to take advantage of people. He was very honest and upfront. So I agreed and he showed up less than 30 minutes later. We did the transaction and he was extremely polite, respectful and professional. This guy is AMAZING!! I called he told me to check his review before he come out. He was professional and on time and let me know when something happened. Hey all!! This business is truly amazing!! My nephew vehicle got damaged due to all the water we had in Detroit. I called ASAP Towing and within 2 minutes I had a time for pick up. Souna gave me a time and told me the things I needed to get the car towed. He explained to me how he estimates the value and would be onsite. He confirmed the address and gave me the time to meet up within the same hour!! He even allowed me to go get the title as well. Once Souna came he checked out the car, gave us an estimate and gave us straight up cash. We got $300 for it which was great because the vehicle literally had water coming from the tailpipe when he put it on the flatbed! So thankful for their service and help. 🙂

I experienced the classic bait and switch. The guy from ASAP Junk Car Removal told me over the phone that he would give me $500 for my Subaru, and that that was a firm offer, no haggling. When he showed up, he told me that since my car didnt have aluminum wheels, he was going to have to drop the price down to $450. I had never claimed that my car had aluminum wheels, and he had never asked me on the phone whether the car had aluminum wheels. I reminded him that he previously told me that it was a firm offer of $500, but he still insisted on only $450. I didnt feel like going to the hassle of getting another scrap company out, so I agreed to the lower price. However, I will not be going with this company in the future, and I would advise others to avoid them as well.
