Somewhat of an organized place. Good order to the function of the place and placement of product but a very small space which makes for easy crowding when busy. Prices are a bit high but it is expected at any college book store. The staff is some of the worst people you will ever meet. Very rude and disrespectful and surely seem to not care about the place or the job they do. You are sure to get an attitude whenever you go there which makes for an unpleasant visit. If you dont have to go there... dont go there, it really is not worth dealing with the nonsense, you will find all products anywhere and everywhere else.

Very helpful staff. The hours are not convenient seeing how they are closed Fri-Sun. And close at 630 during their open days. So not congruent with working students.

My uniform order arrived after a three week processing period. Was not able to pick it up for two weeks due to Thanksgiving plans and my car being in the shop after a hit and run. Showed them my confirmation email that it had arrived, which was only two weeks old... two weeks that they were closed for part of due to the holiday. They now tell me they cant find my order. I could overhear the woman at the desk telling her co-workers it had been over a month since it was ready and she couldnt believe I seriously still thought it would be there. Was appalled at how rude the service was and am now trying to communicate with people in my department to try and find my uniform. This is something that is required for my courses and is a massive inconvenience to me that they have lost it. Do no trust them with anything you actually need for classes.

Books and supplies were easy to find and assistance is readily available. The staff was friendly and happily helped when ever needed

I love this school...I am also a HFC Alumni graduate 2017....I am currently attending to obtain degree #2.... My bachelors degree is next!!! They will press you through til the end, just hang in there!!! Can u say blood, sweat, and tests...lol......

Layout is pretty simple and books were easy to find. Prices were higher than Amazon to be sure but then again Amazon sent me half of a text book while the college store got it right the first time.
